Probably gone bad, but also have always been suspicious of the management of this company...
But yes, if lab machine works why not inhouse production with the machine that is sat in the lab, they could be pumping out the high grade carbon black..the deisel, the shale and now the purified water. They could actually be making money. If it doesn't work...flog it to al quaeda on any of the above along with Frank Pringle and the rest of his thieving bunch of management.
Can't understand why the US gov are being so slow in re-issuing the drilling licences in the Gulf. The mess will be cleared up and people will be compensated and rightly so. Wildlife will take a bit longer to rebuild there numbers and fishing may need to be very controlled till numbers are back to normal. BP for their part have been charging a couple of pence more per litre for fuel in the UK for some months now and therefore they will certainly be able to meet their responsibilities financially. I am sure all companies with activities in drilling have learnt an important lesson have now got full workable contingency plans in place for the control of any potential mishap.
Do you think when the licence is re-issued to Diamond that the share price will move back to the height it was at the beginning of the year?
Can't understand why this technology has not hit the world markets....the order books should be bulging and now apart from a lousy share price, someone is talking about selling off the assets of the company via an auction and UAF apparently have haven't paid out for anything in the first place nor does it seem that they have obtained a court order, but the auction date and location are booked. Additionally someone else here is talking of a planned 'Dump' etc. What on earth is this and how will that effect the share and the company?
Any light on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
By the way, some weeks ago peeps here were banging on about share prices in Mobilstream...I can confirm that at that time, there was another SCAM going on at that time...supposed hostile takeover bid etc. I could not get access to this part of the site at the time to confirm that it was a new scam. Please take note...If anyone phones you out of the blue about any share you own or don't own ...whatever, do NOT buy or spend any money...IT WILL BE 99% A SCAM
At the risk of sounding very boring....it would be more exiting and very positive if someone at GBRC could microwave all that oil in the Gulf, clean up the sea and if possible capture all that oil gushing and polluting a huge area. The eyes of the world are watching this tragedy unfolding and BP could pay 100's of millions just to clean up the Gulf and the shoreline. Opportunity here.
Do this and GBRC would never have to try to market or sell the PATRIOT(mind you not certain they try to do that now)....the world would be queueing up for the machines and throwing tanker loads of money at all involved with GBRC.
Well I can dream can't I?
Ah but.....maybe people have won loads and can afford cars...so no need to walk.Anyway, why should you care...you are already in paradise compared to most....freezing cold, don't remember the last time I saw a blue sky.
Was told by my broker that the other local casinos have gone up quite a lot in share price and he thought so should MGM!
The big problem is the lack of sales....why is there such a lack of sales?
Is it that the science doesn't work...well fix it then like Hawk suggests.
Is it that there are no decent sales persons working for GBRC on a commission only basis?
British Airways announced last month they were going into partnership with a company to recycle all their waste into fuel. The project was going to create 1200 jobs and there were big grants going to be made. Where were GBRC in the running for the project? I think that each passenger airliner is only allowed to use the same tyres to land and take off 4 times...think how many gallons GBRC could make for them.
Trouble is, don't think GBRC even knew that British Airways were looking to do something, inspite of the fact that I have posted several times about their pathetic efforts to market and sell the technology. I have tried to alert GBRC to the plain fact that EUROPE is their best market, as there are huge EC grants available for recycling of bad waste such as tyres.
Until they pull their fingers out and realise that this technology has to be sold by hungry sales persons into the best markets then GBRC will just drift into oblivion.
I just can't believe that they are unable to sell ONE of these machines....even if the whole concept is crap, they sure sold it to the shareholders...so someone surely can sell just one or two rotten machines!!
Perhaps the bosses should engage the help of the office cleaner, sure she or he would do a better job than this board of clowns.
I wonder what the collective for a management board without a clue of how to run a business is called? A GLOBULE? GROSS? GRASPING? GRINGERS?...NOPE, it's a Global board.
The problem is.... all the big overpaid chiefs, they think that they just need to sit there and buyers will come throwing millions at them for the honour of having the Patriot microwave. Unfortunately, they don't understand that you have to actually make an effort and employ a top salesperson or two to sell the product. Best Xmas present for all LONG SUFFERING SHAREHOLDERS is if the board committed Hari-Kari and were replaced with One chief only and a few salepersons..all to be paid on results only....THEN we would have SALES, then a business of worth and then we would have a decent share price.
I am praying very hard that Santa will make our dreams come true and rid us of these overpaid clowns. Don't suppose any of them would have the decency to walk away without huge severence pay checks.....Dream on methinks.
Blimey...was he caught doctoring the aforementioned nag then....wonder what he has been suspended by...the thought is even making my eyes water!!
PS If I write something off colour here, please just delete ASAP, would hate to get suspended from here...it would be like flying blind without info as far as GBRC is concerned...come to think of it, that is nothing unusual.
Crickey matey... the other nags must have been microwaved cos this horse has not left the starting gate yet!! Think the jockey is overweight with all that gelt he is being paid for doing nothing, but pick the fluff from his navel. Poor horse can't move... just sinking into the darkest depths of oblivion.IMO of course.
Well I think my chain along with so many others has been jerked so often and for sooooo long that I feel I might as well stick it out for another couple of years or so.....either this pathetic management get their act together and find someone that can sell this product, in which case we make a fortune or they carry on as they have done up to and including today, in which case I lose the lot.
As I already feel that this is the case,I have already gone through the worst scenario in my mind and in my bank account and at least I can now be AWARE of and make notes of the pathetic w*nk**s involved in the mismanagement of GBRC, who couldn't sell a free piss up in a brewery to an alcoholic. I make a note of these persons and then I make ABSOLUTELY certain that I never buy shares in any business that employs them in any capacity, because that company would then have weak management that are easily taken in by marketing crap instead of real solid sales results. I advise every to do the same. Talking of w*****s, BTW what has happened to Mr Pedro Worthlesston...has he gone down under, unable to keep himself afloat under the weight of his ridiculously huge wage that he was receiving for doing nothing but playing with his didgerydoo....can take the rest of a totally useless overpaid mismanagement team along with him.
Oh yes...I wonder what the big announcement this week is going to be...oh I know...it will be yet another recap of all that gbrc have achieved to date..nothing worth a dime, just another pathetic marketing exercise. A few proper SALES CONTRACTS would make the share price go up and stay up... just need a board that understands how business works...you know..REAL MONEY IN AND FULL ORDER BOOKS. All of course in my very very humble opinion.
If GRC are deliberately 'going slow' with this process because, eg, the fear of a big post conversion 'sell off', it probably would be supported by most US stockholders
Well..I have large holdings in MSRM and I would be happy to hold on to my shares until they had made a really good profit, speaking as an overseas investor. HOWEVER....if the board are afraid of a mass sell off of shares after the conversion then I think the board should come up with a scheme/incentive to all the conversion investors, a scheme that will make us all want to stay with them for at least two years after the conversion....how about a 6 to 1 offer of shares given as a warrant free of cost if you hold your shares for say two years after the conversion!!! That will keep the share price up and it seems quite fair to me.
Wow!! indeed. GBRC must have found the microwave frequency for burning cash and being left with carbon black residue.... aka ASH.
Patent applied and Pending?
A new money spinner for GBRC management......must jump on the bandwagon here...scrape up every penny you have and send immediately to the latest chairman...he will know exactly what to do with it....after all, it is Christmas.
QUITE!!
That told him!
I have been reading this over and over again...'Warrants were going to expire prior to the 31st March 2010 and now extended to 31st march 2010'....can't see much of a difference here really, cos until the conversion is finalized, one can't purchase them anyway. Still...it must seem a very important announcement..more important then selling the technology.
Confused again, I must be missing something here...the price for the share is today at 94 cents and we are being offered warrant shares for $4+ each. Can anyone advise please...do I buy at the trading price or do I rush out and grab myself a bargain and pay five times the amount....OR 'and it is a big OR' does someone secretly know that there are so many sales in the pipeline that the share is going to sky rocket by 5 to 10 times the current trading price before the new deadline of the 31st March 2010. The choices are soooo confusing!!!
Not been on for a few days.....things don't change much...still no sales, still crappy share price, oh and passed the tyre shredding place yesterday...yep no change there either, it's still burning after all these weeks!! You would have thought PW and pals would have flogged a deal to them by now. Silly me again, there I go rushing in when we should be waiting a few months....perhaps to perfect things...after all, they wouldn't want their shareholders to think they were being careless and not doing anything useful to warrant fat salaries. Oh well, think I will join the GBRC sales crowd and take a holiday like them...I'm off next week for two weeks and if I run into any of the aforementioned bods on the beach looking for tar sands, I will gladly pass on best tidings!
Oh dear yet again. Not guilty of a dodgy finger nor was I drowning my sorrows in the pub at the sad state of the GBRC sales sheets. However...continuing on the conspiracy theory...do you think that I should have been in the pub drowning my sorrows or do you know something we don't know and really I should be down the pub celebrating.
Oh dear...think this Limey/Pommy is in trouble anyway having had my post deleted. But it does make one wonder why the sales aren't pouring in and if our chairman is currently residing in London, then I doubt if he would even need to break into a sweat to sell the Patriot.. IMO.
Surely he must know that our MP's eat, sleep and dream 'ALL THINGS GREEN' and the Patriot is about the greenest thing going...getting rid of all those tyres and if they play their cards right...could continue to TAX the UK population on all the deisel produced from the tyres. Behold Mr Darling and Mr Brown... A New Tax source!!
Regardless, the board must be more stupid than us investors if they are shocked that the share price has not gone through the roof with all their wonderful patting themselves on the back.
Its all worth nothing unless they sell the goods and get money coming in to the coffers. Quite simple really. However, I
We all hope so...but if there is no one really capable in selling the product, then we are all stuffed. I think we all know the potential, but......
Writes Hawk.....
My only advice to them is get to know how sales are done of which they know nothing about and quit being only an engineering company all dressed up with nowhere to go!
Quite agree, any good salesman can sell the Patriot given all the facts etc. Come to think of it...any crap salesman could sell the Patriot1 given all the info. Where in London is Mr Pants anyway...probably crying into his amber nectar at the old 'Ashes' lashing his countrymen got!!
By the way...the tyre fire nearish to me was in fact 2,000 tons of shredded tyres and its still burning over a week later and went past it the other day and the area is completely devasted....and this is only a little village industrial estate!!
Good to see some good results. Great to see a patent approved...but where are the sales. On this last friday there was a tyre processing plant catch fire a few villages away from where I live.....200 tons of tyres went up and I understand the plant itself was destroyed...insurance will pay out soonest, so that they can get back into business again.
I'm sure that little disaster could easily be turned into a SALE for GBRC if they would supply some info!!
Well that's nice....the rest of us haven't a clue about these 'tron' things...so you I think are in cahoots with Kenny...keeping secrets then....probably emailing those diverted posts from those perverted Sheila's to each other. Keep telling you that they are like boomerangs....the sheila's/the emails??
Hope we are going to get some good news from the conference call and not just patting on the back over past achievements
OK now...for those of us who are technology challenged, will you be able to do a translation for us after the event......and will you be allowed/able to ask the participants of the board questions? If you are, could you ask approx how many orders there are for the Patriot-1 and when are the board going to announce the orders?
Blame us pommie b'stards and use the excuse that you are asking on behalf of the half-wits from across the big pond....you know, the charity cases who need all the help that can be given.
Keep on trucking Dudes!
Well my day trip to France went very well...still got all my tyres too!! It appears that nothing new has occurred, no order announcements, not a dickie bird...disappointingly not even an Aussie bird....we know who to blame for that then Kenny!!Oh well, will just have to return to the thumb twiddling.
Oh yes, by the way, on my travels in deepest England last week...I noticed several brand new trucks belonging to TYRE SHREDDING companies...so they must be collecting all those lovely EC 'GREEN GRANTS' to be able to afford new trucks in this recession. Shame Global aren't trying to cash in on this endlessly rich source of business within the EC.
OK...so you don't want to give a professional opinion or otherwise regarding GBRC. Suppose you are reserving your opinions for more important things like the Sheila's that have been sending you posts with pics...bet you have loads of opinions about them and keeping them all to yourself too, just so we can't assess the worthiness and express OUR OPINIONS regarding their attributes. SHAME ON YOU Kenny!!
Ahhh...that's the Aussie effect of our new chairman....
BOOMERANG!!!
Now just watch out with them Sheila's...heard they could melt one down quicker than a microwave.
Back to reading?? The S1??....think it would be the Sheila's pics.....Kenny, really...didn't know you do braille!!
Now back to topic and to all shareholders in waiting...
Do you think that the SEC are going to approve everything this time or do you think they will raise a few further points like the share conversion ratio of MSRM to GBRC? Always struck me as not strictly a fair goings on.
Also, reading between the lines of some of the company statements, it seems there are a number of lined-up customers for the Patriot. Do you think all is on hold until all matters are resolved...the patent...the SEC ...the fraud case?
Kennypooh wrote.....
'but now I have a bunch also wanting in on this thread... mostly ladies from down under'
Hawk...do you get the feeling that we are both being deprived now...see what it is like for us Brits. And there we were, TYRELESSLY trying to entertain our fellow shareholders and the ladies of course, while we await the S1,the 8K etc and the share conversion.
Firstly young man, I am going 'sur le bateaux' matey...don't trust those Brit builders or those Frenchies ones digging tunnels under the sea!!
Next....my tyres are brand new...and I grow Sir Walter Raleighs' fruits....pommes de terre or spuds, in stacks of my old tyres, soooo a very good reason not to tip any of my Frenchie neighbours when in France. When I am finished with me spuds can get GBRC to microwave them and use the deisel to run my boiler this winter.
Tunnel to Tonga....nah, that would let in all the eastern europeans and they would undercut the locals in throwing the footie so that we might win a game...and to be frank, I am not a fan of the old footie!!
OK...OK...So what you are saying is...everyone is going to get their own back/is getting their own back on us Poms.
Am in France next week...they will probably have the tyres off my motor, as well as the oil from my sump then!
It's difficult when ones country is so loved.
Hey...unless you know different, I think the Tongans still like us Brits and I think my tyres would be safe there!!
Augustine Warrants??? Can't seem to see how much holders of the said warrants will have to pay for each warrant. I do hope we are talking the same amounts as for the GBRC warrants, which as I have bemoaned about before(wingeing pommie)would mean that the share price would need to be at least $10 to be a worthwhile thank you. Would be better to buy a whole pile of shares when the first orders are announced, while the share price is low, than waiting for the supposed opportunity of buying the warrants.
A good friend has been given loads of share warrants in a major company just for being a large loyal shareholder at very very discounted prices.
That's why Aussies kick butt...cos they are mainly descended from criminals and as for you guys....well wasn't there something about a very large tea party and us Brits weren't even invited to that one in Boston ...wonder if the Patriot-1 will turn Texas waste oil and tyres into Texas Tea, maybe we will get the invite this time. On topic...just about!
JUST LOVE IT!!!
Actually most Aussies have had too much sun and way too much amber nectar so if they were to get the opportunity of being laid...well they would probably not remember what they were actually there for or what getting laid actually involved. But we love all our EX Colonials from all the different parts of the world...we know we will be beaten at cricket, rugby, football, athletics, boxing....well just about everything these days ;)
It is common practice here for a director to have his fingers in many many pies at the same time...how else is a top man in industry able to keep up with our overpaid, free loading politicians. However Mr Worthington worked for many years with BHP Billiton...one of the most successful companies and he has the experience of dealing with Eastern Europeans and Middle Eastern customers...that experience/contact is priceless if he is able to open doors for the sales teams to those markets. Many of our Antipodean cousins are quite irrassable, but get things done (Rupert Murdock for one)and you have to respect them for their achievements. Hopefully, Peter has retained his Aussie ways.
BOY!!!!! An Aussie as the CEO .....now thats good...no even better than good, cos in my experience Aussies say how it is and take no crap from anyone. They say and do what we all think, but haven't the nerve, none of the niceties, they just cut to the chase. This really is a giant step forward for GBRC despite the share price at the moment...his contacts and experience should be second to none and I have every confidence in his leadership to make me feel that this company is now going to go somewhere and not down the toilet, I hasten to add before some wag posts that!!
Hopefully, Mr Worthington may have a few idle seconds to see this and if he does...Please make sure we get a monthly statement from now on. Some acknowledgement that we even exist is better than the silence or the coached responses we normally get from IR giving less away than a British politician. Thanks, G'day and Welcome.
Fake or real....everyday we all log in to see whether there is any good news..like some sales, conversion news, anything from the company. But as usual total silence. If you email investor relations again ...nothing. I for one am starting to think that the board and the sales team are either all deceased or have taken early retirement on full pay with all expenses paid and have gone on a permanent 5 star holiday to Hawaii. Methinks this crew could not even give away tickets to a free booze up in a brewery. (Actually a further thought...they would probably charge us for the tickets before giving them away for free, which they can't do and then charge us for their efforts in having to hold on to the tickets...storage charges!!)
The really stupid thing was that most of us Brits were..yes after making a profit, but also thought what a fantastic idea and wanted to invest in this innovative, state of the art technology.
My US Wall Street broker feels that if all the external things are sorted...the conversions, the possible frauds etc, then they are going to be really worth something in about 2 years time. Even he...Mr Sceptic himself has changed his opinion about the share...'very risky, but worth hanging on to'. He has assured me that he has checked my holdings with Monmouth and luckily mine seem to be genuine MSRM certificates.
So my advice to all non US shareholders is get onto Monmouth and get your holdings checked out, you could be sitting on a potential goldmine, so hold on to them if they are genuine, if fakes....have a stiff scotch.
If anyone makes an unsolicited approach to you offering to buy your shares or indeed sell you anything to do with investments...get their info and then call the police, because YOU ARE DEALING WITH CROOKS. Do not think... well they seem so genuine....if you are contacted out of the blue by anyone to do with anything remotely to do with any shares, then they are THIEVES and PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE FRAUD SQUAD IMMEDIATELY. Do your duty, help close down these scams and put these crooks behind bars
Erm....Think I got the 1 TO 6 MSRM Certificates.Still restricted, but certain I received mine a couple of years back now. Still can't sell them cos I be a foreigner. BTW my American stock broker, who hated GBRC, has started to warm to GBRC as a risky long term investment. Praise indeed!!!
The shame Hawk is that for many the advice has come too late.
To all those that are not sure about anything... READ PLEASE.
You need to check whether your shares are registered with Old Monmouth and if so, then you are ok. However, you will still have to wait for the restriction or conversion to take place BEFORE you sell even to your Grandma!! All offers to buy...hostile secret takeovers where they come up with a fabulous offer for your shares and then tell you that you have loads of warrants that they will buy off you at a higher price too, but you would have to purchase your warrants first... the scams go on and on.
Basically, just watch these boards and if Hawk starts YEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAing then we know that the shares have been converted or GBRC have done some sales and then there is something to possibly celebrate. In the meantime IGNORE everyone that contacts you by any means.
