Nice surprise.
While I fully expected to give back all we made on Wednesday, it was a nice surprise to hang on to some of it today. In my humble opinion, I do believe the first quarter of 2015 will be very interesting for all of us OPXS investors. All bickering aside, I hope the new year brings health and wealth to all of you.

TD Ameritrade shows the same.
I wouldn't read a lot into it though. I have another company that closed at $3.37 and the ask is now $8.88 which at best is wishful thinking. Either that, we have 2 stocks that are going to take off in the morning. GLTU

Thanks for the input.
Just to be clear, I am not really a 67 year old woman with 12 cats. Just a little tongue in cheek humor as to what the target demographic might be. My point was to show how foolishly bad that web site is. If anything, it might sour people on the product before a purchase is even made.
I have several degrees and certifications in Computer Science and I have written a few web sites/portals in my time. Seems to me if NPHC cared about selling its merchandise, there would be a much better job done here but I understand the conflict.

The web site is poor at best.
Okay, I am a 67 year old woman with 12 cats that all have joint pain and other symptoms of old age... whatever. I steer my browser over to http://www.petpainaway.com/content/PetPainAway.aspx to buy some of this miracle product and what happens? I need to be a member of some exclusive club or know an affiliate sight to log into. Try to buy something off the site and you see this:
Almost all the volume in one trade?

You too can look at the OPXS buys, sells and unknowns. There is a utility right here on iHub that will show all. Make sure you have a recent java plugin working and your good to go.

One has to sit back and smile at the buy/sell debate. I'll admit that it is rare for me to "slap the ask" when I buy shares. Call me cheap or whatever but it's what I do. Now, do I care that these show up as "sells" or unknowns? Not at all. I am not looking to manipulate the price, I just want what I buy at the cheapest price I can get. I'll wait for the institutional buyers and the big rollers to get on this. Hopefully it will be a nice ride. GLTA

Rumor on the street without something, a link, a headline, something to substantiate the statement is worthless. I don’t understand all the fuss. Almost all of the information presented by some in here is 4, 5, even 6 or more years old. I don’t think the market cares what anyone was doing back then. It’s a “what are you going to do for me now” market and that is what matters to me also. Yes, it seems there was some interesting activity by some of the players back then but one might wonder if they, at the time, were just looking to make a buck? Or perhaps they just did what they needed to do to keep the business afloat? I really have no idea. For all the due diligence done here, I do believe I am suffering from information overload. To me, with regard to the history of OPXS, there has been no substantive information that carries forward to the company of today. Innuendo, opinion, conjecture or intuition, be it negative or positive makes for amusing entertainment but current, accurate information will buy and sell stock. GLTA

Optex Systems and AOC have been associated on a supply basis for over 20 years and to now have shared synergy in optical coatings and sighting systems is extremely exciting," stated Danny Schoening, Optex CEO. "AOC is an excellent fit with Optex with our similar customer base in the defense business. Level II is tighter than usual and price seems to be flat-lined today. I don't know if it is lack of news or just the calm before the storm. With all the talk of this stock taking off, we finally had a nice up day on what is for this stock, decent volume. I sure would like to see about 10 times the volume and hey, why not 10 times the price but all good things right? Anyway, been in this too long to quit now. Funny thing though. I put 50,000 of my shares from one of my TD Ameritrade accounts up for sale at .18... just to see what would happen. One might think it would show up in level II but no, not a sign of them. Scam VS The Real Deal
Some may say they pay more. Some may say they grow faster. Some may say you can earn more faster. MyNyloxin does not promise to compete with Musical Chair Programs. What is a musical chair program? It is when the music stops some one is without a chair. In fact in most cases everyone is without a chair. In the last 5 years history has proven to millions of people that when a business is built on nothing but AIR that people end up getting hurt. The ones that earned money earned it on the people who lost money.
MyNyloxin is the 1st ever program that has a PROFIT SHARE System based on the sale of REAL PRODUCTS being used and sold to REAL PEOPLE. And now with the introduction of PET PAIN AWAY and FEBRUARY 2015 TOP SECRET Product coming we are just gonna expose more REAL PRODUCTS to REAL PEOPLE at GREAT PRICES. In turn magnifying profits for the profit share. Pet Pain Away has millions of customers waiting for it. The February 2015 product will be needed and wanted by every 10 year old to 90 year old in the USA and The World.
NOW BACK THAT UP with a Publicly Traded Company which again magnifies the opportunity for potential other outside profits. All based on real sales to real people.

Let's stay on topic shall we?
I am one of six moderators on this board and as such, we have the responsibility to keep posts on topic. Posts can and will be removed by any one of us for various reasons. The most common is "Off Topic" but there are several others: Vulgarity, Personal Attack or Threats will get a post deleted without hesitation. You may note that the post listings lately are missing quite a few and those of you that have had messages removed can look to see who removed them and why. Also be aware that even though the posts are deleted, we as moderators can still see them and we can chose to restore them if they were removed in error. IH Administration is also watching this board rather closely and has removed more posts in the past few days than all of us moderators combined.
So... Let's be civil to each other, stay on topic and try to have patience towards those that do not agree with your personal views. Think of people you don't agree with as channels on the TV. Don't like what you see? Move on to something else. And staying with the TV analogy, it is not necessary to bitch about the show in a public forum. I look forward to continued conversations about OPXS that are respectful and on topic. Good Luck to All.

Unilife Corporation Announces Financial Results For the Fourth Quarter and Full Fiscal Year 2014
PR Newswire
Unilife Corporation 5 hours ago
YORK, Pa., Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Unilife Corporation ("Unilife" or "Company") (NASDAQ: UNIS; ASX: UNS), a developer and supplier of injectable drug delivery systems, today announced its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.
Recent Highlights
Revenue for the Full Fiscal Year of 2014 was $14.7 million, an increase of approximately $12 million or over 400% compared to the prior year. Deferred revenue, which is cash that has been collected and is expected to be recognized within the coming 24 months, for the Full Fiscal Year of 2014 increased to $13.3 million.
Cash receipts from customers were $23.7 million for the Full Fiscal Year of 2014, an increase of $22.5 million compared to the prior year.
The net operating cash flow loss was narrowed by 20% over the year before, despite a significant increase in R&D investments. Over half of the Company's total annual operating expenses were invested in R&D during the Full Fiscal Year of 2014.
At the end of the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2014, Unilife had 12 active customer programs, an increase of two programs since the end of the prior quarter, across all six of its product platforms.
Since July 1, 2014, Unilife has commenced commercial sales of the Unifill® syringe utilizing an existing commercial manufacturing line. Commercial sales of other products from the Unifill family, including the Unifill Finesse® and the Unifill Nexus™, are scheduled to commence during the middle of the 2015 fiscal year on additional manufacturing lines that are either in the process of being configured or are now operational and in the process of being qualified.
Mr. Alan Shortall, Chairman and CEO of Unilife, commented: "Fiscal 2014 was a year of rapid growth in revenue, customers, supply agreements and production capabilities. Having made significant investments in R&D during the last three years, we have achieved a critical mass in product range, capabilities and industry expertise. Those investments are now generating revenue at an attractive growth rate as we enter into and execute upon supply agreements with a growing number of pharmaceutical customers."
"During Fiscal Year 2015, we look forward to achieving significant growth in revenue via commercial sales, customization fees and upfront payments from a multitude of customers and active programs. In parallel, we expect to increase capital expenditures in response to growing customer demand while moderating our investments in R&D and keeping SG&A largely stable. We also look forward to completing a number of additional significant supply agreements, which have taken longer than originally anticipated to complete but are now approaching the finish line. Based upon current cash on hand including the recently completed ATM, along with scheduled payments under existing and imminent agreements, we feel confident that we will have sufficient cash to offset our full year operating activities for fiscal 2015," Mr. Shortall concluded.
Financial Results for the Full Fiscal Year 2014
Revenue for the Full Fiscal Year of 2014 was $14.7 million, compared to $2.7 million for the same period in 2013. Deferred revenue increased to $13.3 million as of June 30, 2014. The Company's net loss for the Full Fiscal Year of 2014 was $57.9 million, or $0.59 per share, compared to a net loss of $63.2 million, or $0.78 per share, for fiscal year 2013.
Adjusted net loss for the Full Fiscal Year of 2014 was $38.8 million, or $0.40 per share, compared to $38.0 million or $0.47 per share for the prior year. Adjusted net loss excludes non-cash share-based compensation expense, depreciation and amortization, interest expense and the change in fair value of financial instruments.
Unilife reported $10.8 million in total cash and restricted cash at the end of Fiscal Year 2014, which ended on June 30, 2014. This does not include $12.4 million in net proceeds generated through the completion of our ATM facility in August 2014, or other cash receipts generated by customers since July 1, 2014.

The presentation of adjusted net income (loss) and adjusted net income (loss) per share are non-GAAP measures. Adjusted net income (loss) represents net income (loss) calculated in accordance with U.S. GAAP as adjusted for the impact of share-based compensation expense, depreciation and amortization and interest expense.
Management believes the presentation of adjusted net income (loss) and adjusted net income (loss) per share provides useful information because these measures enhance its own evaluation, as well as investor's understanding, of the Company's core operating and financial results. Non-GAAP financial measures should be considered in addition to results prepared in accordance with GAAP, but should not be considered a substitute for, or superior to, GAAP results. A reconciliation of net income (loss) to adjusted net income (loss) is included in the attached table.

Who is seeing Commercials?
I asked a while back if anyone has seen any of the new commercials on the tube. I'm surprised that there still is no response. Being in the upper Mid-West, I don't think my area is quite in the demographic yet. Just curious if they are alive and well and being shown. Any information would be appreciated.

A little off topic but hey...
About the "cent" sign.
It's called the "Upper ASCII Character Set". Some refer it as the extended set but whatever. Here's a link:

So, if you want to search all that you certainly can, or, you basically hold the {alt} key down and enter 0162 on the numeric keypad. Release the (alt) key and waa=laa! But hey, it's only my 2¢ worth.
Of course, you have to be on a site that accepts extended character sets but that's a whole different story.

I am underwhelmed.
There is no new information in that report and anything that points to predictions on price are right out of Yahoo Finance. That $1.78 target price has been on Yahoo for as long as I can remember. All the performance numbers are straight out of NPHC filings so there are no stunning revelations. Not to knock the author, but really, there is nothing new in his article. Too bad. You have to just shake your head at these class action suits. I've seen so many and they are almost all the same. Several times over. Might be a few years yet before I can claim great grandfather status but I do believe OPXS is only needing a good pump. I also believe it's only a matter of time before it happens. I am guessing that when this goes to 4.5 or 5 cents, you would sell pretty quickly? Do you have an exit strategy that you would share?
