2) WMILT will remain open after the bankruptcy closures as a pass through mechanism. So if we see that if this remains open after the bk closure, it is definitely a "TELL" that remote bankruptcy assets exist...100% confirmed

... Yes, that Is 100% Correct, ... even after the BK’s have “Closed”, ... ? We’ ?, will continue to need the services of the WMI-LT, Alvarez & Marcel, as well as the Attorneys for a bit longer ... there’s zero doubt regarding WMI’s Bankruptcy Remote, and “Stayed” assets ... no doubt whatsoever ...

3) Bankruptcy remote assets will return (months...maybe years) after the bk closure through the WMILT as a pass through to escrow markers.

... Again That’s Correct ... I believe the Class 19 separated TPS REITS, 10 year term, no first lien or asset backed, Heloc speculative “Trash”, Are Now Done, ... but ? the original WMI R Series Preferred purchased on the Secondary remain powerful ... some still hold 40 year fixed rate plus commercial lines ...

Question: Will the court openly state how long they plan to keep WMILT or escrow markers open at the time of bankruptcy closure?

I’m not sure about the Court, ... once the BK Closures Are Approved ?, Judge Walrath will probably (and thankfully) move on, ... but ? regarding the WMI-LT and our own chosen class separated Tracking Markers Received ?, ... as well as the WMB Fixed Income Corporate Bonds, the Class 17’s ... Along With COOP ... will probably make things quite financially obvious to everyone, all at the exact very same time ...
