the McCallums filed a suit last week involving van wender one of the people who post under this alias to keep the playing field level. they really stepped in it though didn't check to make sure van wrote the particular message sent so slam dunk case for van against them. they bash and then sue van for defamation what a joke!!!

with this suit subpoena can be issued and new suit being filed against them by several of us for harming our business!
if the guy had any balls he wouldnt hide behind girl names and his wife's email so todd has to sue her.

lucy i challenge you to attend the call. i know the answers will be honest and with foward looking calculating moves to the future. i'll be the first to say if the answers are fluff but i think the only way to get on track is to face the REALITY and decide from there. sometimes the best person on the call is the biggest nay sayer it cuts to the root of the issues

facts i know on that. at one time his two million shares in that comapny were worth over five million dollars. i believe he told me he netted about 250k as he was the whistle blower and sold his after he announced the problem. i don't know if i would have had the integrity to let 5 mil go.

he may kill me for this one but he did say jokingly on st. patty's he expects people to grab hold of this stock, ride it hard for a while and foresees a massive explosion in price! reapply and repeat!!

I think this was a positive first step in moving the company from speculation to “hard facts” and logical well thought out investing. This company is much more than a pink sheet stock if all the pieces fall into place.

I noticed some confusion regarding the conference call and there remains a great deal of confusion over the availability of press releases through any given source all of our investors use. From a management standpoint the stock is a funny thing. The best way to increase shareholder value is not to worry about the stock at all. This isn’t meant to suggest management shouldn’t be concerned at all with stock price it simply means the focus should be on building revenue and future product development. That’s how you grow shareholder equity. All the good and bad press in the world won’t change the value if the fundamentals aren’t there just look at the recent market correction.

Anyway please direct anyone who wishes to be included in any future calls to add themselves to the “buddy list” being created for that purpose. I want everyone to have equal opportunity at current information.

1. with the company at 60k market cap i think it's a bit premature to be this worried about anything. if we don't get the sales in the US up and get the FDA product launched which is real we are all fighting over nothing. he said he doesn't expect sainthood disticntion just yet as cary seems to imply and tries to bash; judge him in six months when we see what happens then praise or bash him

2. he wondered why with his email and phone info posted why would anyone speculate and not get the facts from him he can provide verifiable facts instead of rumor, lies and speculation

3. oh and he said read posts made by people who joined the site before march 11 as that seems to be the day cary showed up with bashing posts.

good for you insureman bet it's the mccallum idiots again posting. i will tell you cary the guy that stalks todd owns a grass cutting service and he and his brother only work half the year. he has nothing better to do. there is a big difference too between the clinical testing for an over the counter sex enhancement gel and an Rx version of the product.

it is incorrect to say OMG! and the Rx are even the same product. the science in the omg! product just acts as a delivery mechanism for the pd5 drugs. are the bashers saying viagra et al don't work and are bogus? T3 doesn't claim omg is just like viagra they claim if attached to viagra like drugs it will serve as dialation mechanism to to deliver those drugs.

Pfizer tried to make an oral version for women but too many systemic side effects. the test done by Bayer was to determine if made as a topical would the drug be prevelant in the blood stream or not to cause the systemic side effects. it was not found to absorb into the blood stream.

i saw the letters written by top execs at pfizer to todd's intellectual property partners even saying good to see you over the holidays etc. they are close with people there. i don't know what came of their work but bayer did that study. notice the basher didn't mention bayer, bet that means he got someone who didn't know at pfizer and was confirmed at bayer but he doesn't want to release the bayer confirm!!

the proof is in the pudding. 250 million in sales through mlm's overseas, fda approval here so ifthe studies were flawed why did it get approval, and they will either get market traction and a potential new drug or not.

i don't know who you spoke to but i have personally seen the letters from Pfizer R&D where they were working with and have seen the Bayer clinicals and the 266 patient study in six cities where the test was blind and tested the Rx version against the otc version. Again it is you that doesn't know what you are talking about.

Whistle blowers real name is Cary McCallum. I have known the McCallum's and Smith's for years and I can't keep silent with what is happening here. Here are real facts do your homework and you will see this is the truth:

1. The McCallums enterered a deal Todd was working with a cosmetic company which included Ken Paves of Oprah and Jessica Simpson fame and it fell apart and the IPO was delayed.

2. The McCallum's have attacked Todd since and call around to anyone who will listen even though they lost the case they filed against him on that deal. They are appealing.

3. The McCallum's oldest brother, Kevin, of 1800contacts killed himself a year ago. He was a great guy and leader of that family. No one knows why he did it. It seems they point their grief at Todd. Todd actually saved the youngest McCallum son from doing the same spending numerous hours with him as the youngest McCallum threatened to do the same. I was at the high school reunion where Todd brought Chip McCallum and was clearly worried about him.

4. Todd's Securities and Exchange Commission record is clean and he has achieved above that of the average person. I still invest in him and this guy knows how to win!!!!

5. The Nova deal involved a rogue CEO named Tim Moses who was imprisoned and still serving 6 years. Todd was the whistle blower in that case and he and Mr. Topp, the party who lost their money, remain close friends. It is skewed by releasing incomplete stories on here. The SEC in that story clearly states nothing has been reviewed regarding Todd and the case was dropped in 05 when Mr. Moses was imprisoned.

6. Todd's myspace page just shows his fun nature. He loves people and traveling and in this business has met some unique people an d has been to some unique events. Truth is he's a loving father of three and little league coach to my son and active in his alma mater high school's sports program giving back to his community. He is associated with some of the best Wall Street people and "cleans up" just fine when in a board room.

7. The post for stalking was a result of Todd having to divorce his childhood sweetheart when she became addicted to narcotics and he left to raise his children by himself. A restraining order was issued between the two of them and my girlfirned testified on the night in question his ex-wife called him fifteen times. He then called his ex mother in law to complain and say they didn't want any trouble and this was reported to police as contact and Todd was arrested. The case for felony stalking was dropped when the true facts came out. The only thing he ever did wrong that I know of is he did get a dui and I was with him that night. We were celebrating a deal. When we all make money this time I promise to get him a cab!!
