Yeh sure - a quality PR is on the horizon, video due to be released May 24, signed up and paying clients coming June 1, newspaper ads this weekend, etc. Give me a break! Put in a buy at .016 and then a sell at.024, this bug will flutter a bit before it dies.
Show me the ads today or show me the cashiers window.
Any who have been around pinks long enough know what's happpening here. All the best.
Just hit .08, how soon to .07?
Thank you for your gracious response, however I'm not convinced that the motives and methods of the two Ikes are not identical. As we get closer to early June there are still too many open ends. We will see - a week or so.
I stand corrected. It's not the same guy -same name, same location (NYC), same age, different middle intial. Now this will really take off, watch the volume.
It's the same guy and it's old news. From play room design to text connections. Come on, it's the pink sheets, these guys move from enterprise to enterprise, that's their business. You get in at the right time, you make money, if not they get paid. It's business - you know the drill.
News - specifically revenue news - is the only thing needed to make this go, without that it will flounder and flip a little at best as more excuses and deadlines are put forward. The best marketing would be release on Tuesday of a few hundred paying clients. We all know what it's potential is, the marketing and management flubs, etc, but without the idea doing business (as in money coming in) we're just pi$$ing into the wind.
Time to walk the walk.
Expect a surge up to June 1 then a fall back as flippers take, may be a good time to flip and average back. Look for a dramatic jump in volume, even if only temporary, that trend is clear. The freebies end June 1 but will we be informed of how much is being sold, how many accounts are contracted, etc, or will we have to wait through the summer? The more immediate measure of success of this company will be the introduction of "GO800" on TV and print ads, if we see that we will know or at least have a clearer picture. Also, this is a start up company with little or no revenue, they're not likely to purchase expensive ads nationally or even regionally to tout their service, the neighborhood newspaper/penny saver type publications (which are still read as much as pre-computor) may be the way to go in terms of marketing. If the smaller companies succeed with it, the bigger ones will almost be forced to jump on - at whatever price. This is only an opinion - mine.
Volume in over the ten day average. Look out!!
Will get down to .08, even lower perhaps. I've set a buy at .07 but if it gets below .08 I may jump in. I've never been to one of their stores but friends have and the reports are good, I think this one, like many today, just needs a rising tide to flourish.
Goig could be big in virtually any setting involving communication. Cell phones have been around in a big way for 15 years or more and are now almost an extension of one's being. There is, as I see it, no reason to believe that GO800 could not be as prominent. It's the texting and message leaving that people, especially younger people, prefer and are doing almost constantly these days. GO800 can become the get-in-touch-with vehicle for business to business and consumer to business if put forward properly. I certainly don't know Sutton's marketing scheme and will not second guess his methods, but he's brought this thing this far and seems to know full well what he's doing. I'm looking for some sort of a breakout after the first of June, either one or two bigs open up and explode it publically or several hundred smalls (thousands?) announce and it spreads. I will be very skeptical if anything less occurs. That is what I think, not what I know - of course.
Anyone else notice that the volume today almost exactly equaled the 10 day average - you know what that means, don't you?
Large companies would maintain more than one account, probably several.

Give me the easy and sure mil right now - I don't know what tomorrow will bring, let alone 30 days from now.
You are correct, all clients will spread the word. However, I am a business owner, am I going to be swayed more by the corner pizza guys use of a service or by the multi-nationals use of it? The more sign-ups the better - bigger sign-ups, even better.
And he is probably correct but the bigger, the sooner, the better.
Of course they all count but certainly you must know that some (big) count more than others (small). Exposure of this service or product is THE task confronting GOIG right and you will get much, much more of that with a huge global corp than from a neighborhood store. I think you know what I was saying.
I will take it, and good luck to you and Tony - all 5000 of them - for as long as they stay in business. The bigs will pay much more than $500
Wrong. One Bank of America or Pzifer is worth a hell of a lot more than 5000 Tony's Pizza shops in terms of exposure and stature in the business.
Do not be surprised if June 1 comes and only small and a few mid-sized companies show up as clients. However the local and regional advertising they put out will expose GO800 in it's working form not as a paper plan. Others - bigs - will be paying attention. This also is marketing, showing by doing.
Signed, contracted, registered? I'm not sure what it means, but it's sure they are doing business. Also, somebody mentioned earlier that if the big companies are waiting and testing the effectiveness of GO800, how could they make any marketing conclusions if the customer base is unaware of the new method of contact. To field test it means to put it out there (advertise) and monitor the response. That's not happening anywhere I look.
I'm aware they have several registered keywords, not bought and paid for keywords.
I tend to agree with your assessment. Larger firms would rather wait to see if their money is well spent on this before publicizing it. Also the announcement shows a step forward in a developing business, however small a step. It's a good idea and it should take off - I'm betting on it.
No, I did not know that. Perhaps you could list them.
Did GOIG release the news of the deal with Blood Cord at 3:25 PM yesterday because they were excited at closing their first and only paying (cash or stock?) contract or are they holding back news of other deals and using this as a tease of what's to come in June? Release of any news of a contract is welcome for exposure purposes but the fanfare of a PR to tout such a minor and insignificant contract - in terms of the overall business picture - seems a bit contrived.
Exposure!! In any form - big company, small company - it will be seen and the word will go out. Big is better obviously, but at this point any exposure is welcome.
Keywords registered by ambassadors not the same as contracted (as in paid for)keywords?
Bought at .08 and .09 back in Dec. and Jan., sold out at .15 and .16 last month, - will be back in, this one looks too good for down the road. Will be watching.
What is the date of the most recent Kinsley Street interview?
Do these "freebies" know they are being linked by GO800? If I text "Chase - GO800" I get the same phone connection as if I called the 1-800# on my Chase bank card. The difference, and the convience, is that I don't have to check my card to get the number, just text the easily remembered keyword and get called back. Is somebody saying, "Hey Chase, look how we're connecting you and your customers faster and easier. What's that worth to you?"
The most important piece of info in Ike Sutton's conversation with an earlier poster was to "not watch the stock day to day".
Stand back - let it flourish.
Patent still pending, interviews that nobody can find, questionable quarterly and financial reports... Believe me, a great idea, seemingly good hard working management - I'm invested here big time but a lot of loose ends. First ones free, when the bill comes due we will have an answer.
T form means a sale, or series of large sales that occurred during the trading day, the announcement of which were held up until the end of the day to avoid impacting the price. Glad to be of help. See Ya!
I'm sure it has been discussed here, however I am not going to search through months or years of posts, that's wasted time. I post here to solict helpful comments - yours is not one.
Also, no asute business person is going to get rid of their 1-800 and replace it with a so far unproven-in-the-field process. And yes, a long list of contact info is clutter and not good. GOIG will in will, I believe, be patented and move forward, however I will always ask questions.
I agree, it is a great idea and should sail through, I'm concerned only that there may besnags or holdups. Ever deal with a bureaucracy?
I don't know, but I do know that patents have been rejected.
What happens if the patent is NOT approved?
