be: Nothing has happened with either separate company since 2016. NEOM went out of business in 2016 and immediately surrendered all their assets to NM, LLC, a wholly owned sub of YA Global.

NM, LLC immediately began suing other companies over NEOM's expired patents. That stopped abruptly in December 2016 after several counter-suits.

The only know update is the NM, LLC settled their suit with Purch Group, after mediation, following a license agreement with Purch Group in 2017.
