If you've traded penny stocks for 4 years then u must know most lie about having millions in revenue and yet this is a bio play and 75% of big board bios have no revenue.. so your worried about a sub penny stock bio with no revenue..
This with the right news could easily be a 10 bagger with the small share count..

So Biscardi diluted 10 MILLION shares per day on the average..
Or a BILLION in the last 3 months..
And some think that his has bounce potential?

They are reviewing phase2 results for something they can use.. the p2 results came in unfavorably over a wide age group..(18-75) but their narrowing the results down to different age groups in hopes of building a p3 on that..looking for a potential partner..and still have plenty of cash for next 18 months
