Aint gonna happen...
And that im afraid may take awhile....imo
Yes option C is usually the norm with the Judge...
denny, I cant say I disagree with most of what you said. However I wouldn't bet the farm on your last sentence... These people have been getting away with it forever and will probably continue to imo...
My point is, Rosen never really spoke of (Safe harbor) before that I can remember...Why now? Why put himself out there that on something that (might) be disputed later?
This is the first time I heard Rosen even speak of (Safe Harbor) and he feels the same way about those assets as he does the LT assets... Zero...
"Indicative of these misstatements are Griffin’s numerous references to “MBS” (mortgage-backed securities)
and “safe harbor” assets as purportedly belonging to WMI. Worse, these misstatements have
created misapprehensions that there are significant recoveries that remain available for
distribution to former equity holders upon closure of these chapter 11 cases.
6. As discussed above, any transactions relating to “MBS” were conducted by WMB
and its subsidiaries, and not WMI. The lone residual “MBS” owned by the Debtors’ chapter 11
estates on the Petition Date, and, as reflected on WMI’s schedule of assets filed early in its
chapter 11 case, having a value of $84,000, was liquidated and the proceeds thereof were
distributed to Creditors pursuant to the Plan. Griffin’s references to “safe harbor” assets, and
their ultimate distribution to former equity holders, is more perplexing. First, by definition, such
assets are owned by various trusts, with third parties, other than the Debtors"
We are ALL former owners of Washington Mutual Inc Equity...We no longer have stock but we have place markers instead.
And thats what concerns me...
Everyone has their own perception so why not let everyone voice their opinion? Take what you can use and throw away what doesnt serve you. I think most of the egg shells were crushed years ago. IMO there are plenty of posters here wasting space but they have the right to post. If one doesnt agree with a post or poster just skip over it. I like to read them all and form my own belief.
Yes, Page 3 #3 she speaks of institutional Equity vs Retail Equity which is something I have been concerned about for a while...
BBAN Im pretty sure you and I use the same broker but mine are still 939
Its too late for "Promptly". That would have been by 10/31/19
Who knows. It did around 250 mil like 7 months ago then died.
Correct eom…
Absolutely...Im starting to lean that way...Stolen...
Early week is gone. How about end of week? Or next year?
Historically that's not how Hosen works...He always pushes it to the end. He just did it again today...
Yes it is tomorrow but, its NOT by 10/31
So it looks like they will not file today like BR said...Now moving it to November and im sure when November gets here he will move it to December then January and so on...This wont happen this year imo...
"The Trust intends to file an application with the Bankruptcy Court to close the chapter 11 cases of the Debtors in November 2019, with a hearing date scheduled for December 19, 2019, which date may be subject to change."
Sometimes he plays with the switch. He turned mine off briefly then back on just to screw with me...lol...
He must want me to play with some BK cash first I guess...Works for me..
If quiet is good, then AXCG has been good for 4 years...
read post #589477
I think what LP is saying, where does the final payment from FDIC go?
If this is true then Hosen must believe the FDIC will provide Final Payment in October if he plans to file the application to close by 10/31 ?
Howdy Pard...
Yes, its also possible something gets mediated like hosen did with Nutmeg today. Who knows.
No. eom
Yes the D&O still an open issue and hosen hopes to have that settled in October so he can file for close by 10/31.
I am used to slow government and legal sludge as well. In my business operations I thought waiting 12 months for the ATF to complete prints and background checks was crazy but this BK takes the friggin cake...No legit reason for it...So much time went by that nothing was done.
That is correct...He states that at the 2:20 mark on this audio from sidedraft...

What delays do you speak of....We had dealt with several other filings after she filed hers....Even Rosen admits she cant hold anything up as he says so himself at the 2:20 mark in this audio...

But Series K, TPS and Class 22 have gotten NO distributions so far so something is delaying and it's NOT Griffin...
I decided to get back in today at 6.88 Time will tell if im a dumb ass...lol
Religion, much like government is a control mechanism based on fear...
PickStocks, Im not saying it does or does not...Im asking because usually Ron is aligned with AZC and it seems AZ in in the camp that both BK's need to be closed first....

Ron, are you saying the BK's do Not have to be closed before distributions can take place?
Ron, Do you disagree with AZ on distribution timing?
AZ, is it now your belief that the BK must close before distributions?
I agree BUT, the big question is WHEN... Maybe the BK or Receivership must close first? I dont know...11 years is a long friggin time...
Thank You... That answers the question Many have been asking...(The big boys will not wait much longer) or (why havent we heard anything from the hedgie's) They never have been waiting....They have been getting paid monthly all along.
No I am not as most here are not... My question is, are the Hedge funds Accredited Investors??? Are THEY receiving payments every 25th?
Yep I understand. I was just pondering IF IF the Hedgie's were Accredited Investors they might be receiving their share of the pie now then ours comes later? After BK close? Possibly why we here nothing from them? Who knows.
