I don't think it's about addressing anything. There will always be the bean counter type analysts who think they can predict a company's move by numbers and graphs. That's as old as the federal reserve...and look how that went...then came Lehman....no one predicted that mess...so why would it be different with OTC? Anyone with half a brain would know penny stocks are high risk. The rules allow some not to report. Ifus is one of those and would be common sense for those who do high risk-high reward investments to do solid DD.
So why complain about it. Do the DD....
Ifus is non reporting. But I think this'll change soon.
Shareholders don't see it that way. We see it as a good start....something positive.
Why is it propaganda? Unverifiable? I beg to differ. For those who do solid DD, we can verify everything.
That's great for bean counters and analysts. But for guys like me....seeing is believing.
I'll send reminders when we reach milestones.
And this is why some of us go to site, do extensive research, gather ALL Intel and do extensive DD.
Others want to do the bean counter way which Imo is no DD at all. Best guess at best. Too many variables.
When I see what I've described...I see the real deal.
I see its stock hitting specific milestones in the very near future.
Take a look at the busines plan in the case files. The dullards are still scratching their heads wondering "how" when it's been eight under their nose all along.
Oh it's much more than that my friend. Think about the production end alone.
1. Equipment production rates per day (8 hour shift) then double when they put on a 2nd shift. This is the current need to meet the CURRENT DEMAND.
2. Run those numbers into roughly 48 weeks a year (again CURRENT NEED).
3. Run the numbers from 1&2 above by the sales prices.
4. Calculate the PACT (Profit After Costs and Tax), add an additional 10% in risk. You have a fairly good idea then.
My numbers on current need are far and above. I have more detailed information to my methods and understand these are crude. But these numbers and production information has been posted and are public. The rest is my own Intel.
Now start thinking 3 MORE DISTRIBUTORS. Potentially more on the way.
I think
I do this for myself. I do this at my own expense. I know others who do the same. I share my Intel thoughts in here and with other shareholders and friends and family.
I'm encouraging people to get in and go long. If folks don't want to trust this advice. ..when she reaches certain milestones they'll wish they had.
I'm no "insider" but I dig and get information. I gave examples before so I won't repost. But I will say this. My methods have paid off! With dividends.
Actually I do know. I follow up and follow through. I gather intel on site and not just from company execs. I've posted good intel in here. Such as the fact the workers have stated they need more people and another shift just to keep up. That speaks volumes. Taking into account the number of employees, the amount of raw feed stock and the capabilities of the equipment, plus the fact I can count....the amount of product out the gate on my visits....I can estimate. I can also estimate costs and risk...not hard to do (especially in my line of work).
I can easily see where this company has come from and where it's going.
I don't need direct information...indirect is good too!
Go figure. Parkinson is a crook too. I think Lumb paid him in shares...Wonder if they were restricted lol..
Hey dude...do you know if Lumb has started another sister yet...I want to get in a flip right away.
Exactly!
Yeah gold is selling but this dog is done. Might be ok if the company had a spec of gold they mined to sell.. this one's fine the way of its sisters...doa
I think that's the same prediction of about 18 months ago where this stick is being diluted? Now dumped by insiders? Couple days ago it was said there are more sellers than buyers? Makes this an unjustified statement Imo. E.g. not possible. If there are no new buyers then how's this possible? And! If the cabal was dumping wouldn't it stand to reason the pps would go down....not up?
I see zero signs of dumping, dilution or bailing out. Someone is selling, but the pps is steadily going up and so is the volume. Looks like flippers waited this out and are now making theirs. Good for them. As a long, I'm part of the buying pool. Again based on solid DD and my on site observations.
Ifus strong
Yeah there's no doubt about that...take that from someone who's been to site recently. Even better than that....Marc is selling them...truckloads leaving daily.
The company's potential is huge. I see this taking off now that Marc has time to do company business rather than deal with bs lawsuits from a couple of dullards trying to hijack the company.
Now that that's done...we'll see the real potential come to light.
Well I guess if I had to be a part of a cabal, I'd rather be on Marc's side of it. What did the dullards and their cabal get us? Costs for court? Drive by-road side DD? 5+ year old picks from the side of the road?
And they can't understand "why" they (and their cabal for that matter) were booted! Terminated for cause! Put that on your Resume/CV.
Can you imagine the interview of the next perspective employer? "Please tell us why you were terminated for cause." "Well, I was a backstabbing liar, who tried to take over the company by......." (we know the rest). And the perspective employer says...."NEXT!"
Joe couldn't even qualify for a dishwasher now. SA....he'll soon qualify for Kitchen Server in federal prison....
Removes the ambiguity I think. And now that the cases are closed, we simply move FORWARD.
Thanks for your opinion, but none of what you've suggest is true. MW is highly supported by the shareholders....btw, see the pps? See the volume?
Who would buy more shares? People who DONT support MW?
The proof is in where the shareholders stand. We stand with Marc. He's the only one who defended our investment. The dullards tried to destroy the company.....he bought it out of the ashes.
It has its place. But timing is essential and I think they'll come soon.
I think they will be made available very soon. I've said all along the court cases had to be out of the way first. Makes sense to me.
The business plan presented in the state case file was accepted by the dullard boys and was stated under oath as the reason for moving forward with SA investing in the company. Looking at this presentation, it's solid and as we can now see is moving forward. The legal obstacles are removed. Plan in place and executing it. That my friend is the sound of money.
Pictures on fb validated my site visits information, so speaking for myself, I don't see it as nonsense. I now see it as progress, knowing the site and knowing how things are arranged. I hsve my own hand drawn plot plan which my cad guys will do up professionally for me.
They have ex eptional revenue. And via solid DD, I know they have more than what's posted in revenue streams. Not hard to figure out once your on site.
I don't agree. Shareholders in here share their DD. Some of us (speaking for myself only) know how to estimate....top of the line at it. Again one more huge piece of the puzzle for me next week....I'll be able to forecast.....within a + - 7%.
I think the difference is doing a thorough background on all the players, which I've done. I'm comfortable enough with my investment to see the realities and my DD is an evergreen process. It never ends and I constantly update my information.
The other facet to this process is knowing where to gather Intel. Example was pgyc for me. I worked in the Emirates, knew people in Istanbul and knew the company was a scam. Yet I knew they were going to pump, dump and get shut down. The only thing left was to calculate when. So I bought and bought and bought....until it was time to purge. I made out very good. Visiting the sites helped me a lot. Even posted what I observed, like I do here. Still made out like a fat cat.
I've done the same extensively with OXY. I've gone to their project sites in California, Bahrain, UAE and in Oman. I know the who's who. Making out very well and live their divs.
I go out of my way to protect my investments....is it fool proof? Not always but I've learned from each mistake and warning sign oversights.
This one's rick solid. No doubt about it.
I think my DD is sufficient enough to overcome company financial information released. My on site observations made things very clear for me. I witnessed the following from announced and unannounced visits:
1. Product made in mass volumes.
2. Product on the ready line to be shipped.
3. Product bring shipped in huge quantities.
4. Meeting with workers on site being told "we need more workers, more loading equipment and another shift to keep up with demands."
5. 3 new distributors hired.
This is telling in itself. Financials are over rated and merely a formality.
I'll be on site next week to meet 1-2 of the distributors. It'll give me a feel on how much product, volume of sales....
I'll do the rest of the math on my own and know what we're hauling in. I'm good at it lol.
The company is making money
I think that's a misguided quote. Ifus has nothing to hide.
I agree with you 100%. I don't think some understand the mess Marc had to contend with. He was utterly betrayed by people he trusted. People who went behind his back, made every attempt to destroy and take over the company. Tried to force the company into bk, at the same time turn customers and distributors against the company.
So Marc brought this company back from the ashes and made it a winner. As a shareholder I both appreciate and thank MW for all he's done to protect the company and shareholder's investment. I'm glad we backed Marc in getting rid of the trash and kept him in place to get the job done. It won't be forgotten.

Can't agree more. Talking to the guys on site...., good news imo. One shift can't handle the production needs says a lot. Can't wait until the whole story breaks. Guys won't divulge too much but you can see it on site.
The number of people on site working, the amount of product daily leaving the gate, the amount of product being produced....new distributors....legal dead weight gone....
Good intel!
Yes indeed....nice pps and volume raise today. Exciting....
Hmmmm, what zero? 500,000 shares already today, couple million or so last week... I don't feel like I've been burned by MW. Long time? I doubt it. Having been to site and seen what I've seen, I'd say my DD is rock solid.
And "nobody's buying?" The numbers say different. I'll be back next week to meet the new distributors. This'll be fun!
Interesting observation. Did I miss something. Volume of shares more than tripled since the case closure posted and no one wants the stock?
I found out the connection to this guy and the dullards. It appears this guy has quite a history. Will post more on this connection very soon. Shareholders will be very interested in this.
I'll be back on site next week, but not as much as I wanted. I have an OXY shareholder's meeting I'm going to attend and that'll take up a day and a half and I have meetings with clients in Lake Charles.
Any chance you'll be able to take a trip? Let me know and I'll PM you my schedule. This invitation is also out for the drive by DD.
IFUS STRONG
I think all the shareholders who have done solid DD have found the high potential of IFUS. I think when news, facts and financials are released, we'll see this company take off.
A couple of the guys mentioned they are sending out so much product, one shift isn't enough to keep up. IMO, if things keep going the way they are going, we'll put on 3 shifts and go around the clock.
Marc's done a great job and the results are clear, the business is building and the paperwork (fins and pr's) will follow, especially now that the suits are all but done.
IFUS STRONG
What I saw on site was incredible. People working, product getting shipped. New distributor (really nice guy) and his take on the product.
I see a lot of plus in ifus. Ifus strong
Just re reading this post. First, if you look at the number of shares represented on this board, I'd say MW's support is hardly dwindling. In fact, now that the suits are one and impending news, I'd say his support has grown.
The volumes growing and I see the volume turning the corner. Enough to know the mms are going to take notice.
Therein lies the irony. The Russians have a proverb "revenge is a dish best served cold." And when you think about what the Boot boys did....1. They did it ALL themselves, as almost every move they made was calculated. 2. They did it believing they had won....boy were they wrong....3. Their entire cabal had no idea the reality of them losing....here's why:
1. The fed case was the key. They were losing in the state court and actually confessed this.
2. The final motion for judgment was NOT challenged. Strategically, MW's legal needed to get the fed case disposed of to make any progress. So....they just let it go.
3. In disposing the fed case, MW and their legal knew you "cannot be sued twice for the same $250k. So the boot boys HAD NO CHANCE in state court. So their case had to be dropped and the counter would now take the lead WHERE the criminal evidence was inevitable.
4. So he boot boys settled....but....there's more:
A. The boot boys won, so they have to pay their lawyer their own legal fees. This means the $500 per hour (which is a HUGE cost) AND the 50% of the federal case judgment had to come out of their own pocket....up front and to know they'd never see a dime of it back....HURTS. I'd estimate their costs just for the Fed case to be about $1 million.
B. The $400k was never a leverage piece. The boot boys served it up as a gift knowing they'd have to give it up anyway. This is where thee "amicable" part comes in. The legal fees had to be already paid by MW. So he knew he'd have no more out of pocket legal fees for the frivolous suits.
C. The interesting part is how SA and JS are left holding the bag...a bag they thought would be full of IFUS and is not only empty, but the thought of "how" has to be running in their mind...and this is the cold part. They can't figure it out.
So this is how I see it. As reported before time and time again, the real shock was yet to come and it did. The legal strategy worked and again, almost every move SA and JS made, was well calculated. And they didn't even see it coming. As also posted, it's NOT always about the law, money or being right (which MW was), it's about how it's played....strategy.
Well played Marc. Goodnight JS and SA....better luck next time...both your names are crap in stock world...even in pinky land. So I doubt you'll be duping others out of their hard earned money again...Google your names....you'll see what I mean.
At + $4.65 per share...a penny stock? Shareholders don't see it this way.
BTW, there are penny stocks even at +$10 per share.....question is, why does it matter?
