Exactly Paula!
Yes, GRNO is not being investigated by the SEC. You have every right to wait another 1 or 2 years for a potential SEC investigation relating to Monk. This will mean you will have waited a total of 3 to 4 years for your anticipated investigation to begin. If that happens, GRNO will be waiting and will present all of their SEC compliant business transactions-- with out concern...
As mentioned earlier all transactions GRNO did and DO, continue to follow SEC laws. GRNO has an SEC attorney review all contracts they enter into.. GRNO's President is very stern about following the laws. This is the reason why GRNO is not concerned. GRNO has full documentation for every business deal they do and is always willing to show it to any legal party.
The stock has fallen dramatically due to investors waiting for the audits. Audits will show proof of financial condition and transaction. The drop in price is understandable due to delays in audits.
In my recent conversation with the CEO of GRNO, I was informed the auditor handling the account moved to a new firm in order to receive a higher management position and more pay. The new audit rep re-assessed the account and chose to bill GRNO an additional $20K. The CEO then had to renagotiate the price. GRNO is a money making machine and can pay the $20K but they dont like spending money without a good reason.
Over all, GRNO is a brick and mortar company continuing to drive in rapidly growing revenues. Once the audits are completed, I expect the stock to rise again. Audits will then be used to present infront of institutions. In my opinion, I see this company as grossly undervalued. Audits will show the fundamantals behind this low priced stock.
Arvitar, GRNO does not have any SEC cases. Unlike GRNO, CDIV and EIGH had SEC issues based on contracts, transactions and statements that were not legal. GRNO makes sure all procedures are legal and ethical.. This is always first and foremost on their mind on every deal. GRNO is focused on building a strong company rather than risking their stock and operations on quick money or illegal transactions.
The more you look into the transactions and past postings on iHub of CDIV and EIGH certificates, you will notice the unrelated situation compared to GRNO..
I am still VERY POSITIVE on GRNO. Audits will show the revenue growth year over year, profit margins and various residual revenue streams.
Rocker, feel free to call IR if you dont receive a response within a timely manner. Sometimes e-mails dont make it to the receiver due to filters or other issues. IR is always at the phone and is available.
Yes, the Edmonton office definitely exists! They are there right now, working on current contracts and new potential contracts.
G.P. Update on the LOI will most likely be out soon.
Attorney has to review releases before they are sent out.
Companies involved in LOI's often times want to review it as well.
Louisiana Food Company Spotlights Fall Favorite, Fais do-do Gumbo
Gumbo Mix Offers Budget-Friendly Pricing, Traditional Flavors
Press Release Source: Louisiana Food Company On Monday September 12, 2011, 8:00 am EDT
BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Louisiana Food Company (OTCBB:LUSI.ob - News), a purveyor of "Certified" Louisiana specialty food products, today spotlighted its Fais do-do Gumbo, a Fall and Winter favorite in South Louisiana. LUSI's Fais do-do Gumbo is currently available on South Louisiana grocers' shelves and at the company's online store.
"Our Fais do-do Gumbo is budget-friendly, while at the same time delivering an authentic version of a traditional favorite with a depth of flavor that is rarely associated with a mix product," said David Loflin, LUSI's President. Mr. Loflin also stated that the Fais do-do Gumbo labeling is an original work of art that captures the energy and motion of an old-time fais do-do, or Cajun dance party.
As with LUSI's other products, the labeling for its Fais do-do Gumbo carries with it a story inspired by the history, the culture and the people of South Louisiana:
He rocked . . . deliberately. He spoke . . . deliberately . . . until our conversation turned to summers spent on the bayou, at his father's camp. The rocking stopped. My friend sat straight up and a smile spread across his face. "As a boy," he started, "my daddy had a camp pretty far south of Baton Rouge and we'd head there most weekends during the summer. We'd run, fish, swim, all day with the kids from the other camps," he smiled. "But the best part of those weekends started Saturday afternoons, when everyone would gather at one of the camps and the women would start cookin' supper. I remember there was always a big cast iron pot of gumbo, fried fish, shrimp, cornbread, rice, greens . . . I'll always have those smells," my friend mused. "Then, after everyone was stuffed, usually Daddy would get out his accordion and Uncle Lou would pick up his fiddle. This meant it was time for us youngsters to head inside, so the adults could dance in the nearest clearing," he grinned. "The grandmas would rock the babies to sleep, while the older kids played games in the other room. We'd strain our ears trying to hear what was goin' on out there, peeked out the front door, too! After a while, we could hear the laughter begin to rise up over the accordion and fiddle . . . -- continued at www.louisianafoodcompany.com/gumbo.

From the outset, LUSI's management has believed that the rich and diverse cultural heritage of South Louisiana would provide a natural source of inspiration for its product labels. As works of art, LUSI's product labels capture the movement and energy that is South Louisiana -- they are "eye-grabbers," and retailer and consumer response to the labels has been extremely positive.

Louisiana Food Company Adds Red Beans to Fall Product Line
Red Beans Mix to be Sold Under Company's "Red Stick Red Beans" Brand Name
Press Release Source: Louisiana Food Company On Tuesday August 30, 2011, 9:15 am EDT
BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Louisiana Food Company (OTCBB:LUSI.ob - News), a purveyor of "Certified" Louisiana specialty food products, today introduced its newest product, Red Stick Red Beans, "Red Stick" being the English translation of "Baton Rouge", Louisiana's capital city and a traditional hub of Cajun society. LUSI's Red Stick Red Beans will begin to appear on South Louisiana grocers' shelves and at the company's online store beginning during the fourth quarter of 2011.
"This upcoming weekend is the official start of two of America's greatest 'seasons', the college football season and, more importantly, the tailgating season," said David Loflin, LUSI's President. "Our Red Stick Red Beans are a delicious and extremely budget-friendly version of a traditional Southern favorite," he added. Mr. Loflin also stated that the Red Stick Red Beans labeling is an original work of art that displays several Baton Rouge icons.
As with LUSI's other products, the labeling for its Red Stick Red Beans carries with it a story inspired by the history, the culture and the people of South Louisiana:
"Bridge over the Mississippi in five, Tiger Stadium in eight, twelve hours 'til kickoff," John hollered, as he squinted into the morning's first light. The fifty miles from Breaux Bridge to Baton Rouge on I-10 had gone smoothly so early on a Saturday. As he pulled the purple and gold RV into its rightful place and inhaled, John could tell the smokers were already hard at work . . . little bit of boudin, little bit of andouille, little bit of brisket, red beans and rice, some ice cold . . . "Johnnie, Johnnie, look, it's the Broussards and the Robichauds and they both brought their catahoulas ," John's wife, Faye, exclaimed, breaking his revery. "Great! I love those pups, and looks like it's their smoker I was enjoying. Hey, honey, grab the red beans and the pot, so we can get them goin'," he said. Opening the door of the RV and stepping down, John yelled, "Boys, whatever it is, it smells darn good . . . perhaps a little smoked Hog," he laughed. "You know it. Geaux Tigers!", his friends yelled . . . — continued at www.louisianafoodcompany.com/redbeans.

I see this drop as temporary. Float small. Profit takers are nearing an end.. Only up from there on small float...
Other board rooms should learn of LUSI and 8 mill float.
'Subslover', you should try to Gumbo! Quick and easy.. Tastes good.. Store it in the pantry room for a couple of months and cook it when you want..
'geopic', thanks for the info.. LUSI is slowly moving back up.
Good sign during the slow time.. Management has been speaking with several brokers and basic investors over the last 5 days.. Looks like they want to get the stock moving back up again very soon!
From what I know, acquisitions using restricted stock usually involve stock lock up times of 2 years. This gives the company 2 years to accomplish their goal and protect the shareholder. After 2 years, if determined helpful, companies might renegotiate the stock deal under new terms.
LUSI's manufacturing and distribution into 100 grocery stores will fuel revenue growth and brand awareness heading into 2012.
Optimistic aquisition will be completed in coming week.
I agree! Float is very low.. Adding would be good. Stock was up 268% last week. Current step back is profit taking.. I see this stock rebounding as new buyers come in later this week or following week.

Well said 'luckysdad'. We should be glad the stock has rebounded over 60% and is holding at current levels. It shows confidence in the stock. Low float is helping as well.
I chose to become Assistant Moderator in order to help the Moderator. We want news to be past to investors as quickly as possible.
In terms of my comment 2 days ago about having news for investors, I made my first post yesterday based on my conversation with the President of LUSI. I was told LUSI became DTC eligible late last week. This was a big step for the company allowing more investors the ability to trade LUSI stock. LUSI worked closely with FINRA and the SEC in accomplishing eligibility.

LUSI now DTC eligible which allows investors increased ease of buying the stock-- As per my conversation with David Lufkin, President of LUSI.
Nice 3 day move! Steady volume increase leading to strong price moves. Small float definitely helping!
Yes. Last by was 38. Up 38% in 3 days too!
'Detailman', can you add me on as an additional Assistant Moderator? I would like to assist you in providing quality information. There is some information I have learned of from management that other investors should know of. This info positive info. Knowledge is Power..
LUSI looking good today. Spread slowly tightening... Coffee blend should add to revenue growth in 2012.
Yes. Looks like they were paid.. I have a feeling there are several other groups involved. Let me know if you hear of any other groups involved.. Curious what is behind this stock movement....
Mayhem, what group(s) do you know of that were pumping POTG? I cant find any records of groups...
I agree... Audited financials should pave the way increased pps in 2011. Looking forward to management introducing their company infront of brokerage firms this year. Green pastures ahead..
Buying an existing shell can be a little more expensive but quicker to do. Creating a public vehicles takes time and has very few shareholders and market makers at the start.
Not sure what you mean bigoledog. I pulled the item number from the posted 8-K. I received other info from using the listed phone number on the press releases and website. :)
I think an S-1 needs to be filed when acquisitions are made. This might explain why they needed to do it. CCP became a wholy owned subsidiary of GRNO.
CEO has handled several investor calls, including recently. He does what he can for investors but also passes the calls to IR. IR guy is almost always available. CEO also had an investor conference call recently which lasted approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. He was very open and had his attorney answer some of the legal questions. It was a very open and good call.
I spoke to management. Good thing is, someone is always available when I call-IR or management.
Don, good morning. I was informed, they have a new firm to handle audits. Paperwork is now being filled out. Prior audit firm was too overloaded with their current work. They said they could do it but management wanted to make sure the firm would be able to complete and send out the audited financials on time.
Over all, the good news is, GRNO has an audit firm that they are now working with. All parties feel they can complete all of 2010 audited financials by mid February. Quarterly financials to be sent out as they are completed.
