Rooster, I don't know how the deal was made but if AS sold 100% of his patent for shares of PWTC, legally, he is not supposed to get any future royalties. I once made a deal to licence a technology to a company and I received some royalties until they offered me a check to buy the patent back. After cashing the money, I had no more rights on that patent.

Big Tex, you are unfortunately right about the PRs and I suppose about the shares.

Again, the positive thing about the eventual or should I say potential removal of LB is that investors will be able to hope for a revival of this company. That should translate into a higher share price soon after he's gone. We may not lose everything after all.

I still can't believe that there hasn't been a demonstration on a bike or anything else that needs a more powerful battery.

Rooster, the only thing I can tell you is that I believe the ownership of the patent belongs to PWTC. Since AS probably now thinks just like me that LB didn't do his job well, he wants to get a new captain on board and so do I.

No Rooster, I'm not A.S. I'm simply a rational person reacting to the actions of a man who has betrayed my trust. He has repeatedly lied to us all and doesn't have an ounce of credibility anymore. He did not respect his shareholders and worked for himself instead of the company. We cannot hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel with this man in charge.

I believe that the technology is incredible. It needs to be commercialized by someone who can inspire confidence and that will lead this company with a credible, serious and intelligent business plan.

What I know is that LB has to go. That single event would increase our share price right away. Let's get rid of that J--k.

Now that PWTC has produced many prototype batteries, wouldn't it be easy to put them into a golf cart and race against one who has the inferior batteries to see how farther we would go on a full charge? Bring in credible witnesses and a few cameras(CNN-CBS-ABC,etc.)and our stock price will fly...

That's simple and it would create excitement, investment and credibility. This could be arranged in less than a week.

therooster, I understand your enthusiasm and wish I could share it with you right now.(I still hope I will shortly) What concerns me is the price of the stock. As you probably know, the price of a stock generally reflects pretty accurately the value of a company and its potential at any given time. If the battery is so great and I think it probably is, why don't we have a substantial increase in the demand? The new investors don't know much about LB so it's got to be something else!!! Any explanation???

It's OK Luvthemtrainz. I probably pushed my luck a little bit too much. I like Mr Buffet's way of thinking and I couldn't resist comparing the two.

As you can tell, Elbee's inaction for such a long time is taking a toll on me. I think that he has mismanaged this company for too long. I am still a believer in the potential of our little battery and hopeful that it will end up on store shelves.

I am a little bit more optimistic because of this deal with NXCell. Other people will be involved in the day to day operations and that should help increase the quality of management.

I am also hopeful that NXCell can sign a licensing deal in the near future.

Trainz, did you get insider info from LB???? I guess not because if you had, it would'nt be true anyway. The guy has a tendency to somehow modify bits of information. His PRs tend to be.....well.....somewhat misleading don't you think? He's got a great talent as a magician. His most famous trick is to tell you that he has a great battery and a lot of people who want it, but when its time to sign a deal, they all disapear.

Logman, I think you are also right. Someone is picking up dirt cheap shares for a huge potential profit. My only concern is that we are paying for that. Who else but Elbee or his involment in selling treasury shares would be willing to sell so many shares for such a low price.

To sell at this level, you either have to be totally depressed (this could be me but I'm not that dumb) or have a cost of zero (treasury shares - we all pay for that) or run for the bank with what's left before the company goes bankrupt (Elbee - cause he's the only one who could really know that).

I have been following stocks for quite a long time and I have never seen such a situation...

I am still hoping for the best but it's hard on my nerves.

Luvthemtrainz, if Elbee is selling all those treasury shares right now at such a low price to get some money, he is diluting each of our share of the company in a totally unreasonable way.

And that's in the context of potentially good upcoming news. Is it possible that he is giving away gifts, at our expense, to people who are getting on board???

One of the positive things that may be happening right now is directly related to volume. In most cases, when you encounter unusually high volume on a stock, it tends to clear all sellers at a certain price and allows for an uptrend. What surprises me is the number of shares that have been for sale in this particular case. There may have been some unrelated and speculative MM trades.

In such a few of days, when trading accounts for a high percentage of float, it may bode well for the next 10 to 15 days.

If this whole thing turns out to be true, we may finally be rewarded or compensated for some of our losses.

Still waiting and hoping that NXCell takes leadership in marketing this great invention from Alvin Snaper.

Big Tex, even if the consultants were the ones selling, wouldn't be smarter to wait for a better price. Unless LB is the consultant and he wants to get rid of his shares to avoid getting caught by the SEC!!!

LB has been pulling rabbits out of his hat for a very long time now. In his next trick, he says he's going to pull out a powerful and light battery. In the meantime, over a million shares have recently been sold for almost nothing!!!!!

What can I say......I'm speechless.

As all of you know, this company has not met our expectations yet. I remain hopeful that we will be rewarded sooner than later.

Logman, have you seen the sensor alloy? I have seen it work and it is quite amazing. This thing is for real and its potential is huge. Will LB deliver is something else. I just hope he is getting great people on board.
