This is great news and I agree 100% with Rage1979

First take a look at this news back in 2006. It was over patent infringement between Gern and Actc. The companies settled by basically Gern (Start) taking the non-human and Actc the human cloning patents for nuclear transfer. The Roslin patents that created Dolly the Sheep.

The news outlines that the same technology of nuclear transfer of hybrid cells (animal/human) does not produce stem cells but using human eggs does.
