- What's the evidence they actually did the Phase-I trial they claimed to have done in their news release? (nothing listed on clinicaltrials.gov)
- What's the evidence they had successfully filed the required IND application with the FDA?
I've not followed this scam for quite some time, so forgive me if this is already well known.
I'm just sitting bid, ready to scoop up cheapies.
Wow, this POS is could become one of the longest-running biowreck scams in history.
How long have the same saps been pumping this now? 20 years?
I'm happy to report that I'm still patiently bid-sitting and scooping up cheapies.
Good lord.
The delusional magical thinking continues.
All the recent chatter about PTOI on the message boards tells me that somebody knows something.
It's amazing how committed bagholders are to the same delusions they hold for their worthless scam-companies over decades.
NNVC would first have to successfully complete the IND approval process in India before running a clinical trial in India:

If NNVC had completed that process, Diwan would have been shouting it from the rooftops. They are almost certainly nowhere close to running a clinical trial in India.
Good grief...
Saps still hopeful after being taken for saps for almost two decades.
All this bid-sitting is exhausting.
I hate to say it, but I'm considering putting a stop to it.

Makes good sense.
After almost two decades of 100% of their news and alerts being false, it’s still worthwhile paying attention to them!
(Wow…just wow…)
Just to blow their minds, someone should send them a few ounces of Bordynuik's catalyst to try.
Good grief.
It's just a scam, intended to dupe saps. The wording doesn't imply anything.
How many decades will it take for this to sink in? Another two?
.
There is absolutely no similarity between what is described here, and the fictional approach Diwan put forth in his highly successful stock fraud.
Good grief...16 years later, and folks are still trying to convince themselves there weren't willing dupes in a transparently obvious scam.
Good grief....
I just gave myself a thumbs up for this post.
I deserve it.
When this Christmas tax loss selling is over...
then to the moon.
Just scoopin' up them cheapies!
But you’ve faithfully bagheld, and have a decade’s worth of public history encouraging others to the same, to maximize your total losses.
In all of human history, there has never been a single instance of a management team first failing for 18 years to get a single drug IND-approved, and then suddenly accomplishing that milestone.
There's no reason to believe that NNVC will be the first.
Indeed, given the age and unremarkable careers of its management team, there's plenty of reason to believe that NNVC won't be the first to set such historic precedent.
Padulo became the CEO of Heddle Marine in 2018, and Heddle stepped aside into the COO position.
If I correctly remember (which I might not), Heddle Marine started receiving private financing around 2016 to start expanding and acquiring other shipyards. It seem that his investors wanted a different management team, and a new CEO with a real CFO came on board 2018.

Scooping up cheapies here.
Best $4.12 I’ve ever invested!

Just because Diwan has done nothing during the past 18 years other than defraud investors out of +$120,000,000.00, doesn't mean he won't get serious about drug development tomorrow!
Some deep thoughts on a quiet weekend:
fortunately JB is like the energizer bunny ..
That is the kind of guy John is. Part of why I bought as many shares as I have is because of John. When you meet him and hear the stories about him you realize just what mountain of a man he is.
Most people think there aren't any people like John because he is rare.
This is a man that you can trust and he surrounds himself and draws like-minded people to him.
Rh is another person like John and I don't just believe, I know that he is in this for the long haul and will be fair to the shareholders of this company.
These are traits that you just don't find among people let alone company executives in today's world. My father was a person like that and when you grow up with that kind of leadership you tend to look for those same traits in people you deal with.
Unfortunately, those people are far and few in today's world of selfishness.
I hope that other investors in this company come to realize just what great men we have leading this company.
All the recent chatter on the PTOI boards tells me something big is in the works.
Free advice for Anil: chikungunya.
You can thank me later
Absolutely fascinating!
Have you told your mom?
PTOI UP ON A DOWN DAY !!!
I can smell the angst ratcheting up.
Hello Bob.
Aside from my opinion that Diwan and his wife are transparently obvious and egregious fraudsters who deserve jail time, it is also my opinion that neither their research nor their non-existent "products" have any value beyond perpetrating stock fraud.
As to your second question, the only thing of value that NNVC has, and has ever had, is the cash they've raised from investors. Well over $120MM over the past 17 years. In theory, a management team consisting of experienced drug developers could have accomplished a tremendous amount in that time, with that level of funding, even if they had to rely on licensing promising lead candidates from others. This, however, will never happen, since Diwan is in control and his only goal is to pocket as much money as possible through this Theracour laundry machine.
Lots of chatter on the PTOI boards lately.
Something large must be in the works.
I hope so. I've been scooping up cheapies for more than 15 years!
The fact remains, in all of human history there has never been a single instance of a management team first failing for 17 years to get a single preclinical candidate IND-approved, and then suddenly accomplishing that.
There's no reason to believe that NNVC will be the first.
Indeed, given the age and unremarkable careers of its management team, there's plenty of reason to believe that NNVC won't be the first to set such historic precedent.
Thanks for this very insightful comment!
