I don't know if the children live with him, or who the trustee is. So he might be a beneficial owner.
Neither our daughters live with us or anywhere near us, and their trustee is in a different state.
There is a legal reason for setting it up that way. Beneficial ownership is legally ambiguous. When our kids trustee passes, it is a separate twin trustees to keep any liability and beneficial ownership at arms distance.
If the kids live under the roof, they have liability. If the father is the trustee they have liability.
I am not a lawyer, but my cousin won three lawsuits, two ex-husband and including her mother for $100 million. her father set up her trust perfectly and I have her attorney.
I am dangerously knowledgeable
I'd have to ask dear spouse, but it should be booked as Deferred Revenue which is offset as well as an asset and a liability witch is offset as it is drawn down until expiration date, which the balance becomes an asset. I am not a merchandiser accounting expert, and neither is spouse, but this is how it should work.
This is a pain for the likes of Target or Wallyworld, but their software tracks this in real time, which is how they get their 10-Ks out so fast, where as dear spouse has to do this manually. 35 year old CPAs love their $1 million software, spouse prays excel and HP, two calcs. a pad and a pen still work.
Called old sckool.
Welp, my cousin lives up and over the grade, so you cannot click the lights on until you hit the grade or are in the pattern on final at 2,ooo feet to turn on the lights.
But dear daughter and I will be staying at cousins house, as he is a dentist and we need dental work.
We have a date at Kings just under runway 24 at CRQ and we drive right past that hangar, I might not have security clearance any more, but that hangar is right next to the gate, if it is open I can see if they put offices in there.
We will be there June 10-13
Will let you know, but I don't think Leroy is doing $15 million OTC deals out of there.
Also, I will see if Triton is still in La Jolla. If any one wants me to do any pop ins in the San Diego, let me know.
Also, if anyone wants me to do any pop ins into New Hampshire, Boston or Southern Maine, I leave June 1 to June 10.
If anyone wants me to do a pop in June 13- to whenever (I have not plans on a return) in the San Josa, Monterey, Carmel, Salinas, Santa Cruz area, let me know...I have no plans to go into SFO.
That stehpan something or another swedish video game scammer destroyed his Enzo some 10 years ago or so on PCH in Malibu at around 200 mph. Video game company scam, and lived. Go figure.
I've driven dear spouse's company car at 174 mph on the wrong side of the road, no problem. Then I am at a stop making a turn into whole pay check last week, and got sandwiched between to work trucks, both 50 ish white with gray hair....scam
go figure, totaled, and they both sped away. The world we live in. Spouse co insurance replacing car, but wants me to buy a beater up pick up truck, not use spouse race car.
We checked out the car infront and gave info to the car that hit us in the back, he threw the info into the car and they both raced away at the same time time and we got none of their information.
Scams happen in all shapes and sizes, not just the OTC.
The insider transaction should be arms length as in a blind trust by a financial inst.
No clue what was going on here. A CEO has to have disclosed to a financial institution if he or she were an affiliate. This changes the way the rep. trades the account. Compliance should be on top of this.
That was an Era ago in my life, but hopefully the rats will save lives. I know Janice loves her pets, hopefully we get out of this I hope some firm will pull this out, Roche or Pfizer, but delinquent pinkies need to be turned in. Spouse has been through clinical trials and I know the process, and you cannot do it with no cash.
Welp, there is a reason why the Big Four get fined from the China offices. If you sell gift cards, you can book that as revenue, but you have to offset it as a liability.
Companies hope that gift cards have a balance or not used and it gets on the revenue, but impair the debt over time or depending on the company expires.
I don't send gift cards, I send cash and take the risk or you use Venmo. I don't do the gift card scam.
Wow, that is a hefty, but legit disgorgement. Funny that they call themselves Gibraltar, but domiciled in the Bahamas.
LOL poor rats. I used to have two pet rats when I was a kid, Stephanie and Julie, don't ask me wy at 10 yrs I named them that. And I don't recall why I asked parents for rats.
But is good that they are making progress with rats, we shall see. gotta get rid of this virus, somehow some way.
I can see rats under research, that makes sense.
Sounds good to me, I gotta get a farm and get out of this four walls in a sky rise, I wanna grow stuff, go to farmers markets, mow the lawn...I don't need valet parking no more
I have fingers crossed for Elon Musk and Space-X on Saturday. Not that I care about Musk, just for US progress.
Welp, as far as say'in about getting old...
...as a former race car driver on the oval and road track, been clocked by dear spouse on the remote GPS at 176 mph on city streets, I am getting too old. Totaled dear spouse's $$$ flier coupe twice in two month.
I feel bad, so dear spouse is replacing the 189 mph sports car, but is buying me a $5000 beater up Chevy truck, no more 174 mph to Whole Paycheck.
Car is goverened to 189, I could never get it there, even on the straight on the oval. Once you hit the turn, you had to slow down, even with the 14 degree bank. I guess I was never meant to be a race car driver.
I was close, about middle of the paxk on the Oval and did well on the Road Track, was middle of the pack on the Auto - Cross track. The 1/4 mile is anyone
Welp, we usually use dogs to find truffles, and those have to be expensive dogs and a racket for $50 / oz for a mushroom. At least it is not as much as $15 of .03 of an ounce for Saffron. I use both in my cooking and I don't know where they get these px's from. It is a racket in my opinion. They have come down in px recently, including Osetra caviar as well. I think them from overseas have been ripping us off all these years.
I don't think Leroy is funding anything, CEO prints wall paper and Leroy sells it and shares it with the CEO with cash in a brown paper bag.
There is a restaurant, well two sister restaurants called "Blowfish, Sushi to Die For", one South of Mission in SFO and one in San Jose. They used to be good, but new owner, everything changed. Blowfish didn't kill me yet. Funny you brought that up. Typhoon was a restaurant at the Santa Monica Airport, talk about a scam, was serving whale sushi at over $1,000 a bite, they got busted and shut down. That was some 10 years ago. People will do any thing to rip people off. And people will do anything to be complicit in fraud.
Trader Vic's at the BH Hilton, get a few tiki cups with wannabe booze? Korea Town on Pico or Olympic, cook your self on the table grill Kal-Bi with a full Banchan, ABC Seafood in Chinatown near Dodger stadium.
Love how they are raising capital and spending OPM. At least you know Bev Hills is not Los Angeles, it is its own incorporated city, with its own Mayor, City Coun., Police Dept., Fire Dept., etc. I used to live in Bubbly Hills as we call it.
Too bad they did not take you to Lawry's for excellent prime rib served table side if they were paying, or Crustacean in BH or Providence near Paramount Studios in Hollywierd on Melrose for seafood or Yamashiro on top of the Hollywierd Hills with views of all of Los Angeles since they like spending shareholder $$$. One of the cool part of Crustacean in BH is you get to walk over the fish tank when you walk in.
Then why is it out there for everybody to see? Sell shares, put $$$ into pocket and charter a private plane to somewhere and pay the mortgage on a house?
Typical scam practice.
Patrick, I don't know if you worked in new accounts or were a broker in retail as pursuant to your fraud adjudication for stealing $$$ from clients and your firm. But that was no in Capital Markets at MJPFS.
I have said before, I have never heard of you, never seen your FC name come across my desk, and nobody at 1 Bryant has ever heard of you, and I go there to visit past colleagues.
Please stop with the lies.
You don't even know where the dining room is, let alone what the trading room looks like. You also don't even know where security is and how many there are and on which floor they are at.
You also don't even know what city, let alone what state MLPFS did their training back then.
SO STOP.
That is a hefty spread on pre-money and post-money valuation as in a 12x factor. Especially for a start up.
Dear spouse is a CFO of a PE firm, and is contemplating a $2 Billion IPO, with the underwriter putting the co. in an MLP and an ETF at a 2-1 valuation.
That sounds like greed to me, whereas dear spouse, I think they can go at a 3-1 valuation on pricing. But not only is spouse conservative CPA, so is the CEO and COO.
Virtual office on 5th Ave, does not shock me at all.
Then why interject 100 bagger?
Why interject 100 bagger?
Wh
They are all traded on OTC link trading Platform, all the same platform. AC knows this. Making up so called tiers or exchanges is misleading
Holy smokes, that's some workload. Dear daughter as intern at Monterey Bay Aq has to feed sea otters and sea lions, pets jelly fish and bat rays and walks penguins and put them to bed at midnight. You gotta start somewhere, but I would take her job over an SEC intern job any day.
I doubt they will pay the disgorgement, don't think John Fiero nor the Wolf of Wall have paid theirs yet after all these decades.
LOL, I learned to fly out of that exact hangar, there are no offices in there. So unless Leroy is working out of someones private jet, he is not funding any mining company for $15 million. He hasn't funded anything in years and is full of chit.
I plan on taking dear daughter to Kings Seafood, right down the road in a few weeks, she is Amtraking down for three days. I will pull up and see if they built offices in that hangar. Will let you know prolly around mid June.
Leroy, prolly don't even know, the tower is unmanned at night and the runway and taxi lights as well as approach lights shut down, and in my car driving down Palomar Airport Road under the final approach, I hit the transponder three times at midnight and turn them on just for kicks. Piss of all the locals as I lit up the hood
Leroy prolly don't know that because he is not there.
In California, FTB is Franchise Tax Board, I didn't know they suspended companies. I guess they have not paid taxes for years. That is not good. They will collect. I failed to reconcile $128 in interest and dividends on one stock, and on the last day of statute of limitations, they took $700+ out of my checking account inclusive of interest and penalties. I called them to remind them my accounts are no longer in California, and they said they know. They have a set of skills, and they will find you as the movie saying goes.
An FTB suspension is not good.
Yah, that is by BoA/Merrill and Radio City Music Hall and Fox News. Times Sq is a couple blocks away, and I have been to my attorney's office at 7 TS where their office is literally right next to the Waterford Crystal NYE Ball. That is high rent district. I never lived or worked Midtown, always FIDI or Jersey City, lower rent district, kinda.
Jersey City 42nd floor, two rooms with a view of the Manhattan Skyline, and only a 5-10 minute PATH train to WTC, or a 3rd floor in lower Manhattan with a view of a wall of the building next to you with no door man, no concierge, which is even more exp.
It took me awhile to figure it out to move to Jersey City. I would never move to Manhattan again.
That is literally right around the block from BoA/ Merrill HQ and is an expensive hood. Somebody is paying billable hours just to pay rent.
First off, the PCAOB does not EVER audit public companies, let alone Chinese companies. The website is misleading.
Secondly, this is not a promotional thread about 100 baggers, and if I were still a Mod here, I would delete your posts.
Companies do relocate, even large ones such as Boeing. Dear Spouse was Director of SEC Reporting for a large chemical NYSE traded corporation some years back. They relocated, and Dear Spouse did not want to relocate.
Exxon created a massive campus, and relocated tens of thousands of staff and execs, relocated many from VA to Spring, TX if they wanted to keep their job.
As far as the BOLD, I have no clue why they did that. It is not proper formatting.
You are right on that, there are auditors that are fraudulent out there. There are issuers that are fraudulent. That is why we are here,
The FRB does not extend loans to individuals, nor Jersey Mikes nor Models nor any Social Club in Park Slope, not even Marco Polo in Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn, best squid ink pasta in town.
And on top of it, any reputable Auditor will monitor any press releases issued by a client and will check any filings if they do not match the auditors audit/review for fraud.
Try about 100 days a year. And if you have multiple clients around the world, try every day even at 2 am. That is why I am up at strange hours. I cannot wait for dear spouse to retire so I can sleep a normal sleep pattern.
Since the day after NYE and even before for prep, I have not seen dear spouse since, 16 hour days and 7 days a week, and corona virus is not helping.
That is why we are going off the grid to Maine. Dear Spouse finally got approval yesterday to disappear for 10 days, just gotta get taxes done on 13 different entities.
Registrants (that of course are audited) are required to have the 10-Q reviewed by the auditor, it is considered an attestation service required. I have seen some scam companies that have not, and filed on EDGAR 10-Qs that make no sense and clearly were not reviewed. Any reputable PC firm that provides attestation service would terminate their respective relationship.
If you have a specific question on a specific stock, I can look into it. June 1-10 I will be in Maine and off the grid, so make it quick
Welp, a registrant can go private, and IPO in years later. Butt that is not the case with ACCR. You are right, a professional IB in Capital Markets would know that. Still never heard of Patrick at MLPF and Ziggy.
We have four laptops between the two of us, three are HPs two are 7s and one is is 5, which is my burn 'puter, and one Lenovo, which I never use. Been looking at a Dell XPS 9 gen intel with 16 Gs for $2,000. I don't know that I can stomach that. I work off of a 7 Gen 12 G HP and it works okay.
But I cannot keep up with all the boards like JS can, there are too many scams.
Which is why I was thinking the XPS 9 Gen and more mem.
I don't know how you, Janice, Monk, Surf and others do this. And I be retired.
Welcome back, love your input.
It does have a 100% markup. The spread is crazy and the stock trades by appointment. Any one of us can actually make a market in this stock illegally. I can sit on the bid and clip the spread and take the risk. Just don't want to risk my ticket.
