Don, good morning. I was informed, they have a new firm to handle audits. Paperwork is now being filled out. Prior audit firm was too overloaded with their current work. They said they could do it but management wanted to make sure the firm would be able to complete and send out the audited financials on time.
Over all, the good news is, GRNO has an audit firm that they are now working with. All parties feel they can complete all of 2010 audited financials by mid February. Quarterly financials to be sent out as they are completed.
