No one would fork over $80,000 unless
they KNEW something great was coming for BeBevco.
These may demonstrate a typical licensing agreement for a trademark on a relaxation beverage, as might be the case with DLR Assoc. and BeBevCo.

Useful in evaluating the audited financials we are led to believe we will soon see.
You say its dead after you see a video of Carl Long driving a Koma truck? More and more stores and consumers are buying KOMA daily just b/c there is no bid does not mean the company is dead. There is no reason why the stock is not moving up. Once he releases audited financials the stock will pick up. People like you are scaring away investors, and pink sheet stocks are subject to manipulation. Also, there will be a sampling team in the Lynchburg Virgina area on August 9-10 hitting 20 stores there! Nice try, bro! You and other deuchbags ruined some of his contracts which is why BW is hesitant to release new contracts-distributors. but i believe in this company and i believe they will release audited financials. The stock will soar after he does!
Thanks, Ryan! I see the beginning of that story on the DRM website but the link doesn't follow through to the rest of the story.
Folks on the Carl Long website were speculating about the rumor of a possible new sponsor coming onboard with the #01. Do you know anything about that? Any idea if the #00 will continue as a Potencia truck or maybe one of the BeBevCo brands?
Thanks again.
For those among us who are interested in the NASCAR Truck racing (yeah, yeah I know...), here's some places to see pics of the truck in action that aren't from Bebevco or DRM:

We'll just have to see if the coffee works but a coffee that makes you relaxed instead of jittery so people can drink it at night or whenever does not seem like a dumb idea to me?
You can buy there products at Uppys and other places.
It takes a long time for these contracts to materialize (they are also on the shelves in some places in north carolina and texas)
You'll see, more and more stores and consumers by KOMA everyday.
I take Brian at his word
in a few months from now when the revolutionary, first of its kind, coffee, that has the same affects of Koma hits the shelves it will makes us shareholders rich
couple that with audited financials which will be released in the next 3 weeks!
The truck race from Gateway was postponed from last night to this afternoon at 1:30 if anyone is interested. There was power failure at the track last night so they could not run safely.
The #01 Koma Truck is starting 24th. It qualified on owner points. It was around 7 MPH slower than the fastest qualifier, I believe. The driver called it "Terribly slow" in a quote from his website. This suggests the truck may not run laps with the fastest trucks, but so far the Daisy Ramirez Motorsports trucks have been pretty lucky avoiding accidents and getting a better finish due to attrition.
The driver chatter has also suggested that they were gearing up for their best effort at this race since it's a big one on the schedule. The slow practice and qualifying times show they are probably using the same motor from last week. Hopefully they have been able to get enough tires so that's not an issue.
Good luck to the #01 truck, team and driver.
Here is my favorite sentence from the latest news release on the Ramirez Motorsports website (take a deep breath if you plan to read it aloud):
DRM with plans to compete in all the events this year is determined to maintain its top 25 in point’s status by finishing and making progressive steps toward improvement and Carl Long a NASCAR veteran has certainly been instrumental in accomplishing that goal.
I said don't call him a liar in everything else he says, but then turn around and say this one out of context quote is true. Either you believe him or you don't, you don't pick and choose what you want to believe, well actually you do, but that is exactly what I am saying isn't a very firm way to backup your viewpoint.
You are choosing to trust the word of someone who's repeatedly broken his word and I'm not. History supports my opinion. He's also got a history of doing illegal things and getting caught for them, so if you think everything BW does is squeaky clean and honest and timely you are deluding yourself.
What I said is my opinion. The financials haven't come out yet, so how is that my opinion is false? I've been here longer than you have and have seen a lot of filings repeatedly bungled or missed. Brian Weber has been convicted of tax evasion among other things, so he's not averse to filing false paperwork. You are obviously excited about AUDITED financials, but I guess you missed how he said he was hiring a firm to do this starting on January 1st, but hasn't filed anything yet. Maybe you missed how he lied about hiring the firm, too. And 30 days? HA! Anyone who has been in this stock more than a few weeks is snickering at the idea of BW ever getting anything done on a timetable he sets forth.
You also conveniently skipped over the really important issue I pointed out regarding financials, as well. As soon as they start yapping about how Potencia sales will be done through BBDA, red flags need to go up for anyone who isn't totally naive. The multiple layers of private and public company ownership between Brian Weber and Daisy Ramirez and all the cross-licensing between the companies without disclosure of terms makes it very easy to falsify financial info. Anything regarding a privately held company doesn't need to be disclosed and the public company doesn't need to be specific about what they are paying for. A creative accountant can make the financials appear any way he or she wishes and you can bet that's what's going to happen in order to make the company appear profitable for the coming pump and PR blitz based around the name change. The company has never been open about what happens with your money and they aren't going to start now. Once a sneak, always a sneak.
What's wrong with changing the name? Nothing, except that all the money spent so far to promote the product will have been for nothing. That's shareholder money used while running the float up to the moon. It also gives BW the excuse to have to sell a boatload of shares all over again to promote the new name. He failed to create anything like success last time and he's given me no reason to think he will succeed this time either.
Calling Koma Unwind a "big success" is such a foolish statement that's it's hardly worth addressing. If it's a success, why the need to change the name? The sales are pathetic. All of the supposed international interest is a bunch of nonsense. It's a common penny stock scam tactic to claim international sales, which are much harder to verify. And since the verification of domestic sales has thus far yielded about a dozen stores this 'successful' product is available in, I'm going to go ahead and presume there's zero international sales. I'll let you describe to me how BW is going to make money shipping Koma Unwind to foreign countries for resale. It costs $11.99 to ship 2 cans and two shots of "free" product to the USA. And no, he's not having it bottled there, either. Do you remember the lies about buying bottling plants in the USA and multiple water sources for Piranha Water and all that BS?
I'm not going anywhere, Jimbo. I could just as well ask you to leave since you are clearly just pumping a company and a CEO with a glaring history of failure. You've made your point, now move on, unless of course there's a further reason you need to stick around and pick on people for expressing negative opinions and pointing out the scammy nature of this company's and it's CEO's actions.
Koma UNwind has been a big success? BWaaa-haaa -haa!! Thanks, I needed a laugh this morning.
I think they'll do the name change to attract attention, release some phony financials that can't be tracked because they variously cross between the public company BBDA and the private companies Potencia and DLR Assoc and pull off a reverse split so they can have a realistic share structure to lure new suckers.
Then they'll do exactly what they already did once: pretend to be intently running a beverage company while all they really do is sell tons of shares and spend the money on racing.
This company has nothing meaningful to show for all the shares they sold and all the time that's passed since April 9th, 2009. I hope everyone realizes that when they change the name of Koma Unwind, everything else will basically be the same as it ever was.
When BW comes around with his latest BS in PRs and videos and through his penny stock promoter goon trying to make a big deal out of changing the name, what he's essentially going to be doing is blaming the entire failure of Koma Unwind to date on the name of the product. It's going to be the same stuff in the can, the same nonexistent network of active distributors and the same liars and losers running the company.
Just my opinion of course.
In case anyone was planning their Sunday around watching the #01 Koma Unwind truck run the race in Iowa, rest assured that it will not win the race, nor will it even finish.
From the message board at Carl Long's site:
Carl explained it to me that they will park it at Iowa because they only have 1 truck with them and they want to save it to be able to run Gateway, which will be a full-race effort. There is another truck being built currently so after Gateway they wont have that issue again with only run truck to use. The problem is if this truck or motor gets destroyed in Iowa, they cant run Gateway and then they're really in trouble and will lose money because they wont be able to even start the race. That's why they have to park it.
Try searching on unwind relaxation for another possible angle.
I think it's possible Mr. Coal is onto something here. Have a look at the trademarks related to DLR Associates, Inc.
Notice that although Koma Unwind is dead and abandoned, as is "chillaxation drink", the trademark application for the words "Unwind Relaxation Drink" are live. The application was filed 5/26/2010. This suggests that perhaps they are dropping the word "Koma" from the name of the product, maybe in response to negative feedback.
However, with that said, here is my inevitable negative spin. Changing the name of their main product line essentially sets them back to square one with regards to promotion and name recognition. That means that the money spent developing the products image and name and promoting it on racetracks and even the giant inflatable can, all paid for with money from selling mass quantities of shares, was wasted.
What might this also mean? It could be seen as a perfect setup for 'round two'. It's my personal opinion that this whole thing, the foot-dragging when it comes to every single step of any process or any deadline, the repeated failed attempts at paperwork, the newsletters/videos/tv studio/conference calls/etc, all of which started and died off soon after, are all just a time wasting technique during which shares can be sold waiting for the legendary 'sooooon' to arrive.
So now here's a perfect opportunity for BW to come out and say "We listened to you", "we are responding", "feedback from our distributors", "we made a mistake but we're correcting it", "We're retooling our image", etc., giving the apologists/pumpers/shills here and elsewhere ammo to say "you criticize them and now they've gone to the effort to change things and you're still picking on them...you're never happy".
But the end result really is just resetting the timeline with a convenient new reason to need to sell shares and go through another whole race season to "spread the word". Pull back and look at the larger picture it will be obvious that still nothing will have happened and they are still selling shares on promises. They can make another minimum run of product and go through all the same nonsense they've gone through with single Koma Unwind production run, the token sales, the promotions, the listing but mysterious inability to supply Amazon.com, the inflatable can and everything else. We can have all the same noise all over again and end up with the same result we have now.
I do think they are going to have another run at trying to hype this and sell shares and perhaps this impending name change smokescreen will be the first step.
That was then. Now sales good be jumping in some or all of
the announced distributors. Now he could have $500,000 to buy
back 5 billion shares.
There are other means for raising cash as i'm sure you know.
I'm not going to take the effort in defending these statements
Who cares? he settled the suit and was pleased with the result!!!!!!
Weber has not lied about anything...a few of his pr's were ruined by shareholders like yourself so thanks a lot....
Everyone I have talked to likes koma and they are working tirelessly to make it famous!!!
Again, you made your points, move on!!!
b) it was because of the old CEO of BBDA- Steve Carnes. He is a notorious scammer.
The S&P they are referring to on the Carl Long message board is a "Start and Park."
In other words, the truck starts the race but returns to the pits as planned shortly thereafter and retires from competition.
This is done to collect any guaranteed appearance and prize money without incurring any actual expenses related to running the race, such as tires, fuel, extra personnel, wear and tear on the vehicle and engine, etc.
The downside, other than the negative opinions S&Pers earn, is that the advertising and logos on the truck aren't on the track for the crowd to see and won't be on TV other than at the start of the race, if they are shown at all.
Much more in depth article here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Start_and_park
The only reason Brian Weber is settling with them at at all is because he got caught doing something dishonest and illegal trying to duck out on his obligation by hiding BBDA's assets in a corporation with the same name formed in another state.
http://dockets.justia.com/docket/north-carolina/ncwdce/5:2009cv00107/57267/
The guy has proven that he's capable of doing dishonest and illegal things involving stocks. Rather than thinking beyond reason that he's suddenly going to become an honest, capable and successful CEO, I've chosen to believe that he's dishonest and does illegal things. The preponderance of evidence suggests my opinion to be more likely then yours, scon.
By the way, there's nothing wrong with my command of the English language. Your interpretation of the Potencia review is incorrect. Even considering how hard you are trying to stretch things to fit what you'd like it to mean, that review doesn't mean that Potencia was selling everywhere in Honduras. Sorry.
Cact us at: Info@RamirezMotorSports.com
For all the bashers: What good does it do to bash a company? It just hurts shareholders.
The company does however have real products that are quite amazing (I have tried every drink they offer).
Potencia Energy Drink is relevant to Bebevco because it will add $2-2.5 million in sales for Bebevco in 2010 alone.
Given that info, the stock price would be higher even with the huge number of outstanding shares- they need the high number of shares for expansion and capital purposes.
KOMA UNWIND is selling very well and it appears as though it will someday make BBDA famous/a lot of money.
The CEO has traveled all over this country and foreign markets including Israel (you can even see pics of troops in Iraq drinking KOMA on their website). Just go to youtube.com and find a video of their factor producing Piranha Water.
The only reason why the share price is so cheap is because the company trades on the pink sheets which are subject to manipulation and pumping/dumping.
Overtime, I am confident Bebevco will be an even bigger company that manufactures an array of ubiquitous and revolutionary beverages. Buy now, and stop trashing!
Good find, Ryan.
Here's a clip from the news page with another apparent change:
DRM To Support Koma Unwind "Chillaxation" Drink Campaign
Daisy Ramirez Motorsports is excited to announce that in the upcoming events at Iowa Speedwy in the Lucas Oil 200 and Gateway International Speedway in the CampingWorld.com 200 that the #01 truck will be touting "FREE SAMPLES" on the trucks hood. BeBeveCo the owner of KOMA UNWIND relaxation drink has just started a national awareness campaign to introduce consumers to not only a new brand of beverage but a whole new catagory of beverages relaxation drinks.Starting today anyone anywhere in the USA can get a free sample of KOMA UNWIND by just visiting the website ( Komadrinks.com) and paying the shipping and handling. DRM is still looking at permant driver options for the remainder of the season.
I'm tired and the CEO is tired of bloggers who sit in their basement who post b/s stuff about the company.
If you do not believe that and you insist on calling this a scam then go to their webiste and order a free sample!!!!
I wonder if I will hear about BeBevCo and KOMA any place in my life except here or other stock-related places on the internet now that they have a marketing "big gun" on their side. I doubt it.
That sales big gun Wes Hogg sure made a difference. Along with the other big gun king of beverages or whatever he was in the Northeast. And lets not forget the dynamic pairings or joining of forces with YouNitedTV, Rock Hard Atelier, iamafootsolier.com and countless other meaningless associations that amounted to nothing at all in the way of shareholder value.
We probably could have found some positive reviews for it on bevwire.com. Remember that "beverage industry news" website from last year? It was linked from here frequently to show positive reviews for BBDA products and Bebida Beverage even advertised on the site! When it was discovered to be registered to and created by one of Bebida's flunkies, Sean Brincefield, and exposed as a phony front created to pump Bebida Beverages, suddenly it stopped being updated and linked to and has been taken completely offline now. Brincefield was responsible for the early turn4designs websites for BBDA, the really tacky race car ones. That domain is parked, as well.
Brincefield is listed as "Manager Sponsor Relations at Dillon Oliver" on LInkedIn. He's also on Oliver's pit crew, according to Dillon Oliver's website.
I also noticed he was asking on Yahoo Answers as recently as 7 months ago about where melatonin was illegal or restricted, so I guess he's still interested in BeBevCo's activities.
Everybody that tastes the products likes them.
They were very
well received at the NACS show, even by a competitor. Latinos
especially like the products.
Potencia USA LLC's sales being
integrated into Bebevco should give Bebevco $2-$2.5 million
in sales for 2010 alone.
The PR's clearly state these facts.
And we will see them scoring with all the distributors they have mentioned in their PR's, like Associated Wholesale Grocers,
Piggly Wiggly-Alabama division, etc. It will just take more time
than they said in their PR's, just like it did with Monster.
We have no idea how much of 2009's sales were hidden in Potencia USA LLC.
The chili analogy is spot on. I like chili, but it doesn't mean that everything chili flavored is something I like. Just because Latinos might like tamarind, which is still a pretty broad assumption, it doesn't necessarily mean they will like the implementation of tamarind in Potencia.
You went on to say that "In a few years, Brian
and Daisey can be successful targeting Latino market in U.S.
and Central and South America." I pointed out that Potencia has already been around for several years, so what's preventing their supposed success selling Potencia in Central and Southern America and the USA from happening already? I personally don't believe any claims of Potencia sales at all because we would have heard about it from BW himself. BW was eager to lump Bebida Beverages and Potencia together in the beginning, he even had Potencia on his desk in the Bebida intro video. So you expect anyone to believe that if Potencia has millions in sales in Honduras (a country that only has 8 million people in it, 50% of whom are below the poverty line, it's the third poorest country in the Western Hemisphere behind Haiti and Nicaragua) that he wouldn't even mention it?
You further said "Give Brian four years from.." Why does he need 4 more years? According to his own PRs, he's got product and distribution already, so everything is in place to already have great sales and success. Why isn't that happening now?
Perhaps there really isn't that much product and the distribution BW claimed in his PRs is not what he claimed. Perhaps it's because nobody knows about the products due to the foolishly narrow and pricey marketing approach, which shows zero likelihood of changing. Or perhaps it's because people just don't like the products or they represent a misbegotten idea from the very start.
Potencia has already been around a for a few years and was never owned by Steve Carnes, so the apparent lack of success is kind of hard to explain given your statements.
Claiming that all Latinos will love anything tamarind flavored regardless of how it tastes is kind of insulting and prejudicial, not to mention naive. I like chili, but that doesn't automatically mean that anything chili flavored is something I like.
srloan is not Brian Weber. Two different people.
I was not aware of this Hochstedler offer/dealing. Is this information publicly availiable?
I think folks are possibly just bored with the lack of activity and don't care any more.
Nothing appears to be happening with the company, there's no PRs about distributors, partnerships, promotions or any of the other things that trigger arguments.
There's no new filings at pinksheets.com to read or make fun of because they're filled out incorrectly.
None of the pumper types are making statements that are contrary to observable reality, causing sarcastic, snide and angry retorts and beat-downs.
There's no race this week so no qualifying, entry lists, driver discussions or that kind of thing. Very little opportunity for people to criticize the NASCAR marketing strategy.
I guess if there aren't any more shares to dump then there's not much reason for BW to create a buzz around the company.
There's a lot of holes in the marketing concept and the concept in general.
Trying to get fans of a sport that thrives on excitement to get behind a relaxation drink that makes them feel sleepy or relaxed is a bizarre idea, as you noted.
Putting relaxation ingredients in a drink made with sugar is also a strange idea since sugar gives you a temporary burst of energy. Yes I know there's sugar-free KOMA but has anyone seen it for sale anywhere? KOMA Unwind is a soda pop type drink which is not something folks usually think of when it's time to go to bed. There are already popular teas with some of these ingredients. Hot tea to relax makes more sense than a cold, refreshing soda pop.
I haven't tried KOMA because it's not available anywhere near me and I'm not going to buy soft drinks over the internet, but I have tried Valerian Root in tea and Melatonin in pill form. The Valerian Root didn't mellow me out as much as it made me feel kind of dull and drowsy. The Melatonin made me very, very sleepy and that effect hung around for a day or two afterwards, though I slept like a rock. I'm not saying everyone will have these same effects, but you have to account for people who do and I am proof there are at least some.
Selling this kind of product in a convenience store where people might buy it, drink it and then drive is asking for trouble. I believe if anyone were to get drowsy from drinking it and fall asleep at the wheel it wouldn't be long before lawyers started pinning liability to the product and then stores would not want to carry it.
I know some of the BeBevCo products leave out certain ingredients, but after a while what's going to be the point of it if you take out the active ingredients? It could end up like caffeine-free Diet Cola or Non-alcoholic beer. What the heck is the point? In addition to that, some potential international sales might be affected by restrictions or bans on the ingredients, particularly Melatonin. It's only available via prescription in some European countries because it's a hormone. It's also possible that the FDA might take a closer look at it in this country somewhere down the road.
I guess you forgot he never told us who they are. Stop being evasive and answer the question.
I guess it depends on who's "Official Results" you go with:
http://www.truckseries.com/cgi-script/NCWTS10/articles/000007/000716.htm
Oh, of course that's the explanation! Silly me. All that chatter by the actual drivers of the trucks about how they don't have any parts or crew for the trucks is just being invented by bashers. I should have known that KOMA Unwind is selling in such staggering quantities that BW and Daisy have more cash than they know what to do with from all the sales reported in the latest financials. I guess I could tell this by the fact that it's front and center on the shelves of every store I walk into and there's one of the 200 Koma can coolers IR informed us they bought sitting on the counter, too.
At any rate, it's great to see that BW is so concerned with having a competitive truck. I'm sure that will sell 100X more beverages all by itself. Tell me, scon, when was the last time you patronized the secondary sponsor of the truck that came in 11th in the race four weeks ago? As a nascar truck racing series fan, well known as the most popular sport in the USA if not the entire world, I diligently comb replays of the Speed channel truck racing pre-race show interviews to inform me about what products I should buy, just like every other member of the buying public. Then I spend an afternoon Googling online functional beverage sales outlets to find the best place to buy. Maybe I'll go for the 12 for 12 promotion that was PRed a while back. I'm just waiting for the ad to show up in my veterans magazine.
