I may not know the superintendent that your currently talking about but I too live in midland TX, I am a petroleum engineer and currently part owner of GR services here in midland. Yes prices have dropped but I personally have not missed a beat in jobs here. As a matter of fact it's picked up a little bit this month. I have done HUNDREDS of jobs and contracts for Sand ridge so I might have a little bit of an idea about this industry. But I do partially agree with you and no one can predict the prices as they can't predict the weather.

Oil prices have raised 15$ per barrel since the end of January. Don't say it won't when it easily can. Oil reserves has already seen unexpected turns.
