Chart shows that this drop is similar to the one CAPR experienced after going from $4 to $6. That drop was followed by a rise to $12. I’m expecting CAPR to get back to $12+.

Inovio will be getting some press on Wed, among traders who follow Ian Wyatt. Like him or not, he has people who pay for his "newsletters" and listen to his opinion. His webinar could be a positive event for the pps of Inovio, Moderna, and any other stocks he discusses.

Citron will not stay short into INO’s 3/12 earnings call due to possibility of INO announcing they’re getting a piece of the $8B Covid-19 pie.

Hence, if Citron’s shorting and posting caused this drop, INO should recover back to pre-Citron levels.

Why I bought $INO : CEPI funding

I trust the individuals at CEPI more than I trust posters on ihub and SeekingAlpha. Why? Because the folks at CEPI, and their investors like Bill Gates, have specific knowledge and experience in treating widespread diseases.

CEPI could have invested in any company they wanted but they chose $INO and Moderna. I'm guessing they selected those two companies because of some logical reasons.
