Yes as profound as that seems at the surface, it’s beginning to seem plausible? 10 years and I still have to see those useless cuspids in my account...really ? For what? Takes that long to find and liquidate assets! If there’s nothing logic tells me should been easy to close this long ago. If it’s massive should we not have seen some dribbles at least trickle down by now? Further I can not understand the advantage for the merger for equity for this merger! NSM gets our NOLs, but what do we get ? A few shares converted to a speculative company merger for years of holding worthless escrow markers...I rather just take the loss and maybe just write it off and wipe my hands clean of this convoluted mess! No that’s why we signed releases. My greatest regret is when we signed releases we signed off to no retribution...imho equity will likely see nothing to little. My truest hope is when the LTI is finally closed that someone , somehow and someday will do extensive post forensic accounting and give equity a true unbiased autopsy on this bankruptcy. I truly believe there is deep fraud hidden someone buried in this mess...why then were releases necessary to begin with. A lot of this mess just does not make common sense to me...maybe I’m the only fool who has that perception??

Yes sounds similar to what I'm experiencing! The shares that were posted yesterday in my fidelity account have been removed! Now all I see is $1.73 posted statement essentially in lieu of escrow! My scottrade account now shows new shares of Wmih at a ratio do 0.0005 of old UQ to new Wmih but no cash in lieu of shares unlike fidelity! Very puzzling to say the least! I suspect I'll be talking to fidelity broker later to figure why these changes happened!

I can't awnser for anyone else! I can only report to best of my ability the objective findings from my fidelity account at this juncture. I was/am hopeful that others here are seeing the same conversion factor as I presently show with fidelity...I truly hope this doesn't later turn out to be an error on the part of fidelity or in some form I've made an error in calculation!

Nope! I never purchased K's whatsoever! So I'm somewhat puzzled at the moment! I'm waiting to see what happens in my scottrade account to see if anything similar shows? So far scottrade still showing no new shares so can't comment! I actually own the bulk of my U shares with scottrade so I will be quiet interested to see if things are at all similar!

My feelings as well! I understand the reason for dilution, but doing both events at same time ? I've seen this play out before ! My experience with small biotech companies that R/S has not been rewarding, especially for long term shareholders! It is generally presumed that the sp will hold for uplifting requirements , but generally my experience is fear predominates and shareholders panic and sell! Some presume this is short term, but for many it actually chases away some longs and confidence in the company and its technology overall! I truly hope I'm am wrong for I am a long in this stock, but having been burned on several such plays before and " the promise of the technology" and promises of mangt that these measures are necessary so they meet up listing requirements and need cash for clinical trial , etc...! Therefore pardon my deep skepticism how these events how now played out!

My read is bollinger bands suggesting oversold levels, suggest to me should see a retracement, IMO! Unless of course there is dilution and or MM manipulation?

Data looks excellent, being a physician myself as well as an investor I am truly excited. "The sky's the limit" IMO!!!

I try and be a realist myself, and I will reserve my enthusiasm until I read of signed contracts with real sales. But I will say on the surface there maybe some true potential here, unlike what I have experienced with many of the pinkies that I have burned with before! Maybe, however, you can enlighten us on your scepticism and or insights that you may have?

What I believe what would help our cause is to know the exact outstanding share count? Then we could guesstimate based upon potential projected revenues a potential, of course if a buyout is truly forthcoming, offering PPS. Otherwise I feel we may be throwing numbers that are not realistic!

Since when is a buyout bad? Correct me if I am wrong, but usaually when a company is sold the seller intends to make a substantial profit. I would also assume a net value would have to be placed on EESO including revenues, assests and fair market value of it's authorized shares, etc...! Even more, when someone intends to buyout a company it's either realizing the company being bought has greater value, or due to potential elimination of competition. Please explain to us your reasoning to the contrary?
