big: Be is only trying to save his investment in NEOM. He could less about real information.
be: The valid reason for the “secrecy” is NEOM went out of business.
nice: Nooooo. The story here is NeoMedia, after going out of business, is now involved in blockchain, payments, banking, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, active advertising, Walmart, Google, Amazon, you name it.
In fact, as the story now goes, YA Global is actively working, in the most benevolent way possible, to assist NEOM shareholders in regaining their lost wealth.
The invisible team behind the collapsed NEOM are very, very busy now that they are no longer in business. Just ask be!
be: In the advertising right below your post was an advertisement for a Chinese restaurant which showed a graphic of a plate of food that looked like individual dicks.
Accident? No, augmented reality.
be: Those patents expired in 2015.
be: That was as twisted as possible. NEOM has no operations. They closed in 2016. It would be illegal for YA to do as you proposed.
YA is not now your friend.
be: There has been no news on NEOM since Q1 2016. If you are not sure what that means, you don't care.
be: FINRA is coming to shut down NEOM's trading.
The longer it takes, the closer we are to the shutdown. Guaranteed.
be: NEOM had nothing to do with AR. Then they went out of business in 2016.
be: If NEOM is "intended to be reborn," why has it not been reborn?
That is the giant whole in your conspiracy theory - notably a conspiracy without a theory.
scan: Delta Drone has been flying for years but I doubt they are making a profit with their $5 million in sales.
war: Yes, the Delta Drone deal was between DD and YA Global. It is not clear if the deal was finalized.
"Delta Drone and the shareholders of the US company NM, LLC, Yorkville Advisors LLC being one of them, have signed a letter of intent (LOI) for the acquisition by Delta Drone of substantially all of the assets of NM, LLC."
I have confirmed the assets themselves are still held by NM, LLC, but the current ownership of NM, LLC is unknown. I will take a look at PACER today to see if there are any hints on the latter.
Apparently, what is good for now-benevolent YA Global is good for NeoMedia! I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
be: Bolding does not improve spam. Or smiley faces.
be: When shareholders voted to allow YA Global to restructure and consolidate the loans, we also agreed that YA could close and seize the assets of NeoMedia through share consolidation instead of a bankruptcy. There will never be a bankruptcy because we all agreed there will not be a bankruptcy.
At the time of their last filing, NeoMedia had $60,000 in cash and $42,000,000 debt. There was no unicorn method to pay it off. So, the month before the note was due in full, NeoMedia went dark.
It would be illegal for them to make a 'modification or two to its structure' so we can also rule that out.
NeoMedia did not survive. That is not an opinion. That is a fact. No smiley faces needed.
war: The report has been posted on here occasionally in the past to show NeoMedia is still alive and well. The report was published in 2016, the year NeoMedia closed.
QYREPORTS responded to that they do know NeoMedia is out of business.
fair: That shows the value of that report is $0 if they don’t know NeoMedia went out of business in 2016.
be: NEOM had nothing to do with payments. Ever. Even before they closed up business in 2016. How do you not know this?
be: Even before NEOM surrendered their entire patent portfolio to creditors, no patent every claimed 'any machine readable input.'
That is why NEOM did not have any business plan for 'Mag Stripe.'
be: You can scan a QR code at Whole Foods to get an extra 10% on sale items. However, that has not a thing to do with NEOM. Even before they closed up shop in 2016, NEOM did not do payments. Or retail. Or Whole Foods. Or the Metro. Or contactless. Or even anything in Moscow.
be: What part of that did you think was related to the former NEOM? None of it?
be: It is not interesting. It is spam.
be: That happens only at the of issuance and it only occurs if the examination period exceeded standards - all of which has been extensively discussed on this board. When I posted the expiration dates for all former-NEOM patents, I included a column for that figure.
You apparently didn’t believe at the time.
be: Before NEOM went out of businesses in 2016, they didn’t do VR, AR or even marketing.
war: The former NEOM website, neom.com, was bought by Neom City, a city in Saudi Arabia. Neom City also bought sites like get.neoreader.com.
Sure sign YA Global let NEOM go.
Bye, Felicia.
be: NEOM had nothing to do with blockchain.
rocket: Someone has now bought up all the former-NEOM URLs. The neoreader.com buy is curious.
scan: First, it is never a positive that a symbol is still trading. Second, FINRA is very inefficient at shutting down dead stock ticker like NeoMedia. However, they will get around to it. NeoMedia perfectly qualifies for a stock suspension.
be: The USPO has been direct QR codes for about 10 year.
be: NEOM never did payments, in-car or not.
be: NEOM was not in the kiosk business. They tried it once for airport kiosk, but like all things NEOM, they lost their butts and wrote it down.
be: I assume you have lost all your faculties or you are utter liar.
be: More absolutely nutters span. NEOM had only one business plan; process barcode used in advertising.
be: Nothing has happened with either separate company since 2016. NEOM went out of business in 2016 and immediately surrendered all their assets to NM, LLC, a wholly owned sub of YA Global.
NM, LLC immediately began suing other companies over NEOM's expired patents. That stopped abruptly in December 2016 after several counter-suits.
The only know update is the NM, LLC settled their suit with Purch Group, after mediation, following a license agreement with Purch Group in 2017.
Be: NEOM was never in banking, payments, fund transfer, augmented reality, e-commerce, or any of the other nonsense spam you posted.
NEOM only processed barcodes used in advertising.
Then, they went of business because it was a terrible business plan.
be: None of this spam has anything to do with NEOM. They had nothing to do with blockchain, payments, subways, Shanghai or London. You might be 'closer' but you are still missing the point.
be: Going around all the other errors in your post, no patents have been reassigned back to NEOM. They are all now own by NEOM's creditor or have been let expire.
There is no patent titled '"METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MOBILE COMPARISON SHOPPING.'
be: NEOM had nothing to do with AR. Then they went out of business.
keep: “The clearinghouse patent”, now owned by NEOM creditors, never mentioned “two servers.” These posts are nutters.
be: There is no clearinghouse. Neustar shut it down after a disastrous test.
be: There is no such thing as a barcode 'interchange.' There is no NEOM patent on blockchain. It is all made up for unclear purposes.
