Your question did not seem negative at all. Anyone not in a commercial or industrial job would have probably never heard of MSC, but those in the field knows the company well. If you need something, they are likely to have it

hey Judy, In answer to your question MSC is a recognized leader in the industrial not necessarily commercial world. They sell mid to upper end products and their pricing is comparable to a company like Grainger or McMaster Carr products. It is not a "discount" or low end company.
It is actually a good place for the line of cleaners to be, however it is not retail by any means and the market is limited to mostly factories and such.

I am not trying to be obtuse. I agree with you, if you say you are going to do something on or by a certain date you should and it's not happening. I don't know why and it is frustrating as hell. I was referring specifically to the WOW Green crew and their conference calls. What I am saying is the CC's are not like a stock company CC at all. These are MLM conference calls and they are nothing but cheerleading They will never be anything but cheerleading. Don't expect to get good information on whats happening with the company through these conference calls because it just won't happen. Wait for the PR's and then MAYBE just MAYBE we might get some decent information. Any MLM company is based on the chearleading. Simple as that.

Better go back to LAW 101 One. That is incorrect. What WOW does with GRBG from this point on is what matters.
Check the requirements for public trading from the SEC website. WOW has to settle outstanding debts and issues to do this deal and i am sure the lawsuit will never get to a court. If it does I am sure J man won't show anyway.
He's got enough SEC crap going on. WOW will likely settle with them and everything will go on from there. IMHO!

As far as paying EESO i think we will have to wait for the lawsuit or a settlement for that.
I really don't have enough info to have an opinion of what needs to be done about the whole deal. It sounds to me like neither party lived up to their end of the deal completely.

That is most definitely the case, but according to the press release when this deal is done WOW will be the owner of GRBG and they said in the conference call that they will be using the DfE formulas and those are not enzyme formulas.
So i guess we shall see

1. the GRBG products have been developed by another company (read up on the available research)so how did BW steal them from EESO?
2. the products will have the DfE label(only very recently did DfE even look at Enzyme based products and thus far have actually approved 0 enzyme products. You can find this on the EPA website)
3. None of the GRBG products are Enzyme products or even contain enzymes.
4. Based on all the lawsuits and litigation that is in the works don't you think one of them would call this out if it even had a remote chance of being true? (BW wasn't even named in any of the suits for anything)
5. And finally read your own link that you posted. JH himself said BW was responsible for "taking EESO to the next level" and he would be hard to replace.

Lot's of credit to this board. I have been very busy for a while and I am just catching up reading the posts. This has to be the one board with the best conversations and information I have seen in quite some time. No bashing...No pumping... just a lot of facts...and real facts with good honest opinions. My hats off to everyone here. Keep up the good work I love the information and the conversations.
I also think BW is trying to keep the information going out as current as possible and I agree that it may appear that too much is going on. I believe it is all interelated to the "Green" movement and sales, although somewhat slower than anticipated continue to progress. I know there is a lot going on and patience is a virtue. We will see the results of this "Green" and when we do we will all be smiling.

I am however familiar with Shot Pack, their past, their management, etc. I am looking into the new plan and what i see so far looks pretty good.
