step by step 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...
.0006x.0007
Adam told me he didn't expect the geologist report for a few more weeks. But I like the back to back on the salvage and logging bids.
Question for all -- if the final salvage bid comes in at or near the rejected offer how does everyone feel about the PPS? I think we all agree it's undervalued, but would that be viewed as negative news?
I'd write more but I'm too busy cusing at my computer
who just hit the 4
.0005x.0006
I just had deja vu. Seems like I've seen this exact script before. Oh yeah, it was yesterday. Smack the ASK already.
That's like CSI type of observation. Are you a cop?
I'm new to this board but I've owned MHTX since it was .13, so I've been a long-time sufferer. I asked Manny a few weeks ago when we would see some SEC filings. He said around the start of Sept., with a push for OTC shortly after. I'm hoping the sell off wasn't tied to any upcoming SEC filings.
I think we're still going to see a few 4s, and perhaps hit a few 6s while the MMs recover. If we can get to .0005x.0006 I'll be happy.
Anyone having trouble getting filled at 5?
Looking for opinions: I'm getting a feeling we might see a rebuy of shares off the profits from the timber and bricks/scrap salvage. Wouldn't take much to retire 1 billion shares, and the end result would be extremely positive for all involved. Thoughts?
Yeah, I missed it when I copied it. Apologies.
Since I'm new I guess I owe an explanation: Found IHUB a few weeks ago and started poking around. I've tracked developing fuel cell companies in the past and found BCND to be interesting, partly because of the natural gas potential. Just doing some DD trying to get a jump on next week's news. I have 4.2 mil of BCND, and not in a position to buy millions more, so there's no reason for me to bash. Just examining any news I can find and thought it would help others make informed decisions.
As I stated in past posts, I'm in BCND for the long haul. If I can scrape up enough to keep pace with you guys I'm going to.
FYI did find a company whose business is making money on reclaimed bricks:

I'm still a believer in BCND, but thought I would share this discussion from demolition guys:

I don't disagree. Reading some of the posts I get the feeling some people are putting eggs in this basket because of next week's news. I'm in for the long haul because of the other incentives that I think will make this a strong buy. Natural Gas, Coal (potentially), future development....etc...
Something I re-read in the PR from the second buy in WV:
Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Agrees to Acquire an Additional 134.5 Acre Tract of Land in West Virginia
12:23p ET August 11, 2008 (PR NewsWire)
...This additional acquisition will bring the company's holdings to a total of 259.5 acres of land in the area, including natural gas rights (of which wells are currently operating) ...
I e-mailed Adam earlier this week and he hopes to get the geologist report in a few weeks. WV is one of the top producers of natural gas in the country. Hopefully the geologist news will give us another boost in mid Sept. The glass factory next week, the geology report...all good.
Sat on 4s all day. Got tired of waiting and moved to 5s and got filled immediately. At least I don't have to wait any longer.
I would just like to get filled before the storm hits.
Let's not lose site of the fact that this is salvage only. The property will still be in Beacon's hands. So there will be even greater gains than the salvage dollars.
