Let me know when it gets back to .27 lol
It's not like their was a ton of us warning people about this three tears ago.... Ohh wait.
Ironically they have gotten away with the shell scam game dozens of times. Nothing but crooks and liars.
Any significant dip would be a good entry point. The float on this stock is pretty much completely ate up. Little PR or big news and it's going to soar.
GSPN website gone?
Just tried loading it up, got a 404 delinquent page, (as in they haven't paid their hosting site.
Starting to look like yet another stinky pinky.
Princess has a knack for finding low float unheard of stocks. These stocks shouldn't be looked at as quick pump and dump picks. Some take time to mature, look at HKBV, When it finally exploded it surged over 200% in a few days.
These pullbacks are more then normal, people buy into them because people told them they should. And when it either sits idle or goes down a bit people who shouldn't even be investing start dumping shares.
Look at the volume at which these stocks have went down on, it's tiny. Low float stocks can dump 15-20 points on one small investor selling a few thousand shares, it's the nature of the beast.
Regardless you should NEVER buy a stock because someone tells you to without doing your own DD. I like princess and I check into her picks but I never blindly buy them. I trust her about as much as any other person I DON'T know online. :)
Gotta love low float stocks, look at the swing on such tiny volume.
Yeah looking like big news coming, wanted to pick some more up earlier this week, but GSPN was looking to good after the pullback. :)
Float was pretty small, think it loosened up a little this week, but it's getting ate back up fairly quickly after the short pullback.
Got in at .21 first time, sold around .40, got back in at .27 this time, fun ride. :)
lvl 2 looks primed for another run up
Been adding on dips as well, averaged my PPS way down. :)
Uhmmm, dropping on 20,000 volume this morning is not a tailspin, just a couple weak hands getting out. But hey if you think so, feel free to sell, will pick up some more cheap shares. :)

Here is what you should of asked about:
"Management believes that additional capital will be required to fund operations through the year ending October 31, 2010 and beyond, as it attempts to generate increasing revenue, and develops new products. Management intends to raise capital through additional equity and convertible debt offerings. There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in obtaining financing at the level needed or on terms acceptable to the Company. In addition, there is no assurance, assuming the Company is successful in raising additional capital that the Company will be successful in achieving profitability or positive cash flow. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The accompanying unaudited interim financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty."
Well that and the fact that this friend/family owned business just doubled the A/S count. Just saying. :)
Depends, anyone can offer products on Amazon. I can sell stuff on Amazon if I wanted. It will all depend on if the orders are being fulfilled by Amazon.
Trying to pick some more up to, limits not getting filled yet *sniff*
Well I got in at .21 after princess recommended, I sold last week for about a 90% gain. I was expecting a pull back which happened.
Float and charts look fantastic, but this wont skyrocket without some news. If the price looks good again soon I'll pick some shares back up. :)
Picked up 12,000 of GIMU today, it's looking like a good play for the upcoming week or two.
Princess has made me more money then my over priced broker this year. :D
I'm in, trying to eat up some of that float. :)

The price shot up to .15 because FRHV paid to pump the stock through some websites like hotpennystocks.com Get the stock listed on these sites, drop a few PR's and boom price surge.
The sad part is I honestly don't think FRHV is a bad company, they just over extended and now they need cash to keep running. So they hyped the stock and now they are going to increase the share's imo.
RARELY do I see a company increase shares and not dilute them into the market, they don't need to fend of any kind of takeover since it's apparent the majority of the company's stock is in the hands of the CEO, his family and investors he knows.
The one bright light left is that I haven't found anything that would indicate any intentional pump and dump or shady business practices. Truth be told they warned investors they had short term liquidity issues over a month ago before the stock surge.
It is when your disseminating false information to manipulate a stock. It's pump and dump in reverse and it's no less illegal. If SPNG can prove they profited off the stock while releasing continuous negative information, it's all over.
Wrong again they already approved it, clearly shows in the filled documents. It's not hard when between the CEO/Staff and the CEO's parents they have 100 million shares.
The following shareholders voted in favor of the Proposal (“Consenting Shareholders”)**:

(5)Mother of Michael J. Friedman
(6)This Consenting Shareholder has a working relationship with each of the other Consenting Shareholders and the Company.
Blab all you want, the o/s will be increased, end of story. :)
Uhmm that spike in trading was because they paid several websites to advertise and hype the stock, nothing more.
Those shares will find their way into the o/s, I'm sorry if your down a lot but being dishonest doesn't help.
Regardless, people can do their own DD and see the truth, this isn't rocket science. Not going to debate it anymore, people have been warned. :)

This stock is headed for some dilution to the sum of 200 million shares, anyone denying it is full of crap. :)
It's why the stock dumped in the last few minutes of trading and all logic says it will continue next week. My opinion is either be ready to stomach the PPS drop for the foreseeable future, or cut your losses now.
Personally I'm going to ride it out. :)
Although there is a chance they could use some of the new shares to buy another round of advertising. Which I hope to god they don't do, because I will definitely be out then.

I think this explains it all, those shares will be diluted in to raise capital. It sucks, I'm down like many here, but let's be honest. :)
Uhmm no the opposite, the stock will most likely take a big shit next week now. An increase in the A/S is never good, it dilutes the float and drives the stock prices down.
I was concerned that this could happen, as I said FRHV has some short term liquidity problems. So to solve that they are issuing more stock to the public.
The CEO has already said they was trying to figure out how to stay funded through 2010, I had hoped the increase revenue would balance the books for them, but it appears not.
This is a true LOOOOOONG stock now. So unless you have the stomach for a 6-12 month wait... well.... :)
Well now we know how they plan to solve those liquidity problems I was talking about before lol
Well I am one of those hippie liberal types. :P
But FRHV is in a good market as well. Good story here on the growth of organic foods and sales numbers.

It's on of the reason I like the AC LaRocca Pizza acquisition so much. Not a lot of competition in the organic pizza market yet besides Kashi, so they could really carve out a big niche.
Rialto here, if you have a Food 4 Less there grab one of the Pizza's. I did yesterday, they are yummy. Assuming you like more whole foods with less crap on them. :)
Whats interesting though is few small trades brought it down a little but at the same time MM's was raising the bid and ask.
NITE sitting at .32 bid and .36 ask now.

Yup, this low of a float and so far people holding tight to shares like scrooge. It's primed to pop at any time.
Nite/ETMM .31 bid and looking for shares.
In practice, a breakout is most commonly used to refer to a situation where the price breaks above a level of resistance and heads higher, rather than breaking below a level of support and heading lower. Once a resistance level is broken, it is regarded as the next level of support when the asset experiences a pullback Most traders use chart patterns and other technical tools such as trendlines to identify possible candidates that are likely to break through a support/resistance level.
A breakout is the bullish counterpart to a breakdown
