you are correct. You are correct on the many options BUT for the "stop work" order for cause. that is an issue. a really big issue
Think what you want to think.
the contract was NOT with DoD . It was a sub through Huntington Ingalls
SLM, hmmmm your statement is incorrect sir. none of what you stated happened
Easy, I think they were really trying to go legit and clean this up. Many have told Mark to go the other way but to his credit he really tried to bring value to CYBL. With the contract they had with ingalls everything looked rosy and doable. The contract got Fd up, I have ideas why but not in a position to disclose. The Ingalls drone contract is Kaput. period. I believe there is a serious effort to revive it but it doesnt look good. Like I stated Mark actually tried to bring value to CYBL shareholders that stood with him. He could have taken the easy way but didnt so that should make shareholders feel somewhat better about the situation.
Is it resolvable? perhaps but my belief is that there is too much dirt here for too long of a time. this is clearly not just about filing financials. Even if it were there are significant anomalies in their recent filings starting with Q3 23. compare Q2 23 with Q3 23 and you will see it doesnt add up. Also the company has been aware of a financially significant event since late january 24 that has not been disclosed and absolutely required to be disclosed. the current stated A/R figures are incorrect and would require something I have never seen ( a miracle) to be made accurate. I also happen to know as a fact that many of their ex DoD hires have been let go over the past months. I can say they are not happy campers. Call management and ask 1 simple question. what is the status of the huntington ingalls contract is.
its simple. I know what the status is. Hint: its NOT good which renders that stated A/R as complete BS
Correct, this has nothing to do with the CE. The CE is there for other reasons which are unlikely to be rectified.
Hi
"($33 million in AR from US government)" This is really iffy and not exactly correct. In fact its not correct at all. At this point its a long shot. you may want to contact management for further details.
your calculation is off a bit. chances of selling = % . currently % = 0
0 x (anything) = 0 so 0 x (your estimates) = 0
Its not my place to announce it. I gave you enough information. call the company
Ohh? Im not sure that I made any claims at all. I just happen to know that there is a material event(s) that should have been made public in Q1. You want to talk about ETHICS, perhaps you should take that up with CYBL and ask them what they are neglecting to report.
well for starters someone could contact huntington ingalls. Im sure said person would have a very interesting conversation.
Just Curious, has anyone done the math on Q2 23 through present? Pay attention to changes in Q3 and Q4 23. The numbers dont add up
just sayin
That is NOT the only thing they are hiding. The BIG thing they are hiding is FAR more devastating.
good chance it will get removed when the revocation comes
interesting, is that actually how you read that? ok
Think again 3:24-cv-00196 southern district of california
seriously? thats funny. LMFAO good luck with that
if that was for me, Im not trying to prove anything to anyone. Im here to observe this CEOs actions and report
no sir, you are mistaken. I know exactly who the " associates" are. The word Hired that you use is incorrect. If this CEO is talking "out of school" to you or anyone else is .....................
Pretty simple, In fact he is already doing it. DO NOTHING
im afraid not janga, Like I said I know quite alot about what business "CYBL" is doing. There IS business here but shareholders will not likely see any benefit. the CEO best bet is drive to revocation. He already has the cover to do it. blame the lawyers for the mess and slow walk any steps to fix it ( which he cannot fix) . YOu see any filings from the new lawyers??????? NO????? Hmmmmmmm what do you think is happening here?
There is ZERO chance CYBL is going to survive. the CEO will make far more money driving CYBL to REVOCATION
Janga, the DoD doesnt do things like that. Now I DO believe the shareholders here will be crushed to .00000. this IS going to happen despite CYBL actually having some business ( they actually do and I know about it) . I see the game unfolding tlike this. CYBL will eventually be delisted and REVOKED, shareholders absolutely screwed, but the CEO will make out just fine as , like I said there is some actual business here.
that is NOT how that works
anyone want to guess what happens next????
lawsuit against SB and the lawyer who hijacked the company.
no, its not a new team, its the old team
oh I woudnt be so sure of that LMFAO. Looks like a case of criminal stevie not dotting his i's .
i dont know whats going on but I find it funny as hell. chris is CEO of RODDOC
and the change was made by NITTIN and WONG LMFAO
Toilet Paper................. is worth more than HPIL.
The only thing we will SEE is what you posted is demonstrably FALSE
really??? Not for long? What broker in their right minds would file a 15c211 for this company????? answer: NONE
yeah well thats not going to happen but if it did they still need a 15c211 backed by a broker willing to put his company at risk for HPIL. not ever gonna happen
That is seriously unlikely. Who in their right mind is going to be filing 15c211 for HPIL?
answer: NO ONE
Undertaker phase of course
If they were respected in any capacity at all they would not be working for HPIL
seems like someone should reach out to Nitin Amersey.
I know that is EXACTLY what happened
Let me try and understand this lawsuit stuff,
HPIL goes to a lender of last resort because well they are broke and is desperate. HPIL signs a toxic note knowing full well its terms and repayment obligations..right so far?
HPIL defaults on said loan to sub prime lender of last resort and that triggers all sorts of penalties. Am I right so far??
I know I am right so given these facts what do you think a judge will do?
oh let me help you out here.............................................NOTHING
WOW, simply WOW!!!!
