war: Yes, the Delta Drone deal was between DD and YA Global. It is not clear if the deal was finalized.

"Delta Drone and the shareholders of the US company NM, LLC, Yorkville Advisors LLC being one of them, have signed a letter of intent (LOI) for the acquisition by Delta Drone of substantially all of the assets of NM, LLC."

I have confirmed the assets themselves are still held by NM, LLC, but the current ownership of NM, LLC is unknown. I will take a look at PACER today to see if there are any hints on the latter.

Apparently, what is good for now-benevolent YA Global is good for NeoMedia! I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
