Might not hurt to notify IR or management, tell them how to defy established science and post the actual physical machine on the website. I'd be interested in seeing that myself. In the meantime I'll wait for what the market's waiting for, significant sales orders.
While we're on the subject of FINRA, where's that update I've been asking for all year?
So no need for anyone to call, right? You already have the answer regardless of what FINRA says, right? Maybe it's better if no one calls FINRA, better to just keep screaming short short short short over and over and over and over and make folks understand that you are the one to listen to. I thought repetitive posts were considered off topic? With the exception of a few posters here this board has become totally worthless.
A new record! Amazing.
Why do I believe your post will make it to the internet?
INHX, unreal. Thanks for the input.
Anyone look at FIO for puts? 74% short, only 12.31M float. Chart's starting to show signs of exhaustion. Two huge gaps below.
http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=fio&ty=c&ta=1&p=d
Downside risk is minimal at this point. Could be the seller doesn't want their cash tied up during the winter months, that North Dakota weather can be brutal and protracted.
Anyone with level 2, take a quick look. 70K on bid at .103, yet the bid showing is .094. Go figure.
I'm not willing to hit that ask any more until the bid tightens up and volume starts coming in. I've been bid sitting for a couple weeks, but no fills. If I move my bid, the MMs match my bid and step in front of me by using stronger buy orders, usually at least double my size. Knowing "they" are very skilled in what they do does suggest positive movement is coming.
I've been sitting on bid because of the gap in bid/ask. I've noticed that wherever I put my bid it's immediately matched but in larger quantity than my order. That tells me the MMs are matching buy orders, making sure they have the quantity they'll need. Also is suggestive they know something's coming.

Great post MD, thanks. That is exactly what it says.
First up will be getting through $3.00.

There is only one tool in the toolbox that can be utilized to stop a run on financial institutions possible at any time. It is called QE and will be used to infinity before this chapter of financial history closes.
Gold is headed into the $2000s.

Goldfinger.
Sheeeeeeeeeesh, you're right. I said it backwards! Thanks. It's north and a tad west. LOL
Sounds about right, but that does put it within the purview of EB-5 eligibility I believe. There's a very good chance that's why Perry snapped up the Taber option.
Taber is just a little ways south of the Ruby and a tad east.

Check out LaPorte in relation to the red blob (Ruby) on the map.
Here's a good link showing longitude/lattitude. Looks like I was right.

Actually I haven't pulled it up on Google Earth or anything like that, I was just going by the fact that it's on the west side of the Sierras. I guess I should look before I leap. LOL
I'll check it out a little later unless someone beats me to it.
Been around here for a couple years now, he has always been very consistently straightforward and treated his shareholders with respect. Unusual trait nowadays.
It would fit, wouldn't it. Build equity, minimal to no dilution, that's been his style.
I notice that this mine is in the same general area of the Ruby. Perhaps EB-5 approval for this new option is a thought in Perry's mind.
Well, watch Level 2, no one's lowering price on the ask side, so I don't see any sign of urgency that would give relevance to your downside comments.
I disagree. If that were true you'd see the insiders dumping big time.
Great link for up to date short positions, worth saving:

Looks like someone wants to dump some shares, I just got a mailer filled with hype.
No shorts in TEVE since March 2011 until October 2011, now showing 1185 shares short, but no RegSho:

That's one reason why I find it curious that Mercator didn't snap it up.
True. This is BLM land, though, involving leases, not ownership of the land.
I almost forgot about Abiti. Great play, for sure. My take on SIRG is one of apprehension at this point. There's a huge copper mine right next-door, Mercator, they're growing by leaps and bounds, not only on-site, but extrinsic expansion as well. It's curious they didn't snap up the Emerald Mine considering their apparent insatiable appetite for growth. Time will tell. I'll be heading back down there, probably this weekend to talk to a few folks, have another look-see and let you know what I find.
Most. Only a few left now.
Nice to see you Cork, always a pleasure.
I'd suggest calling FINRA to confirm what I've posted earlier about those numbers, get it straight from the horse's mouth. After all, you don't want to mislead any newbes, right? Simply believing message board chatter is a poor way to DD any stock and can be very costly.

6-Month Daily Chart
Resistance: Blue & Green
Support: $2.35
Short Term Target: $3.50 - $4.00
Notes: Need to see +DI cross above -DI then cross above ADX; need to see CMF reach +0.25; StochRSI demonstrates very strong positive market sentiment; volume/price relationship, a core indicator, demonstrates growing bullish characteristics; 5MA cross above 10Ma is bullish; 5MA needs to cross above 20MA. If volume is sustained, target of $3.50 should be reached in the short term. Watch for stalls at resistance points. Never hurts to sell the resistance point stalls, then re-enter upon upward violation.
I spoke to him about a week ago for about 7 minutes. Positive conversation. I'm still a buyer.
Thanks EU. This market is perfect for options, haven't had to hold the last 10 plays for more than a few days. Play them up and down.
I'm out, not greedy, took 25%, that's good enough for me. Level 2 is showing a lot of support at this level.
