Always felt buy-out was Neil’s first pursuit with IGEN, threat of lawsuit may expedite that. Also, I would think litigations involving technology can be tedious and uncertain in today’s courts.
Clearly there should be and will be infringement litigation, but why those companies you mentioned? You got any info? I know State Farm’s been using such gadgetry for years. Could be a big payday for Neil.
Big pharma rarely does much R & D anymore, they buy out small medical researchers, take them to the finish line then take the credit and the profits.
What hell going on here?
Think a lot of people want to have their finger on the button when and if something explodes.
Continued machine trading, same money back and forth…what does it mean, something lurking?
Look at the last month of activity here, moves were precise in one direction, he’s definitely in command, makes me think he knows he’s got something of value - real value - any buyout will have to be huge. Either that or Reddit has arrived. Game changer happening!!
(I think) you are correct, the robot buys/sells will go on for a bit. There is something here, company will become more transparent over the next few months and the folks behind the robots know it. The Boss here has played this well: the 200/1 RS, move to NASDAQ and now orchestrating a very methodical move to build value in what he has…or what is perceived he has. This could be Man of War. My opinion, of course.
Looks like more computer trading this morning however at a lesser scale than yesterday. News, any news, will move this north, a cure for cancer or any facsimile will blow the roof off here.
Don’t be so sure Billy, bought this several years ago for .7 or .8, sold it a few months later for .65, did very well. Days later SEC locked it up, couple of people went to jail, it’s be floundering ever since. Scam? Probably…so play the scam not the business. This has been getting a bit of attention lately, from strange players with unusual numbers, and with the pending MJ legislation?…hey, in a penny market, you never know.
Why is Fife questionable?
I see new names, Bucktown, John Fife and the questionable Mike Paluga…big change of admin and share ownership. What’s going on here TK?
Over the road and door-to-door delivery fleets will be looking as well. This one has been a real grind for me but I think there’s treasure down the road…will hold my 1 mil.
Henry Ford used it to upholster car seats in early 1900s.
What hell goin’ on here?
Have they stopped trading here? No trades in last hour.
Markets reacting to turmoil in Ukrainian, buy it now.
I agree totally with your explanation. Thus there are reasons a company must meet certain benchmarks to uplift, it’s not a lateral movement. However, many are not as diligent and savvy as regards market workings and trade on shallow, frivolous reasoning: aka hype. That’s a fact. What did Barnum say?
I will watch this and maybe, maybe not.
Indeed, two different trading worlds, different rules and regs different outcomes and consequences but the same traders with sales hopes. Please explain the “huge difference”.
I disagree, hype is what drives all markets, recognition of it getting ahead of itself is time to act. This is no longer penny land but it’s still dreamLand for many…you know that.
OK, good luck with that “big something”, I’ll take the $3 - $4 and move on… if I can get it, either way Ill be out.
This will move up just on enthusiasm alone (rational or not), could see $3 or $4…chance for a nice payday.
Interesting following the back and forth on this board, but in the end it really is a crap shoot down here, but then again they might have the cure for cancer…always trying. Good luck.
“Better off not being long and just flipping this thing.” I have never traded in this arena without that in mind. This is no place to fall in love.
Yes. What was this symbol before Rivu?
Has this issue been shut down? Zero activity. In the tank? News coming? What?
Setting the stage for future announcements. When it’s all in place and settled we will be seriously northbound.
No, we only wanted to hear that SalSon was still on the table…and we heard that. Really simple: JM wants to make this deal happen but he didn’t have the money, so he went about getting the money to make it so. You had to know back in June this deal wasn’t going to happen quickly. Two trucking companies coming together, just the interstate commerce regulations, especially in the northeast, would smother such a deal for several months or more even with financing readily available. This deal will happen, probably in the spring, but in the meantime there are other acquisitions lurking which JM is eyeing.. Sell this at your own peril…the company will acquire, grow and be bought up for a big jackpot. It will make you well again.
Guess who’s living large in Vancouver?
Low 008s is bottom here buy it now. Deals and news of deals, sales staffing, lot happening here, becoming an attractive buy-out candidate which I believe is where it’s headed.
Yes.
Days average volume in first 15 minutes - you don’t need to know anything more, get in here!
I agree with your assessment of the relationship, a consultancy relationship, I’m also impressed with Chan’s methodical and deliberate movement of the company, news only when worthy - big factor as to why I’ve been here so long. The government deal is the game changer, however having Michael Griffin a phone call away is certainly an asset - Chan knows the product, Griffin knows the industry. Should work well.
So is Neil moving the company forward because of Michael’s influence with buyers or as a result of his stellar business maneuvering…or both? I think the recently announced gov’t deal is far more significant than a friendship with an established client. It remains to be seen if Michael’s juice will be useful in greasing new gov’t business, although one hopes and suspects that it would.
This is a game changer. You’ve been officially invited to bid contracts with an entity that recently approved a $2T budgetary expenditure which includes areas in which you do business and the “CEO” of that organization has a penchant for spending money - in fact he can even print the money. I like your chances.
Get popcorn and beer, gonna be fun! Check out the five year chart for some perspective to where this is going.
Chan always had the product and the savvy, COVID queered the county deal temporarily but that’s past. This is a case of patience paying off - for Chan and for the patient, willing to wait it out investors. Churning!
These guys from Cougar aren’t re-loining the company for nothing - big move here. Some familiar savvy players showing up on this board. Lookout!!
How’s that EV with the self-charging battery working out?…or all those NFTs or whatever?
Those who are paying attention here, and I know you are, know there is something in the wind (rumor) and that it when it happens (news) there will e a surge of investment that will dwarf today’s action.
