Looking at the filings it looks like he payed himself in shares and NEVER CONVERTED. As far as the revenues there was never much profit, 25k a quarter or so, not enough to pay himself or anyone else. Not enough to keep the business going. Most of this is in the filings, notes about the wind down in operations for send global are in the filings as well.
"POS CEO"
No toxic debt and sold no shares, even with an o/s of 200 mil for 2 years.
He was obviously waiting for the right opportunity, now he has it with TCA and 15 mil in credit. TCA is totally legit.

One of the CEO's previous jobs,

*P & L responsibility for $200 million European and South American businesses.

*Created global organization that reduced costs by $50+ million annually.

*Added $20 million in new revenue by launching two new business units: Global Key Industry Group and AirWorx Division for factory automation.
He wasn't the VP when it was bought out or merged but he was the VP for 4 years from 98 to 2002 and managed over $400 million in 35 countries. See the post below,

Invensys Air Systems in now schneider-electric, so Invensys was bought out or there was a merger. It trades on the UK stock exchange and has revenues in the billions.

Fred was the Senior VP of Invensys.
I will be watching closely tomorrow for another pull back and possibly buying more. People who have been here too long are anxious to get out and creating what could be an incredible buying opportunity. The CEO didn't dilute a single share for two years, this is nothing like most penny plays.
Check out TCA,

Note that it's a global fund. Check out one of their directors,
Thanks, advertising and marketing companies it looks like?
The share structure has stayed the same the entire time, that alone puts this a level above almost all the penny stocks most of us play.
Why thank god? You don't like the news?
Like I said though they might be two completely different methods and therefore different patents. Also, Viaderma seems a little scammy.
Their's is an:
Hey I just made this post and should have made it a reply to you so you'd see it, you might ask him about this unless you already know the answer.

The packaging and the patent were my only questions.
One other thing I've been considering here. The transdermal delivery system for the cbd's that our patch uses is "patent pending".
There are other companies looking to patent transdermal delivery systems for canniboids, ViaDerma being one of them.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/ViaDerma-Inc-VDRM-14324/
It looks like Viaderma has only applied for a "provisional patent" which hasn't even been approved and can take up to 18 months to approve.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=128096589
So I am wondering how far along we are in the patent process, does anyone know? Not to say that both, or neither might be approved so it might not be a big deal.
Haha yeah me too, it does seem possible that people would worry but it sends mixed messages.
If you do and you remember you might also mention that from an investor standpoint in penny stock land investors have seen a million "cannabis products" scams and having a more professional looking product would help from that perspective as well.
Thanks for sharing. One thing I have to admit and emailed the company about is I hate the packaging. It looks like a packet of magic beans. I know they will improve it as they go but I absolutely think they should go with something that looks more medical and professional. This is extremely effective medicine not uncle johns... homemade pain rub.
What do you think?
Yeah I should have clarified that, I was talking about the cancer treatment, fibromyalgia treatment, etc.
I should have included some other stuff, but I just think we need to get Patricio F. Reyes name in the stickys somewhere. We are a sub penny stock with a board member who has one of the most important medical offices in the NFL. We sell opioid free pain patches. The NFL has a huge issue with opioid addiction.
It should also be mentioned that we haven't sold a single pain patch yet or gotten the FDA approval process going for any of our products. But the connections and potential are there.
In case you were wondering why BIEI is shooting up today, here is a short post, there is dilution involved and the company is low on cash but big money is buying today, check this out,
BIEI, otcqb company, need to know DD,
BIEI has research deals with the Army, DOD, and the University of Tulsa. Among their products is a cancer treatment with impressive research that was recently published in the British Journal of Cancer.

Here is some of the research,
http://www.premierbiomedical.com/premier-biomedical-anti-cancer-antibody-outperforms-leading-multi-billion-dollar-commercial-cancer-treatments-initial-head-head-testing-major-university/
They also have a very impressive Board of Directors,
http://www.premierbiomedical.com/about/our-team/
Note: Patricio F. Reyes, MD, FAAN, our chief technical officer, is currently the Chief Medical Officer and Board Member of the Retired National Football League Players Association
http://www.nflretiredplayersassociation.org/board-of-directors.html
Can anyone see him suggesting our opioid free (no drug addiction) pain patch to retired NFL players? Pain Killer addiction is a huge problem, and the DEA is cracking down. He just joined the board a few months ago.
http://www.espn.com/espn/eticket/story?page=110128/PainkillersCurrentUse
Down the line it's also hard not to imagine the possibility of an endorsement from a retired player.
A recent quote I like from the company,
It would be nice if someone stickied that post of something similar so new eyes know about our connections.

A recent quote I like from the company,
That's what I'm saying, thats great but people need to know about the cancer research and the connections we have with the army and NFL, NHL, and Veterans
Or put together a DD post, or I will later
Someone please sticky the cancer research, this quote from the company, and our board of directors.

Yeah I'm not saying we don't potentially have a great product, there is very little competition to speak of, even Pure Ratios beats Mary's sales in California, we can beat them both I think, I'm looking forward to seeing our packaging and hoping it's more professional/medical looking than these other brands. We'll see.
http://pureratios.com/pure-ratios-dominates-california-patches-market-share/
It took Mary's Medicinal's 3 years to sell its millionth patch. Not bad really, but a ways off.
http://www.marysmedicinals.com/news-item/marys-medicinals-announces-sale-of-millionth-transdermal-cannabis-patch/
That being said we have better connections in the army, veterans and sports world. This is another guy we added to the board recently,
http://www.nhonews.com/news/2011/feb/15/tcrhcc-physical-therapist-honored-by-air-force/
Bill said he would significantly strengthen our sales effort, particularly in south america, so I imagine he is talking about selling the cbd products internationally. Anyone know what he's been up to since that article was written in 2011?
Yeah I am being realistic now, we have no or not very much cash and only about 4 people at a wellness center who like our product. But it's a great penny play as far as those go and a real otcqb company with good names involved.
Thanks for all the info.
I was just going to say I'm trying not to be pumpy but imagine a former NFL player endorsing our pain patch. I mean, that's not that pumpy this guy is their Chief friggin Medical Officer and can suggest any new therapy to help.
It's just that the dots don't quite connect yet to Williams humble, please buy our stock webcast from December. Can we get some funding in here??
Wow, forgot to check the first place I should have looked,
http://www.premierbiomedical.com/about/our-team/
I know you guys all know this but some highlights for me,
Thanks, I was going to ask more about the team behind this but I just found some stuff.
Does the DEA's new designation for cbd oil effect the legal availability of the patch for all 50 states?
I agree about outside financing, when OWCP got going it was largely due to the low float, upcoming mj vote, and no dilution because everything else about the stock besides the (I believe it was 300k) financing was pretty vague. The Israeli research ties were legit but the topical product hadn't been released and there wasn't much information on it. If we get the same outside financing here with an already released product and all of cancer research behind this one it will do good things.
Sorry but what news? The website, the release of the pain patch or something else?
They just ran out of cash last quarter, will insiders continue to fund here? Is the new business direction the "dine in" theater concept or something new?
They should buy theaters in Colorado or anywhere MJ is legal and add edibles/smoke rooms to their dine in theater concept.
Sounds great, the mention in the PR about the 500 fold increase in mutation detection sounds great as well, but for this deal maybe they cut a cheap deal to get a major footprint? Why wouldn't they release any numbers? (Again I know nothing about the industry).
Consensus or just one analyst? I think there's huge potential obviously I just don't know anything about the industry
So we have no idea how much this deal is worth?
Ok, thanks.
How long have you been a moderator here? It looks like your first post was 5 days ago. I would like to read all of these posts that are being deleted.
Aren't they working on a patch? Some random person I don't know tweeted that so I pretty much count that as DD.
Wow it did pass the secondary endpoint? That's awful then, his tweet also made it look like you had to inject 45 mins before but it looks like it lasts for 8 hours and they are aiming for a patch?
I feel like most women with HSDD would be more than willing to use this if increases sexual desire for 8 hours but not too much, that seems perfect. Date night, sunday afternoon, whatever.
I am unclear as to how he knows it failed the test, the PR mentions satisfying sexual events as a secondary endpoint but doesn't say how it tested. Is it safe to say it didn't meet the expectation since they didn't say so or not?
