Yes, left Mr Gagne a message and my number (in Kazakhstan), and really dont expect a phone call....but with any luck, I'll get an email.
Cheers
Well, I work in Russia and know there are several obstacles.. first with Customs. And trust me, they dont let ANYTHING through without a greased palm. I sent in Christmas presents (suitcase full) and customs wanted me to pay (them) 6,000 Rubbles (about $200) for Christmas gifts.....after (just about kicking his A$$, I convinced him the moral thing to do was to let it go...
Second are "GOST and SNiPs" which the Authorities control, and they are the third largest mafia in Russia. If ANYTHING is to be introduced in terms of technology, the documentation has to be correct. If this technology is to be "approved" it will take more grease!
Last is the mafia itself. These guys play ball the old fashioned way, come in and hand you an overseas account number for you to make a deposit.....for their "insurance" and protection. They expect their cut each month, or the first two above will be paying you a visit.
This is the real deal in Russia folks. If you expect to business there, be prepared for a lube job! I see this all the time...
GLTA
Yeah, I'm tempted, but have bought a bunch at the .02's...still averaging less than .01 (.0064 actually-bought in early). So on the averages, I'm good. Waiting to see what happens on or near May 22nd.
I can wait to the May 22nd date. If this is a scam, I'm going hunting!
Phil
THanks, calling now. Left a message (nasty-gram demanding answers) on the 514 number, calling the 877 now.
Cheers,
Phil
Yeah, I agree. Pretty pissed off no answer with a wierd answering maching. Tempted to call my Oil & Gas Contacts near their office address posted and have them do a drive by with photos. Will let you know.
Cheers,
Phil
Yes, but I do business in Russia and Kazakhstan and have my security group looking into this "Toshent Overseas" company. The people I work with are former KGB and they'll know if this is a legit company. Will know in a couple days....will have money on the standby if it is a legit company.
CIAO from Almaty Kazakhstan...Phil
I'm a bit disapointed with this stock. They need to start providing links to the companies they make sales to, so the sales can be verified. This is supposed to be "good news" and the stock drops.
In addition, I see this over and over again, where someone on NITE or DOMS undercuts the stock and it falls. This has happened on the past 3-4 times its rocketed. WOuld like to know who's doing this as the appearance is deliberate.
In addiion, when I call the company's number, no answer, some wierd answering machine. No return emails from the email posted as a contact...starting to loose faith in this company.
Someone in the company needs to address this...asap! Any suggestions?
THis is awersome news. I think today will be a mirror of yesterday. Seeing this stock go back to .052, then settle at .045 was cool. Retirement set at 1 June folks. Perfect timing for my Alaskan fishing season.
Priz I admire your patients and defense of this stock... but I also think there's a white jacket not too far away for ya brother. GLTYT as far as this one goes....doubt if we'll see our Div's....doubt if we'll see anything develop with this company.
I'd say this...if you have contact with these guys, then why dont they respond to the shareholder's concerns?; why dont they deliver? Even with ONE delivery..would be better than NONE.
Lets just say their nuggets are petrified about now....
Ok, I'll buy that Priz. I need to prove it. I'll do better than that when the IRS gets done digging in to their books. If they uncover what we all believe they will, then what?
Not looking to say "I told you so." But I'll say it up front, "this company's a scam." There, its said...based on this company's track record, prove that its not a scam. Give us all the real deal here Priz. Dont just put the impetous back on us to prove anything...prove us wrong...with more than words. Give us some facts.
Yeah, they traded.....yawn. Like they did with all of us. By the way, tell us what the skull and cross bones means....Caveat EMptor and all....by the way I read this on pinksheets, the very definition provided for this means "scam" does it not?
So tell us all......how this company's NOT a scam Priz.
C'mon...this is nothing less than a SCAM! No way this is legit. Too much void to fill to be legit.
Oh Brother! U-N-R-E-A-L. You think he's not trying to get anyone to buy again?
I see a couple possibilities in this...although far from the experience of some in this group. Looking at the history of this stock, it really has a wierd performance track.
But even with this said, I see positives. If the contracts come through and push the buyer into a higher price than .10, I'm good with that, considering the highest this stock's been is .051 in its lifecycle.
For me, I'm in a holding pattern to see what the counter is by May 9 (2 1/2 weeks). Considering my average buyin is just above .015...I'm ok with a dip and still wait to see what the counter brings soon.
Be interesting to see what the 1Q Financials look like. Outlook looks good to me.....
Cheers
Dang! Could sell these fast enough! Oh well...stinky pinky...
Yeah, but if it starts out as "Won" then this has a direct affect.
Cheers,
Phil
Be glad to help. See my previous email. My advice (and I'm certainly no expert in providing investment advice), which I will follow when investing in mining, oil & gas.....or anything that involves a new development opportunity, is to see where they are in the approvals process AND see where they are in a project sanctioning process (what the company has invested).
The reality is, in order for this to happen, even quickly, an existing mine with all the bells and whistles (approvals and such) would have to already assembled for me to invest in again.
Cheers
Anyone familiar with mining knows the rigorous process! Subsurface licenses and permits, as well as getting political and public agreements and contracts, socio-impact assessment, fully detailed environmental risk analyses with a fully risk management plan (RMP), QRA, SIL, Safety base case, field or mine development plan-FDP or MDP (with conclusive mineral deposit information), marketing and sales strategy, with full royalties agreemtns in place (e.g. federal lands, state lands, indigenous people's lands), specific land allocations... and these are just some!
So the answer is YES, they lied and knowingly decieved the public.....presumably with the intention of duping people into purchasing stocks.
Lets be real. A few Geologists would never be able to manage this alone. THis would take a lot of investment, including several support agencies, starting with a local PR group, local legal team, Environmental Management Group, EPCC Contractor fully supported with a Regulatory Team and supported with subcontractors for an ESHIA (Environmental and Socio-Impact Assessment), Risk Management Group (with all the supporting software), a political analist, fully supported by state and federal lobbyests.....and the list goes on!
Point being, there's just tooooo much regulatory oversight. Everything comes under public and political review and then add the NGO's into the mix....who WILL get the courts involved (see Alaska Pebble Mine-which has been in process for over 10 years).
Again, if I would have followed my own professional understanding of all this, no way I would have invested.
Hope this helps.
I agree. I work for OMV-Petrom from Austria and Romania. You dont here much about this company either, even though it the largest Western Europe Oil & Gas Producer. They're about to be a very high profile company, with the Gazprom deals they are working, building pipelines around the Ukraine to supply Europe with natural gas.
I've been told (word of mouth) from our company Solutions Division guys that TI does a lot of business in Europe and am working on doing a background from our insurance agency (based on this word of mouth). If they are a legitimate Fortune 500 European company, they'll have insurance and these agents will know who-how....where to dig up information and be able to provide contacts who are in the know. Even with that, who knows-its worth a try.
DOnt have anything concrete at the moment, but am looking. I leave tomorrow AM early back to Kazakhstan-Russia-Austria (Almaty, Moscow and Vienna) and will be meeting with our solutions guys again first week in May. I'll post what I find.
Cheers,
Phil
All, being an Environmental Engineer and overseeing Geological Data in developing oil and gas fields around the world, this is why I asked to see the rest of the data stream (what was posted was incomplete). Gold mining companies are pretty straight forward and they'll admit they dont solely rely on gold in their mineral sales. Pretty standard in the industry.
This is also why I asked if they had a "Development Plan." If they had found anything, the first thing that would have been produced for agreement with all the authorities, would have been a Development Plan (also standard in the industry). This plan would have had to been agreed with the local, state and federal governments, as well as been addressed in town hall sessions ("Pubic Consultations").
If anything is to go forward with ANY mining company, especially a new development, its a rigorous process that takes years. If anything would have been found (especially in today's economy), this would have also been on a political agenda and in the news.
This is why many "mining companies" purchase older mines that are already permitted and grandfathered. But even with this said, many also require rights agreements, royalties and such to be renegotiated if an expansion is to happen. This also becomes very high profile due to the politics. The process is also reigerous and takes a lot of time to update-redo documentation and such. In all cases, there are scheduled "NPV" requirements in the investment process that must be made public and put under the public eye (blue chip accounting firms getting involved, where public royalties are involved and considered). Transparancy is a natural product in this process, as the state and federal government are involved.
As I said before, there are publications out there, such as "Geology for Dummies." Many states publish their regulatory processes online, so the information is available. Truthfully, I did what others did and followed the PR's, instead of following even my own profession. Had I did this, no way I would have invested.
Cheers...on my way to Kazakhstan
All, Bloomberg today. It appears the Korean Won is gaining ground on the USD. This would make the sale and the share price that much more interesting. Wonder if EESO is watching this?
Your thoughts?
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20602081&sid=a71P21RzSEOs&refer=benchmark_currency_rates
Benny, I'd be torqued if I'd have invested 5 G's in this company and see this collapse. Not criticizing you as a believer, but wondering what it would take for you to believe the opposite like we do?
I dont know whether or not to cal this stock, dumb luck or lumb duck. Either way, I've written it off. But its written off with a fight in progress. You may not like where I stand, but you know where I stand...
I wish you luck.
Juk, I quite agree. Its high time this company own up to its PR's and be accountable for their lies to the shareholders (and to the public in general).
Still, amazing we haven't heard from these guys in a while, wonder if I should nudge them again (Saner). I'm sure by now, he knows about the IRS being notified.. we'll see. I'll send it out today.
I leave for Kazakhstan tomorrow morning. Be traveling a full day, chat Monday.
Same here. I think its worth the chance and as said, these negotiations will take time. It may even drive the price up even more, considering the 49 million shares the partner is positioned with. At the moment, that represents 25% of all the shares and that would be a BIG NO considering all shares represented.
Consider this. What if the 49 Million representation said, "we'll sell at ...... .84 (double)? Or even more, considering he has a stronger position in the lease agreement. I've read this agreement over and over and see several loopholes, again, one being theree is nothing stated or implied in the event of a buyout. So I put myself in his position and know that I'd 1) lobby for more and 2) use my position in the agreement as leverage to get more.
Its a chess match. Seeing this for what it is, I believe we'll see a PR that states this is being (or has been) negotiated and an agreement reached.....with the proposed agreement or THE agreeement in hand.
I'd also venture to say the purchaser is 1) well aware of the probability and 2) well prepared for the counter offer. No Fortune 500 Company will venture into this without doing their risk profile and their legal is certainly up to their elbows in all this.
So, I moved my auto pilot to buy (a lot) at .026. Without a PR, I think all the shorts will sell out if it drops much further and wouldn't be a bit surprised if the downslide scares off many of the longs too.
27 more trading days to the deadline, so I can handle it.
Good Luck
Gee, fill us all in. Would love to hear more lies, deception, misleading comments....about fortnights, third party delays and all that.
Talk to us!
Yawn. So if this is boring stuff, then I'd like to see your reactions to the HGLC PR's. Just make you wanna go out and buy more huh.
At least I get to watch these bums own up to the truth. Watching the clock now for another bogus PR. This one should be a nail-biter (Yawn). More blah, blah, blah... lies, diversions, half truths, and above all...no results (Snore).
Lights out!
All, here's one thing to remember. If they can buy them back at .02's or .03's, why payout the .42? Think about it. If you dont think someone in the company is undercutting this stock when it starts its run, think again. I've watched this for hours upon end. Just when it starts to make a run, bam!!! it gets undercutted, dips, then levels off. If you dont think this is deliberate, watch it for yourself.
Consider this. If the company buys the stocks back at the .02 or .03 level on the open market and later accepts a buy-out at .42, the company keeps the profit. HUGE PROFIT.
I'm not going to tell anyone how or what to do, just tell you what I'm going to do myself....BUY, WAIT and have already accepted the .42 price. So ANYTHING bought at under .42 is pure PBT (Profit Before Tax).
I see some have more than doubled their position...good deal; I see other who've said they've bailed...good for you! Me, I'm waiting.....28 trading days left. I can do that!
See you when its all over. Win-Loose-Or Draw.....I'm in the game. I like what was said in "Young Guns 2," "there are three types, those who win the game, those who loose the game and those who finish the game....I choose to finish the game and see it to the end; Win-Loose-Draw...
I did the same and am still buying. If it drops to .025 again, my auto pilot's doing the job for me. I've bought all I want to at .028 to .03. Had a good run last week, but pretty humbled at the .02's..
I still feel strong with this stock. But I have a limit. We'll see in the next 4 weeks how this stock behaves.
I think it will rocket as the date gets closer and not moved that they haven't released a PR. Negotiations take time. Looking at the agreement, I see basic and fundamental loopholes and see how the company can be in a poor position if a foriegn company gets injeted, not to mention, nothing's implied if the company sells out. Puts a strain on the partnership, especially how an "eclusive technology" is used and who, how its managed.
Sell if you want. I'm waiting the next 5 weeks. Headed back overseas at the end of the week. Hopefully my last trip to Kazakhstan/Russia for a while. Retirement date set...June 1st.
work what out? and work it out with what? more lies! at least with this reported, you now get to the truth. even if you loose, you still get a chance to know the real bad guys get what they deserve.
by the way, what do have now? a pile of restricted stock! good luck with working that out. by the way, they haven't answered the question (for 2 months now) if they'd release the restriction via a simple form....wanna make a bet if they'd even do that? i'll give you my stocks if they do!
IRS Notified. All. I have contacted the IRS and reported potential tax fraud with HGLC, with the sale of the Molygold. I have asked for an inquiry and the game is on. At the moment (since this is all public record), there are no documents filed with the IRS for this sale. I forwarded the gentleman the PR of the sale and was assured this will be looked into. I was also told, this may take up to 90 days (which is a bummer), but rest assured, the IRS has been notified.
THere are certain guidelines that have to be complied with in major sales and tax reporting. They also said they work closely with the SEC in cases like this and use information thats reported to them or through them.
Cheers,
Hey all....I've been quiet for the past couple days and had my buys on auto pilot. Wow! Looking at the mopmentum from over the weekend (to .035) I had no idea this would drain my auto pilot. I've got more on my ETMM set up for .025. Come one, come all....I'll buy at .025....
I think there'll be a HUGE post this week. Nopt gunning for the 10MM this week though, tax time....
Anywho, anyone see the last count on the shares buy-back? Last count I saw was 153 - 2 (with me being the 153rd), selling them in at .42.
Anyway, Happy (belated) Easter to all...hope you make $$$$.
Cheers,
Phil
I'm not an expert by any means, but have May 22 targeted as the real deal date. We'll see how this stock behaves until then. I've move my position up a bit from .026 to AUTO, NITE and ETMM at .028 and .0285. We'll see how this fares at the end of the day. I think tomorrow will be another slide as well, all the way through the holidays. But after that??? We'll see I guess.
Phil
Well, you just keep watching....if you have your L2 set, watch me buy subpar .03....ssssssssssssmokin!
Hello all....top of the morning to you from Alaska. Today was so predictable..sold a chunk out at .038 and .039....now just waiting for it to drop into the .02's....buy-buy-buy....then in May when the div and buy-back hits.....See Ya! Gone Fishing. I'm fixed at .026, so sellum...I'll buyum.
Sipping some really good coffee.....
Hey, I'm ok to play. If it falls, I go another direction. Either way, I'm ok....I haven't bet the entire farm on PGYC, I've got another dud in HGLC...but a couple more winners on the boards. Plus, this is only part of my portfolio.
If you haven't noticed....its on the upswing again. From my view, the bulk of what I bought today is up about 33%. So (for today) I'm good. Laugh all you want...its me thats doing the mega LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!
Whats the downside? If I sold now, I'd make it back +++++. At the middle of May, we'll see. Like I said, If it starts falling (again) to an unacceptable level AND if something goes wrong with the buy back.....I'm still covered. Right now, I'm on the house's money...think casino! Put my money away and play with theirs.
Good luck...by the way, fishing season in Alaska starts in May. Be nice to hag that sign on 1 June...."Gone Fishin..Permanently!"
Cheers,
Phil
Exactly! THis is why I bring in friends to educate me! Protect my interests. I dont have ALL the answers, but do know this buyout agreement (now in place) is binding. So I believe my investment's safe. Buying chips now at .0375 and .038! My limits are set (actually reset). Even if I sold now at .038, I'm up $$$$. So either way is win-win for me. Realistically, I may not get to the 10 Million today....but almost at half that.
Depends on the "transfer" of the 99 year exclusive rights lease. If there's a legal hurdle to overcome...which is why I think there's a negotiation, then they have to negotiate. And yes, there may be a win-win, but if PGYC is in the position to put out 1 Billion more shares, then Tactane's stocks are now diluted...ergo, no leverage. He just gets bought out like the rest and doesn't get to play in the real money to come.
Already done my friend.....I see that its catching on though, may have to back off. (I run mine like a project....if not a 500% return on investment....wont consider it). But still, I bought a little over 4.234 Million today at a good price. Even if I were a "short," I'd make money...enough to come way clean with a good PAT (profit after tax).
First, looking into the company (through several sources), this company's legit. I've done my DD (learning from HGLC). Second, this company's seamless. It's identified a problem, went public with it and kept the issue above board AND had responded to the Shareholder's concerns. Last, I've turned the information over to my friend and ATTY, who informs me there's no "out clause" with the buyout arrangement. He's even bought into the company and voted himself and did some more behind the scenes legal DD for me (and him) and found all is well in order, even with the bump in the road.
Personally, I like the way this company does business with its shareholders. In my mind, it is "delivering" on their messages AND by the way of things (much different than HGLC), its gone far and above the .0001 AND they aren't selling shares behind the scenes and below par to puff up their share numbers on pinksheets.com (which we know does attract newbees).
With that, you seam like an old pro at this...why wouldn't you see it differently? HGLC isn't even in the same ballpark. And now that they're exposed, they haven't responded to the shareholders since......when? Even though many shareholders have asked??????
