The web site is poor at best.

Okay, I am a 67 year old woman with 12 cats that all have joint pain and other symptoms of old age... whatever. I steer my browser over to http://www.petpainaway.com/content/PetPainAway.aspx to buy some of this miracle product and what happens? I need to be a member of some exclusive club or know an affiliate sight to log into. Try to buy something off the site and you see this:

Please check with an affiliate if you do not know the address of their web site.

Trying to add product to your cart gets the same thing. No mention of what an affiliate site might be or where to go to sign up. Wait! there's a link to create an account. Now were getting somewhere so I click on it and damn, it just takes you back to the quote above. Well, my 67 year old self is confused and frustrated. Bottom line: I don't buy product.

So someone not familiar with Pet Pain Away and has limited skills in navigating a web portal will never buy product from a sales site as poor as this. Well done. Well done indeed.
