Hey Chuck and Billy, you guys still here?
Hey Vero,
I lived In Vero Beach Florida for 5 years and have alot of good friends there.
Calm Down Pizza. It's been a good day so far, but we have a long way to go.....
BTY... My $7,000 in RDWG shares don't get me even until .48!
That's what I figured.
I have actually purchased 50 shares, 25 on two different days. I definatly own these new shares, but it never showed up on my L2.
I also tried today to buy 25 shares with my Ameritrade at .38 and then sell 25 shares with my Scottrade at .38, and nothing. Neither the bid nor the ask changed.
She is not ready yet. Today was just a primer. Chet and Tom better follow this up with some PR before we actually open.
I called this back in early August. It was totally clear to me that these guys were going to merge and that OneFi was going public. Unfortunatly it took much longer than I was hoping.
Until this point this stock has sucked, but personally I feel very good about what is hapening. I have had over a dozen conversations with Travis (at least 6 hours), and to this point he had NEVER lied to me.
If Chet and the boys at OneFi can deliver, I think that we will all do ok with this stock. At least those of us that averaged down.
Again... For those of you who don't like travis, he told me on Monday that he was stepping down this week as president, and that they boys at OneFi are ready to go and have plenty of genuine PR coming soon.
GLTA...
Scottrade does show it. I totally bought 25 shares, it just is not showing up on my L2.
I just bought 25 shares at .93 with my Scottrade account. It went through, but not showing up on my L2 Alphatrade. Does anyone else see that this trade went through?
.03 x .94
I talked with Travis on Monday and he said that OneFi will be putting out a PR soon. Who knows what soon is, but I got the impression that it would be within 4-5 days.
FYI... He also told me that he is stepping down as president this week as well.
My Scott Trade also shows the same account value .0000
My Ameritrade still shows the value at .0002
RDWG and 2008... Good Riddance! Come on Travis... Hook us up in 2009! Let's get this thing going!
I had a dream last night that this thing went crazy.
It certainly has been a long time coming... Looks like we are finally going to get what we all came here for.
cnoblett@onefitechnology.com
Who knows.... I can't get ahold of them.
Been over it for 6 weeks and waiting just like the rest of us.
Good morning boyz.... How bout a 100% gain to start the day!
That would be my guess. Is this the week we finally start to move? I am hoping for some news by the end of the week.
3 on the bid and 5 on the ask.
I never thought that I would get excited about a bid at .0001, but I am!
I took the 9,850,000. Have a much better average now.
I am waiting here just like everybody else to see how this will play out.
That is the right question.
Hey guys,
Anybody willing to give me a quick rundown of what we have here? What is everybody hoping for in the short term? I am in and out of meetings today and don't have the time to look into this as I would like. Hoping for the Cliff Notes version.
TIA,
The Tiger
Thanks for taking the time to look into this, and for the clarification.
You are correct in that he cannot change things on his own. However,I am sure in a small town like this he knows what he was talking about, and is fully up to speed on what is hapening with this tower and system.
He was very definate in his statement to me.
Or read an email from the city mgr today in which he states,
"I have no plans of removing the system and hope that is stays here for a long time. The City just launched a review effort at a larger distributed antenna system that would include wifi so I am hoping we can evenutally expand the system and then, as a City, also begin to gain revenue off of it."
Much different from what you first said today,
"This installation at Villa Park will be removed by October 28th as part of the license agreement with the city. No additional OneFi action is on the calender with Villa Park."
I think I will go with the city mgr myself.
Where have you been? I received an email today from the city manager, and he could not disagree with you more.

HI xxxxxx. I just got off the phone with xxxxxxx (RamRock) - I guess another investor.
Yes, we are happy with it and it is working. As far as deadline for testing the system, I need to contact Evan at OneFi because we need to do a larger public release of the system here so I am excited about getting to going. I have no plans of removing the system and hope that is stays here for a long time. The City just launched a review effort at a larger distributed antenna system that would include wifi so I am hoping we can evenutally expand the system and then, as a City, also begin to gain revenue off of it. Otherwise, I know some pictures of the equipment have been provided before, but I am always happy to assist with more info.

Hi Ken,
I am hoping that you can help to give me a little clarification on the OneFi tower/system that was installed back in August. First how is the system working? Is there a deadline for the testing of this system, and is there a plan to remove the system after 60 of testing?
I would really appreciate any feedback/information that you could give me. Thanks,
xxxxxx

Just in case anyone missed the photos of Onfi's installation at Villa Park back at the end of August. See below....
Also... Here is the email from the city manager at Villa Park that sent the photos:

XXXX. The OneFi folks were here today and installed the wifi/wimax antenna. I picture of the guy doing it on the roof and after picture of the antenna with the one node on are attached. I've tested the wifi by walking driving around the Towne Centre and it is fully covered by the network. The owner of the local coffee shop was very excited. At this time it is considered beta testing and we will offer it free, but we are also working on a plan to roll out a distributed antenna system to the whole city and offer the wireless which would have revenue potential. If you have any more questions, please let me know.

I received an email from Travis this morning, with photos of the tower installation in Vegas. No the guy in the photo is not Travis. If I recall there were photos of another installation in CA last month that were posted, and this guy was in those as well. I think that he is with OneFi.
See Photos Below...
I am working on it... I sent Travis an email about putting out a PR to verify their current ownership of OneFi, and will follow up with a phone call later in the day.
Travis has not published any recent updates, but as of Sept 1st, I know that RDWG had purchased 10% of OneFi. This along with installing a OneFi tower in Vegas.
At least we know that they are using the funds that they have raised to progress forward. It may not be fast, but at least they have not left the USA.
I wish I knew. None of us are happy with how things have been managed, but here is my take. IMO I don't think that this is a scam, and that RDWG and OneFi are for real and working closely together. I am fully expecting things to rebound, how high???? Who knows.
One thing to keep in mind. Along with whatever percentage of OnFi RDWG now ownes (hopefully we will get an update soon), the tower in Vegas is a Road Wings owned tower NOT a OneFi owned tower. If Travis can sign up some hotels, all of the revenue will be flowing into RDWG NOT OneFi.
IMO none of this will matter, because I do belive that the intent is for these companies to merge.
By the way... to clarify... There was never a time frame that was established between RDWG and OneFi for RDWG to purchase up to 40% of OneFi. It was an IHUB theory and somewhere along the way we all started talking about 2 months. Travis told me straight up that there never was a time frame.
Email From Travis.
In the past month I have had over a dozen phone conversations with Travis (4 last week alone) totaling over 3 hours of conversation, as well as 3 or 4 emails. I have also had about 6 phone conversations with Chet at OneFi.
I have been very proactive in my conversations with Travis in gathering information, and my perspective at this point is to give him some more time. I am heavily invested and do feel good about the future.
In one of my most recent emails on Friday, I asked Travis to give me his elevator speech on why Vegas hotels would buy the OneFi system. Here was his response:

Hi Travis,
Thanks for your time today, I enjoyed our conversation. Also, I have had a good question come up that I was hoping you could help me out with.
We are confident that vegas hotels currently have wifi access for their guests. What specifically is different, about what you are able to offer with the OneFi/WiMax product that you are installing? I would love to get your elevator speech on why you think that vegas hotels will swith to your product.
Thanks in advance,
XXXX

The wifi in most of the hotels does not work well, in the rooms you will have bad spots that will not allow you to log on, the onefi system will cover the entire property from head to toe including outside rec. areas, not to mention at a far faster speed due to the wimax and the onefi software.
We will install the system in large properties free of charge to prove the point, when it solves the dead area problem we are most certain they will want to keep the system.
