There are other companies looking to patent transdermal delivery systems for canniboids, ViaDerma being one of them.

It looks like Viaderma has only applied for a "provisional patent" which hasn't even been approved and can take up to 18 months to approve.

So I am wondering how far along we are in the patent process, does anyone know? Not to say that both, or neither might be approved so it might not be a big deal.
