Can you confirm there are only 6 employees? Can you confirm he hasn't contracted out any others to keep costs down? I've seen this several times and still wonder.
Yeah, but you'll have write off's also. I write off everything...computer, internet costs, software, any cost incured for DD, telephone (if used in the process) and others. Like I said, pays to have a good tax cinsultatnt. Keep in mind, there is exposure to ta audit, but if you've documented everything (like I do), you'll come out clean. I haven't been audited yet, but know people who have and did fairly well (one actually got more back).
Cheers
Me neither. Mine get blended into the overall picture and I do fine (plus my company pays taxes on all my salary and benefits since I work overseas-and since they also pay the Kazakhstan and Russian Taxes-I dont get double taxed-works out great for me).
What I'm finding also, especially in the Oil & Gas Sector, companies are offering lower salaries, but making them "NET" and this cuts costs for the company (using tax equalization as an example). I've been told, this can be done with any employer and works out great. So as I look for work in the US, its on top of my negotiation for a package deal.
At any rate, big days ahead next couple days...waiting to see what PR's come out...I think this legal issue will wash and the SH's will be ok. TO be quite honest, if the price dips again (last time I was asleep), I'm loaded for a big buy.
Cheers from Kazakhstan
Taxes can be balanced, minimized and deferred and depending on how you manage your own protfolio and overall financial scheme, the cost can be minimized. Pays to have a good tax consultant.
I did the same last year and early this year, when it pumped...I dumped, then bought again (with my average still at .0035, I'm still in a good position). At the moment, the highest I've bought is the .013 and I'm still making money off that. With the split, its just an added bonus for me AND if it continues to grow over .05 and upward, I'll have most of my 3M in for the long haul.
I see this stock growing even more over the next year...even to higher levels once the housing market gets stronger. And as energy credits and government grants get dumped into projects around the country, I see this as a huge opportunity for AMNE (which, being a Christian is my "AMEN" stock).
"AMEN TO THAT!"
Yes, I was tempted....but decided to buy more. I bought 500,000 more at close to the low today with my average staying at .0035.....so come on June 1!
If this goes to $1.00, I'm retired (not bad at 50 huh). GLTA, see you all at the golf club.
Cheers
Ah, a little over an hour on the books today and 50M sold. Amazing! .0165.....still looking good and appears to have stabilized a bit. I was a bit concerned there for a while.
GLTA....lets make some cash!
Yeah, if you'd find out who's behind NITE, VERT and HDSN. They KEEP undercutting this stock's progress and its disturbing. Is this the company undercutting the stock? Every single time....ite NITE, VERT or HDSN that undercuts. This BURNS the SH's!
It looks like the last hour of trading killed this stock yesterday. Between NITE & VERT, they sold out and killed the day's investment.
Can anyone confirm this was the company dumping? I'm 10 hours ahead of you all and when I went to bed it was .0375....then woke up at .03!
Each and every time this company has a good post and goes up, someone in either (or both) VERT or NITE undercuts the stock and dumps below the last sale price. Its all downhill from there.
Like I said, I'd like to know who does this. I really was on the verge of buying more...but now..wait to see what happens in the next 4-5 weeks.

Good points and well said. Calling and badgering is beyond the scope and unnecessary. If I'm the client, I dont think I'd be fielding calls like this and would have passed it on to EESO.
Yeah, but in any contract, there's and "escape clause." In these days, where crisis is mounting, they can opt out anytime they want and without cost.
Not trying to be a cynic, but know how procurement works globally. In a practical sense, would you pay for NPV or NFV? If your in for both, I've no doubt you'd significantly discount NFV even in a high market.
Some dumper hit the sell at "market" ....wow, did this dump the price....we're going back down through the 70's again...Bummer, since we were just under the magic penny!
Man, I didn't see this! I'll rush right to my keyboard and push the "buy more sucker" button. LOLOLOL. Restructuring huh. Well, I cant wait to see this. New PR group....Are they fielding questions with real answers?
Lastly (which cracks me up) is the "Caution to the Shareholders." Hah! I consider myself warned!
Ya'll take care....I'm only allowed 3 posts and now have sent 2. Cant wait to see if these are still here.....
L8ter
Hey. Just dropped in to see whats (not) happening. Saner may post a PR this week huh....and the crickets roar LOL.
Well....I see someone bought more this past week (according to their post). I've got some to sell ya..interested? I'll sell you mine and when the divs come in, they're yours also.
Let me know.
Agreed, big week. Been looking at all the posts and see we've got some serious differences of opinions in here. I'd just ask we all stay focused on the 15th.
And now that I look back and sort through a bunch of the info. I think even .25 may be a little high. If I were buying the company, I'd buy it based on NPV and NOT NFV (Net Present Value and Net Future Value). Any of these contracts could be cancelled at ANY time. Very high risk and I'm sure there's been an evaluation done to asses just how stable each contract is....
One other thing. I dont see where ANYONE's been said to be "retained" for managing current relations, nor have I seen anything relative to a "non-compete" statement. Both would be required if I were to buy out the company. IMO
Yeah, but where's the value? Cant sell air for $$$.
Diluted or not, at the moment its stable. I think it will bolt higher this week. And I agree, the post is clear. EESO had to sell 300M as part of the deal.
0% above $1.00. Maybe 1/4 that max. IMO
good deal & thanks
yes, but they would also have to provide an msds to show fire strategy.
ok, ooops...my mistake..show's how much I know huh. Ok, so its 370 + M over 10 days. The price is still stable and on the upward tick. Thats my point. No reason to snap...thanks for the education and GLTY
Ok, maybe just ask for one.
If the 10 day number is 25+M and the 10 day average is 37+M (37/10=3.7M per day).
This is a good point. Maybe check with the CMA (Chemical Manufacture's Association) or even better, check with the local Fire Chief. If they are storing hazarous chemicals (environmentally friendly or not), they have to maintain an MSDS on record at the local fire department...and thats public record.
Anyone want to take the lead to check? I'm in Kazakhstan...little bit of long distance for me.
Took the info right off etrade 10 day average and the day report. 37+M for the 10 day, 25+M for the day (Friday).
Cheers,
Yep, I'm one of the buyers! I dont have all the information I've been looking for and Vladimir's got some info but not 100%. So I'm on a little blind faith in some retrospect also.
THe way I see it, we have about 2-3 more weeks. I can hold out that long. GLTA
I see this dump as positive. Looking at Friday alone, 25+M (more than 8 times the 10 day average) and the price went UP! From my experience, dilution normally drives the price down and in this case it didn't. To be honest, I bought more of the stock while it was still low and think I'm in a good position now to do either, play short or go long and still do fine.
I said a while back that I felt the buyout would go to .20, with a max of .25. I think it'll be closer to .25.
As some have said before, they are waiting for the "name" to be released. I am one of them also....and this will be the baseis for me to decide long or short.
In the mean time, I think this will be a good week for the shorts....the pump & dumpers...as I think this stock will be on a roller coaster ride, with an upside by the end of the week (I think .04 and possibly more).
So, I guess we'll all see...GLTA.
Thought of the Day:
Focus energy on the problem and the problem will get solved. Focus energy on people....the problem still remains. Conclusion: be hard on issues and soft on people.
More shell magic. Pay off the debt with Hackets shares. The dumbs ass CEO left us holding and now we're paying off Hackets debt.....let them stand on their own! We're so diluted now, we'll never see another day above .0001 and its been sub .0001 forever. Small hits on mine trying to sell out.
This is great for the "Hackets" shareholders since they've spun them off! But what about cancelling the Hackets shares and giving them the diluted SWYVE shares in their place. Many of us bought this stock WITH Hackets as part of the financial statement. Now, they're nothing but part of the PR stuff.
I've tried selling my 15 M shares for months now (after the spinoff), only to find the bug ripoff and am now moved on to the "write off." This sucks!
Later
I'd love to see that, but dont think it'll go any higher than .25 max and am optomistic at .20...but hey, if it does, see you all in the Keys.
Looking at the post, the stock being "significantly undervalued" at .10 (or something to that affect) was a bit of an excitement for me. I thought the original date was about the 9th, but I will hang in for the 15th. I think the closer we get to the 15th, the more this stock will rise. Looking good today and once felt it would hit .02 today....but dropped at the .0185...
Thanks
Thanks. Looking at that myself. Hope for a .20, but think that's a bit optomistic.
Cheers
Ok, I asked this a couple weeks ago. Any speculation on what the buyout pps will be?
Thanks, I'll wait for the post.
UNbelievable Juk. We're "lucky" to be a part of what? "They're doing the best they can" ..... at what? C'mon man, I thought you were one of the guru's here.
How much more do these guys need to lie to you and NOT perform before you figure out their dead in the water. With or without a PR, this turkey's never going to fly and you want to be a part of a company thats never going to deliver....C'mon man, your killing me with this stuff...guess that why I've stayed away for quite a while.
My ticker's been telling me the same thing for weeks....
-0 bid
-.0001 ask
-0 last trade
-n/a for Ch Cl.
And lets grade the performance since I've stayed out...
-No website by what I read (and the crickets roar)
-Still haven't issued the Divs
-No stock buy-back
-Nix, Nada, Nyeto, Nothing.....yawn hapening!
Goodnight from Kazakhstan...I'm outa here for a beer!
I think if its in Russia, it'll be St Petersberg
Nice post, but Kazakhstan (like Russia) is NOT living up to protecting the environment. I know this first hand.
They use terms, such as "waste utilization" in their regulatory process, which means they dispose and bury the material.
Check it out for yourself. There's a company called "Landfill Company" that takes drilling wastes (class III) and "utilizes it." Which really means dump in a pit and cover it forever. This "pit" it less than 10 km's from the Caspian Sea and its been proven it leaches into the Caspian Sea. It completely violates the multi national agreement in place to protect (at all costs) the Caspian Sea.
When this multi-national consortium begins auditing all producing companies on or near the Caspian Sea, the Mangistau Region will be one of the first and will be required to correct itself within 3 years.
Anyway, Kazakhstan isn't in compliance, even though they agree and have signed the agreement.
Good work Ed & thanks. Hope to see you there if this meeting is a go.
Cheers,
Yes, Yes, Yes!!!! I can handle that! I'm on vacation then in Alaska and may go to attend. Taking 3 months off.
Thanks to all the shorts and nervous types...I bought a bunch last night...CHEAP-CHEAP-CHEAP!!! I love it! See ya at the checkout counter in a few weeks!
By from Russia
No way! Keeping ALL mine.
