F3 Technologies, Inc. CEO Discusses Strategy for Remainder of 2009

ALPHARETTA, GA, May 29, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) CEO Frank Connor opens up about some of the company's strategies and goals for the remainder of 2009.
For the remainder of 2009 F3 Technologies will continue to revolutionize the way users and business use the Internet. With a clear market trend pointing towards increased adoption of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing applications, the company is positioned well to capitalize on growing business opportunities in the community, business, and entertainment industries. CEO Frank Connor has set forth an aggressive development schedule for the team with an eye on bringing several new revenue generating products to market before the close of 2009.

In the next few months the company will be launching three new products on its Ascend platform to attract new business customers.

Ascend SkyBox (http://www.ascendskybox.com) will seamlessly combine a company's website, inventory management, point of sale, and CRM under one online umbrella. Companies will no longer have to run four independent platforms to accomplish the basic business functions of growing sales, processing orders, tracking product inventory, and managing and marketing to their customer base.

Ascend Insight will unlock the creative side of a company's workforce and let it identify the innovative ideas that will help catapult it to the next level.

Ascend Share will automate the distribution of information throughout a business and keep everybody in tune on company projects and strategies.

Throughout most of 2008 and 2009 the company has been very aggressive in launching the Interaction Community System product and is very pleased by its current functionality levels. Although development for Interaction will continue indefinitely, all core functionality will be in place by the end of June 2009 signaling the end of the Interaction 2.0 development cycle.

The company plans to target a wider range of community types including cities and other municipalities, mega churches, companies (employees and consumers), universities, PTAs, and property management companies. The company will also be launching a stripped down version of Interaction later in the year to compete directly with other social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace.

FargoTube will see major development start back up in July 2009 with a re-launch expected in late August 2009. The re-launch will mark a targeted effort towards the entertainment industry with a new spin on how to best monetize video content on the web. Multiple FargoTube spin-offs are expected before the close of 2009. Details on these new product offerings will be revealed at the appropriate times.

With the new product offerings and sales efforts forthcoming, the company and its management are highly confident we will be able to show continued growth throughout the 2009 and 2010 calendar years.
