Sorry Josh.
I didn't mean anything to do about the stock by saying "don't have much time though." I have just been real busy and still am so I posted the web site news instead of taking the "time" to cut and paste the last PRs. I was just getting up to speed with them myself. Listen to the ceo cast below you have to register but its free. Then search eent in the window.

That will say it best. To summarize my take of it is that, with the funding we got, we were able to close the deal to buyt Anchor Manufacturing, we now own them. Also we can afford to buy inventory that we'll need (hopefully) when we start to ship the AXP 1000 in quantity to the new instalation facility we bought and also afford to expand that facility from 1 to five within a year. The first new one as stated by WM in the CEO CAST coming in sept. All really good news. Like you said though I probably messed up some of the above interpretations of the PRs and ceo cast interview so please read the prs and listen to the ceo cast yourself and let us know what you think. This all looks really good to me. The obvious short coming is that we haven't landed large orders with OEMs (YET) That can still come. The great thing is that we are pushing in another direction in a big way by buying our own instalation facility. IMO management is doing everything it can to get the product out there and let its performance speak for itself.

Starting to gear up production of the AXP1000.
Maybe slow but it is progress and if Sterling likes what they install then they have said they will start to order 11 at a time if my memory serves me well from the previous PR about that. Interested in who the other units are going to. Looks like all the "Shows" are starting to pay off. Anyway volume picked up some along with the price. It was heartening for me to see the price back in the double didgits. Here's the PR.

Hi guys.
Just got this PR which is confirmation of a previous PR about a possible larger order upon the other companie's (Sterling) likeing our product. The shipment is one unit. I imagine it will take time to install and test before we find out if the larger order will be filled. I hope some of those other quotes start to bring in some orders to fill. My work (construction) is starting now in earnest but I will find the time to call the company this week or next. With the cost of gas skyrocketing, I would think that the truckers would look on anti-idling as an economic necessity.

Thanks Jasman.
Welcome here too Jasman.
Josh speaks the truth. Hopefully this will not turn into a RB type board. This stock has definate potential, IMO. As Josh says it should be a "no-brainer". The only problems I can see would be if the product itself does not perform well enough. Everything I can dig up seems to say the oposite. The only negative I ever heard was the noise factor. The company claims that that has been fixed too. The only other negative is the natural resistance truckers would have in changing old habits, and spending money up front to do that. I can see nothing else wrong here. The evidence of a fast payback to spending the upfront money is so compelling to me I can't see this as a major negative. Also The company is "squeaky clean" book wise. I'm always optomistic so please keep that in mind. lol. I do expect that when the news that we have fully closed the Anchor deal happens, our credibility will rise and some more investors will enter into this causing a pps rise. I'm assuming May is when the Anchor deal will close. the company initially said April, and later reinforced that by saying in a PR that they were on schedule to close the deal. I'm just being a little cautious with the May idea. Plus our financials will be out by then, and It's my birthday. LOL.
Anyway welcome and hope your stay is a profitable one.
Regards The Hotdog
Hi Josh.
I'm done predicting pps. I always seem to be too optomistic. I really would love to see some gains from the shows and the closing of the Anchor deal. I would love also to see us hang onto those gains. A nice slow growth with realistic #s to back them up. Sales and more sales are what we need. I realize it will take time. In the meantime WM seems to be doing all he can to get our name out there. Good point about the idea that regardless of the reg from the left coast, the AXP is as you say a no-brainer due to the cost savings to the truckers. Sometimes I get impatient. lol.

Thanks Akula.
The USS TUNNY site was interesting. Always been my dream to be in a sub. In Musk. Mi. we have as a museum the USS Silversides, and I've been in that. I imagine like the comparrison in the TUNNY site there is probably little to compare though between what they have now and the WWII models. The electric bus thing I think I've heard about maybe. My hobby has been trying to learn alt. energy things. Did this have anything to do with Aluminum batteries by chance? What are the type of batteries? I see why the Infini
Gen piqued your interest. I would love to see the tech behind that. You by any chance an electrical engineer?
The latest pr shows that we are indeed not a one trick pony and the marine and stand alone apps through BMZ are pulling their weight. Hope for a little pop or at least stop the drift down today with the talk of making money. That usually makes investors happy. LOL, I HOPE !

This tells of the sales increasing as mentioned but also that we are not a one trick pony with the addition of Anchor Manufactoring and it shows what they bring to the table.
WM has stated that the closing was to be sometime in April. I'm hoping there are no serious delays.
Also don't forget that BMZ which we own and run makes not only our AXP1000 but a lot of other model generators for stand alone, portable, marine, military ect. The coming 1/4ly will feature revenue I'm told from what they made from selling stand alone units to houses in the hurricane areas.
Regards and off to work
The Hotdog
The Negatives.
Lack of Sales volume. Vol. has been promised before now and haven't happened. The excuses seem to be credible (moving into the new building+hurricanes) but still excuses. IMO prices per share won't jump untill investors can see improvement in the filings. As I've said in previous posts this upcoming filing will not help alot as they just started selling and producing now.(according to both WM and Mrs. Kahn and prs) The next filing should start to show sales. The second question mark I have is the competition. There are a lot of companies that make APUs in general, and some that challenge us in the Trucking industry in particular. As far as I can tell ours is less expensive and easiest to install. Plus it can be installed within the time that the gov. mandates for truckers downtime. According to WM we are the only ones that can be installed and out the door in that amount of time and therefore can be done at truck stops. The third thing I worry about is related to that. Who is installing our product. While the company is starting to talk about instalation facilities we have yet to get knowledge of any particular one out in the field. IMO they are concentrating on sales as they should. I would feel better if they could sign and let us know of an installation facility also. I assume that they will be third party places that work on trucks and would offer our unit along with other maintance work. It is easy to be conned by these small companies. What I like is that they file and file in detail. Having an in house lawyer such as Mrs. Kahn is a rarity in these start up companies. I guess I just don't have too much to say on the negative side. Basically I just hope the product, The AXP1000 is as good as advertised and they can set up a sales and installation dept to match so everyone else will know and buy the product. I think that if and when sales start to escalate we will see a steady increase in price per share. So far I'm willing to wait a full year as long as there is progress in sales each 1/4 and we start to see them out in the market place. I fully hope to see 1-2 dollars in 1-2 years. Remember WM is talking about being profitable this year and getting listed on the AMEX. About sales see the progress they claim in this pr.
-------------------------------
http://www.eent.net/News/20050308-PR.htm
-------------------------------
So much for the negatives. ha .
Remember the truck show coming up at the end of the month and the closing hopefully in April and the next 1/4ly which should show our continued improvement in sales. This price shouldn't get below .10 by much if what they claim is happening is happening. I'm getting some more money into my account to buy at this price. My other prices were all .13.
Regards The Hotdog
BTW where you from?
No Josh.
I don't work for EENT. Wish I did because then my information would be first hand instead of relying on 3rd hand info. I get my info from just digging in google searches and phone calls to the company. I really like to research theses small companies. Usually the people in charge are willing to talk to anyone lol. Wish I could visit the company and see their product first hand. Wish you lived in Florida so you could do it for us. I live in Michigan BTW. I've talked to the CEO William McAndrew (WM) twice and Jolie Kahn the general council twice and the PR guy at Aurelius Consulting Dave Gentry twice. The EENT website http://www.eent.net/, Has all their news articles going way back. Also I like http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=eent. That is where I look up the SEC filings ( the button at the top right). Other than that I just try to verify through googling what I find out from the company and their PRs. Still it is only 3rd hand info. I really tend to get carried away in support of a company I invest in. I don't mean to hype it but I probably do or at least sound like I do. Next post I'll tell what negatives I have with the company.
Regards The Hotdog
Hi Josh.
I asked about it and why it dissappeared from the web site. WM said that they still are testing it and are having "glimpses" of success. I gues the problem is that it wasn't putting out enough juice. They are working on it and that is where the glimpses are coming from. They, I believe as stated in a previous press release, bought the patent rights to a battery manangement technology that they claim will do what the AXP 1000 does without the fumes. ie battery vs internal combustion. This does need to be recharged however. The idea though is for the charge to last over the mandatory rest period. How it works or what exactly are the bottlenecks to production however they are not talking about as it is tradesecret stuff at this point. I wish I knew how it worked. Can't remember the two guys and the company name mentioned in the Pr from which we bought the idea but I could find nothing on Google searches for 2or 3 hours. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.Below is a pr about displaying it.

Energy & Engine Technology Corporation Introduces New AXP Technology
September 28, 2004 10:34:00 AM ET
PLANO, Texas, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Energy & Engine Technology Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EENT) announces the introduction of its new technology prototype for the long haul trucking industry, the AXP InfiniGen. This second generation AXP technology powers the cab's "creature comforts" and has the following unique set of characteristics:
* No engine idling
* No fuel consumption
* No emissions
* Full Sine-Wave power
* No noise
* Split HVAC unit option
* Auto recharging without use of truck systems
* Easy portability from vehicle to vehicle
* No maintenance
This unique characteristic set is especially significant as the ability to idle the truck engine to provide power for the sleeper cab to facilitate driver comfort is inevitably going to terminate. Clear evidence of the trend to severely limit idling is the new California strict idling limitations set to commence in 2009.
EENT will be introducing this new technology at the American Trucking Associations' Las Vegas Show from October 3 - 7, 2004. EENT will be located at Booth 733.

On February 18, 2004, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to increase their authorized shares of common stock to 180,000,000.

Upon delivery of specified working models of the two initial technologies, EENT is to pay C.A.P.S. $20,000 a month, indefinitely, less any royalty payments made, until royalty payments reach $20,000 per month. Royalty payments for the initial technology are to be $125 per unit sold and for the next technology shall be 10% of the net invoice price for units sold. Heavy-Duty Vehicle Idling Emission Reduction Program
This page updated March 9, 2005.
The ARB staff is developing regulatory programs to reduce emissions of toxics and criteria pollutants by limiting idling of new heavy-duty diesel vehicles. This measure may require heavy-duty diesel engines to be equipped with tamper resistant and non-adjustable electronic idle controls that will shut down the engine if it is left to idle continuously for more than a specified or programmed idle time limit. The requirements may include provisions that would allow the vehicle driver or operator to override the electronic idle limiting device as needed for safety or if the vehicle is stopped in traffic or to operate power take-off devices. In addition, the new vehicle/engine requirements may include optional idling emission standards for the vehicle's engine. A vehicle certified to these optional idling emission standards would be able to run at idle continuously for more than the specified idle time limit.
The above measures are designed to limit idling of diesel-fueled commercial motor vehicles and allow the use of alternative technologies/strategies in order to provide heating and cooling for cab comfort, engine oil heating for easy engine start-up in cold ambient conditions, and electric power to charge batteries and operate on-board ancillaries. Such devices may include, but are not limited to, on-board auxiliary devices such as fuel-fired heaters and auxiliary power units (APU), power inverter/chargers for use with battery packs and grid supplied electricity. Staff will also evaluate emissions from internal combustion engine powered APUs used for this application and may propose, if necessary, optional lower emission standards for such APUs. The use of these devices, in lieu of operating the heavy-duty engine at idle, will result in significant NOx reductions. Reductions in PM, ROG, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are also expected, but to a lesser extent depending on the type of alternative idle reduction device/strategy used.

Well that should bring everyone up to date. lol. I've talked with Will McAndrew and Mrs Jolie Kahn (in house council) and am impressed with their honesty and willingness to answer all questions up front. At least the ones they legally can lol. Mrs Kahn is a stickler for reporting everything and making the 1/4lys on time. The upcoming 10K is due the 15th of April and she said that it should be on time. Remember that this covers only thru Dec. 31 and they had only moved into the new BMZ facility in Nov. So numbers won't reflect recent sales. Not untill the next 1/4ly due in May. Also keep in mind that the Anchor deal is on track to be closed hopefully in April or at most early May. By my birthday May 13, IMO we'll be rocking.

Thanks Gamood, I'm a Tesla fan.
One of his main driving visions was to be able to send energy wirelessly. From a central point to anywhere in the world. If I understand his theories correctly. If that ever becomes reality there would be little need for batteries. Imagine the dream this way if you will. Now radio stations project their waves and car radios pick them up and translate them to music. Imagine if electricty was broadcast all around us and all we needed was a tuner to pick up what we wanted. I believed he looked at the world as part of a giant AC motor that could be tapped for power. If power ever becomes transmitted this way more than likely Tesla's ideas will be used but as you allude to credit won't be given.
Thanks The Hotdog
Reg hi again.
This is the link to that interview. The company is claiming a transparant solar cell to cover window glass on large buildings ect. Thought you might like a peek. If the site doesn't get you all the way there click on archives and look for a co called X SUN X symbol xsnx.

Enjoy, The Hotdog
Hi Reg.
Haven't kept up with the paintable solar cells other than an occasional article. Think they are non silicon and thought they were making progress on the efficiency. Heard some webcast of a CEO of a company making a film to put on windows and the like to collect electricty. Didn't pay too close attention as he was before the CEO I wanted to listen too. If you want the link I'm sure I could come up with it. You know anything about that type of thing?
Regards and best to all the guheerts
Thanks CDR
I guess my email didn't make it through. Did Mario happen to say anything about "that rumor"?
Regards The Hotdog
CDR I too sent a copy to Mario
I don't know for sure if I had the right address so I'm glad you sent one too. This needs clarification. If its false I would expect a quick reply or even a shot on the web site. Some people just can't resist twisting that knife. sad

Hasher,
Thanks for putting my Polish cousins in the picture.

Hey Caradoc This doesn't have anything to do about gold but.
Who was that talked some of us into going into ALTI Altair? Do you remember? I know I did then got out after a brief time. I saw today it more than doubled after steadily rising for what? a year at least. Whoever it was I hope he kept buying and wiped out his loses from PWTC. This does have something to do with batteries btw. lol. I haven't lost it completely. Peep you'll love this it's right up the lithium alley.

Altair Nanotechnologies Achieves Breakthrough in Battery Materials
Altair's Developments Pave the Way for a New Generation of Rechargeable Batteries
RENO, NV, Feb. 10, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Altair Nanotechnologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI) announced today that it has achieved a breakthrough in Lithium Ion battery electrode materials, which will enable a new generation of rechargeable battery to be introduced into the marketplace, as well as create new markets for rechargeable batteries. These new materials allow rechargeable batteries to be manufactured that have three times the power of existing Lithium Ion batteries at the same price and with recharge times measured in a few minutes rather than hours.
The technical achievements are being praised by the battery community as truly remarkable and will likely enable a new generation of rechargeable battery to be produced. Altair has confidentiality agreements in place with some of the world's leading battery development companies to evaluate and commercialize these battery electrode materials.
Altair's research and development efforts were allowed two new patents (announced on January 7th and 14th, 2005) and a National Science Foundation grant was successfully completed in January, 2005, by Altair. New markets for fast charging batteries will include the handheld power tools market increasing the productivity of, for example, construction workers while lowering their overhead costs. Other markets include hybrid electric vehicles, portable electronics and medical surgery tools -- solving the problem of electrical wires all over the operating room floor.
Endorsements for Altair's work in this area have come from many quarters. Two eminent experts in battery technology, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Dr. Vassilis G. Keramidas, have expressed strong support for Altair's work
"The nanomaterials Altair is developing are the next generation of electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries and Altair's research and product development is laying the ground work for a new generation of ultra high power lithium ion batteries," commented Dr. K. M. Abraham. "A key requirement to the above applications is the ability to recharge the battery very quickly, for example in a few minutes. Current Li Ion batteries are incapable of such quick charge times because of the chemistry of the anode materials. Altair has found a solution to this with their nano-sized lithium titanium oxide."
"Altair's nanomaterials, which have a virtually zero strain crystal lattice, eliminate the main cause for battery electrode material fatigue, which limits rechargeable battery life, increasing the number of recharge and discharge cycles from a few hundred to many thousand cycles," said Dr. Vassilis G. Keramidas. "I find Altair's development strategy and proposed research direction sound and a necessary step in establishing the Li-Ion electrochemistry as a viable contender for large battery applications."
"Our research in battery electrode materials is a further indication of how Altair's scientists are able to apply their nanomaterials science knowledge to solving real world needs," commented Altair CEO Dr. Alan J. Gotcher. "Many of the technology and product development initiatives that we have been working on for the last few years are now coming to the commercialization stage. Each step is another validation of our business strategy and product technology platform. Altair's nanomaterial based, micro porous electrode technology has performance and stability advantages that appear to be unmatched when compared to the best commercialized technology in the market today."
Dr. K. M. Abraham
Dr. Abraham, the principal of E-KEM Sciences, has over 28 years of experience in lithium battery research and development. He has made pioneering contributions to the development of the rechargeable battery industry. Dr. Abraham has authored and co-authored over 150 publications and 16 US patents in battery technology. He received his Ph. D. from Tufts University and conducted post-doctoral research at Vanderbilt University and MIT. In 2000 he was elected a Fellow of the Electrochemical Society. Dr Abraham is on Altair's Scientific Advisory Board.
Dr. Vassilis G. Keramidas
Dr. Keramidas, Managing Director of Keramidas International, provides management consulting to major corporations on the formulation and execution of their research and development. Prior to founding Keramidas International, he was Vice President of Applied Research at Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore). His division at Telcordia made seminal contributions in the fields of photonic and electronic materials. The Bellcore research on energy storage ushered in the polymer battery Li-Ion technology with the invention of the Bellcore Plastic Li-Ion (PLiON) technology. Dr. Keramidas sits on the Board of two battery companies.

OT WAY OT For Initiated Eyes Only
Wow Peep.
Wonder where that un-named friendly country is? The MEG machine should of been out by now. The release date kind of keeps geting pushed up.. Kind of like the PWTC battery. LOL. Seriously though as much as I idolize Tesla I can see his flaw. One of ego IMO. His mental ability to envision in his mind experiments down to the last detail and even rearrange them was legendary. IMO this along with and mixed in with his ego over time is what eventually limited him. As time and ego limits us all. His insights were extraordinary in their "out of the boxness" or originality. As Bearden implys Tesla did indeed envision the earth as a dipole to capture what Bearden calls the Longitudinal Waves of force. I always played with E=MC2 along the same lines. Time and Mass are but parts of Energy or by products. Whatever that "Membrane" surrounding or keeping together Time and Mass (space) is, it is the left over part of the equation. Something like the WAVE Beardon and Tesla are fishing for,-- itself existing not outside of our ability to see understand and engineer it. The Originl E in the equation by itself is what I call God and you may call it what you will. Either way it is unknowable. Without time and space. See I can get to left field on my own, but the ability to come back I value above all else. To paraphrase. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from conspiracies. Interesting link but let's not overbuden this board.
Thanks Peep

Where's POB
Well back at ya Mr. Hasher.
Gee andI thought that's what you were angling at with that talk about WM and the battery thing. That he Peep and you were taking over peeps Super Battery Charge Co. You'd be making them, WM making the deals and Peep in charge of putting out PRs OOOOOOOOOOahhhhhhhhh well Maybe not. Good to see there are no future "plans" between you two.
Best to you and yours.
Regards The Hotdog
I'll ditto that Gulfbreeze.
Wonder what POB is up to lately.
Days of our losses.
The Hotdog
Hi MLF Good to see you too.
The sticking point is valid. IMO Many many claims including ours and still no battery. If as the positive ones on board claim that now the hurdles are over we will soon be produing batteries up the ying yang. Then I can't help but wonder why before we had the hurdles and everyone was happy we couldn't produce any. If as Hasher claims we did have prototypes then why couldn't anyone make them. The reasons were never clear to me. Oh well hope the Left coast is hanging in there.
My best to all of yours.
Regards The Hotdog
Good to see you too Caradoc.
That "Gems in the Dust" article reminded me why I liked and invested in PWTC. Practicality vs exotic alternatives. The way Snaper wasn't worried about unifying the laws of physics but rather simply finding a better alternative to what was already there. The lead acid and before that the Edison battery. Kind of the American way good or bad. Tesla being far more intelligent than Edison IMO yet he ended up a pauper. Whereas Edison was successful. He stuck to it and with hard work made it. I thougt that PWTC's battery was something that I could buy in a year off the shelves. Well three or so years later no battery and talk of building prototypes in the future?? I'd take Hasher up on the aluminum battery but I forgot to make that 2 million US deposit into that Cayman fund I had. Maybe next week. Seems Peep and Hasher are getting closer. OOOOMMMM OOOOMMMM Or whatever I used to do back in the day. Looks like the Poles have it all over us with the RVC@ ---------Holey Reticulated Plates Batman. Maybe when WM (he loves me remember) let's it slip (ha) what his next deal is It would be nice to hear from Reg. Hope Reg's plans and dreams are coming true. Also hope he is well, along with his family. How is that Hondaholding up? I can't remember but did you get completely off the grid? Also wonder if Chet is OK and has weathered the storms he was facing in his life.
Regards The Hotdog
Logman congrats on the news.
That's the way I read it too about the AS shares.
Looks like your patience may start paying off. At least there is some hope on the horizon. Good for you.
Regards The Hotdog
Hi Sleo.
You're right on that. While I'm skeptical now of the battery. The new management seems to have hit the ground running. They at least feel confident. I may get in for some of the ups and downs. I may get in if for nothing else than to rejoin this board. LOL This stock has sure been addicting over the years and like most addictions harmfull to ones sanity and pocketbook. ha. Luckily I started trading this stock back in the day so I was able to minimize my loses but I still lost some. Anyway here we go off to the races again. That cable radio has a channel next to me in Grand Rapids Mi. (640 on the am dial) The show is 2 hours long(9-11)Sun. Wonder how long we are on or if we are on for that long? That would be nice.
Just a side thought here. The other patents from back in the day that we seem to have claimed as PTI's such as the Pipelink, water sensor, ect are they AS's or PTI's or are they up for grabs like the battery. PTI didn't get those also I wouldn't think.
Regards The Hotdog
Abraham hi.
Does anyone have any particulars as to where that "open for business" sign will be hanging exactly? At what address Jung and co. will be putting out these demos? I'm sure for 20K AS didn't give them the zillion dollar battery AND his building too. BCRI? are they still in the picture? Don't give me any of that Slovenia or Chinese stuff either. Unless maybe they are moving to that FUJI island Mel is thinking of buying. Any way nice to see old faces. Well the old for sure but the nice comes and goes ha. Anybody heard from Birdy? You ever get out of the desert yet Chet? Hope so buddy.
Later Regards The Hotdog

Pretty good digging
