Who cares? he settled the suit and was pleased with the result!!!!!!

I'd be pleased too if I got someone else to pay for my mistakes, but I don't do things like that because I'm honest, accountable and responsible.

Weber has not lied about anything...a few of his pr's were ruined by shareholders like yourself so thanks a lot....

I see a consistency here. You blame Steve Carnes for things which are legally Brian Weber's responsibility while you also blame Brian Weber's failures on people who criticize him.

I'm sorry you refuse to compare the CEO's statements to reality with sufficient insight to understand when you've been lied to, but that doesn't change the fact that he's made claims in PRs which subsequently turned out to be deliberately misleading.

Everyone I have talked to likes koma and they are working tirelessly to make it famous!!!

Everyone you have talked to is working tirelessly to make Koma famous? Of course they like it, it's their product.

Again, you made your points, move on!!!

I'm not going anywhere. I'm sure it annoys you that people who hold Brian Weber accountable for his actions (and inactions) won't just go away, but then again it bothers me that there is an endless stream of people who come along to either ignorantly or dishonestly defend BW's actions.

Go there and search for Bebida Beverage Company, the read the PRs starting 4/9/2009 and compare them to reality. The only real success this company has had so far is selling billions of shares to people based on statements and projections in these PRs and the various videos and interviews the company has put out. The fact that almost none of it has come true suggests either there was no truth to begin with or the management is completely incapable of delivering on its promises. Either situation suggests the company is a poor investment and that is reflected in the status of the stock.
