Thanks for the link.
I have a couple links and this one was no different. It redirects you over to the "MyNyloxin Independent Entrepreneur Retail Sales" site. No big deal really as I have had an account for years. I was wondering if the costs have changed. Today got me the extra strength gel for 23 bucks with another 4 to ship. I'm not too happy that they retain my credit card info tho.... maybe that's just me. Thanks again for the link.
How about a link?
Every time I try conventional routes, I end up at their MLM site which is good for shit. I have bought in the past too and I would not mind getting some more. Thanks.
GLTA
While everything you say is correct...
You left out Zack's rank of this stock. With 1 being a strong buy and 5 being a strong sell, RTK is ranked a 4. Also, there is only one broker covering this stock so the "average" target price of $6.10 is more of an opinion to me. It is also a very small company with a market cap of les the 60 million. Not a lot of heavy hitters looking at this I would guess.
Don't get me wrong. I have a small investment here too and would jump at a share price of over 6 bucks. We'll see. I was a Zack's subscriber for quite a while too but I got out when I realized their scores and rankings really don't mean all that much.
GLTA
Not saying it's going to happen but...
http://seekingalpha.com/article/3985452-expect-orasure-drop-35-percent-next-week
Interesting article and the author has some valid points. Then again, he has shorted his position so there is some motivation on his part to hope the stock goes down.
GLTA
How long before the next split?
Or, How long before we go to zero?
This stock is such a turd but for some reason, I still get a tweet from Nutra Pharma about once a month. They advertise their Facebook page but when you go there, it's pretty pathetic. I might have to dump my few remaining shares just to cover the broker fees.
So disappointing....
Newsflash....
From the latest 10Q
Net sales for the three-month period ended March 31, 2016 are $37,387 compared to $120,998 for the three months period ended March 31, 2015. The decrease in net sales is primarily attributable to the decrease in Nyloxin® sales.
Well, duh
What does that mean? Is it time to get out while you can or buy more before it's too late? Curious minds and all that...
GLTA
It's been a pleasure...
You have always been on point and it's been a pleasure to get your opinions and views on NPHC. I too have given up. The stock is dead. Stick a fork in it. It's done. Good luck to you in your future endeavors. As for me, once this dies and one other crap penny stock I have dies too, I will swear off these POS penny stocks for ever. Expensive way to learn a lesson.
Show proof or it never happened.
Hell, I could start a cobra milking farm and add more cobras. Hey, maybe I already have 2 or 3 farms. Yeah, that's the ticket. And my cobras are King Cobras, best in all the world. Yeah, that's it. And they produce 20... 30... wait, 50 gallons of cobra venom every day.... yeah..
Apologies to Jon Lovitz, but my point is valid. You are reporting the addition of venom producing snakes. You are not showing a link, an article, a reference or any proof it actually happened.
There are very few here that are put any faith in the Nutra Pharma web site so again, show us independent proof this is happening.
Ouch
The Market is being pretty cruel to this stock today.
All kidding aside...
A few of the options and plans posted by some here are pretty funny. What's not funny is how far this stock has tanked. No matter who tries to pump this turd up, I don't think anyone that has been in this stock for any length of time will ever see any gains. I've been in this mess since 2009 and I have bought in and sold out many times. Right now I am underwater by a factor of 12. In other words, this POS would have to raise it's stock price by a multiple of 12 for me to get close to breaking even. I don't see that happening any time soon.
Hey... GLTA
I've said it before...
Not looking good.
Volume has dried up. PPS has steadily fallen and I must agree with other posters that say management has either has no clue or are just living fat and happy off our dollars.
The price per share now, to me, is so low that I almost don't care much anymore. Certainly too low to sell now. I'll ride this right down to the end. I mean come on, what does it matter now?
GLTA
Paid in Shares or??
Looks like we have another pump going on. If any new investor were to read the comments on this board, I have a hard time thinking they would buy. Let's be optimistic here. If NPHC were to have a bull run of, oh say 500%, I would get close to breaking even. Come on new investors. Pump this puppy "to the moon!!"
Interesting
While you two duke it out, Zack's has this rated a #2 (buy) and has just included it in it's Stocks Under $10 portfolio. Now that might not mean anything to a lot of people but I think that there are a few, including a few analysts over at Zack's, that think this little stock just might be worth looking in to. Agree or disagree, I don't care. Just passing on some information.
Flame on.....
Interesting Article from The Street
Came across this from my Twitter feed. "3 Pot Stocks to Buy if Rand Paul Becomes President". The 3 are, in no particular order, CANV, SRNA and PZOO. I've copied and pasted the SRNA part below.
I'd settle for over $3.00
But that's me. I never thought the company would go sub-dollar so I am hopeful some deals do materialize. I wonder if this is still a favorite over at The Street's Stocks under $10.00. Ol' David likes to hang on to losers once in a while. He's held ACPW for years and I don't think he ever made a dime off it. Oh well. The "experts" are not always right either.
Go UNIS
The "D" is still there.
There is no volume to speak of. What little there is seems to be driving the price lower and lower. PPS has dumped to pre-split prices that are so close to zero that I don't even want to take the time to do the math. This stock and company is falling into joke status to me. I'll hang in here only because I have resigned myself to believe the entire investment is gone. Life goes on.
Good point.
If you make the "intro" visible for this board, you can see some of the early packaging of Cobroxin. A close look at the packaging and you can certainly see a lot of similarities. Who was first? Who knows. I do remember seeing Cobroxin on all the Walgreens, Duane Reade, CVS and other retailers shelves back in 2009. I must admit it was pretty cool to see a product I had invested in on the shelves. Kind of gave a guy/gal hope that the stock was going to take off. Well, that was then and this is now. I'm pretty much to the point where I don't care. I've lost pretty much the entire investment and now the "company" is just a running joke. Smile and let it ride. It doesn't make much difference to me anymore. If you have a current loss of 90% and you just let it fail completely to 100% on such cheap stock, it's no big deal to me. Life goes on.
Seen that before.
I'm surprised it's still out there. If it isn't from Rik and the boys, it sure as hell is taking some liberal "cop and feel" with the packaging. The company that puts it out is Natures Innovation, Inc. out of Georgia USA. I'm not sure if it is publicly traded or not but I couldn't find anything that said it was. I suppose one could call Customer Service at 1-866-371-2499 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and ask.
Their company is into all sorts of "homeopathic" treatments and other over the counter type remedies. For those of you who are on LinkedIn, they have a page:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/nature-s-innovation-367b7056
Sales of 5 to 10 Million a year. Be nice if NPHC would do a tenth of that. Oh well. Competition is good right?
Not hard to Find
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004YTVWU0
Probably other places too. Their website, MyNyloxin.com is crap. It is a spiderweb of getting your personal information and yet wanting to sell only to members of their "Direct Marketing" group. Yeah, you want to sell product and you make it almost impossible to buy it from your own distribution web site. Get someone else to sell your product. Better yet, sell it yourself. Who thinks of this shit?

This Still Sucks
Even if this turd makes it to (the) NASDAQ, I’m not sure it will solve the real problem. I have several OPXS accounts and I am not happy. Watching 300,000 shares compress to 300 is upsetting enough but now this 6 buck loser has to get to $21.00 a share just for me to break even. Someone tell me how the hell that will ever happen.
GLTA
Got a link?
Not sure where you are getting this information. Just your opinion or is this something you have proof of? Inquiring minds and all that stuff. Thanks in advance.
GLTA
Well this is interesting...
Has anyone googled Vancouver Commodities Group? Something doesn't seem quite right. It takes you to some company called Westaqua that basically deals in pet food, agriculture and bulk feed. Not exactly the champions of Chinese distribution. All of the Google listings had no reference to VCG as a company. I only saw the name "Vancouver Commodities" when it was, of course, linked with Nutra Pharma. Strange days indeed.
If anyone can find a link that shows more information about this, that would be great. My first thought though is this is just another path to nowhere lead by the few to fool the masses.
Shit or get off the pot Rik. This is beyond getting old.
Wait, I need a moment.
So, by your post you state:
Just nod if you can hear me.
Well, my apologies to Roger and the boys but you are right. Seems very quiet here lately. I monitor but rarely post so, hey, Shine on you Crazy Diamond.
GLTA
Interesting that you mention Michigan.
We here in Michigan are now seeing television advertisements. They are for Holistic Medicines and medical marijuana is front and center in the ads. They have only been running for less than a week and they are well done, professional and to the point. The ones I have seen are on late night like during The Tonight Show and similar shows. Changes are coming people and agree with it or not, I believe the future for the “medical” marijuana growers is looking up. Recreational use is close behind too.
GLTA
Still waiting.
Still waiting for that big turn around in share price. I must admit to not feeling to confident about that happening any time soon. This stock is getting to the "Too Low To Sell" range. The price is so low, one might as well run with it to the bitter end. As someone famous said long ago, "When you ain't got nothing, you got nothing to lose" and this is getting that feeling to me.

I've been in this stock for years and as much as I hate to admit it, I have never made a dime off it. If anything, I have sold some in prior year ends simply to get the capital gains loss. Pretty pathetic.

Unilife under a buck...
Who'd a thunk it? Way to run a company fellas. Where will this be in oh say, 6 months?
Wow...
From Unilife's Financial Report
Under a cost reduction and business realignment initiative implemented today, the Company has reduced its workforce by approximately 50 employees, or approximately 17% of its workforce.
So they have massive losses for their fiscal year and their solution is to fire a shit load of people. Way to go Unilife. Talk about blue Mondays....
I agree that must be it.
I use Ameritrade and they are quite reliable in my experience but things happen. I saw a 100 share trade take the price down to .0006 and I went a little ballistic. I looked later in the day and it seemed that trade never happened. Go figure. Thanks for the input.
So.. No one noticed?
100 shares traded as of 1:45 EDT and the stock plummets over 90%. So a quarter of a million shares is now worth what? About $150.00 and change? I'll wait for the white knights to claim that someone got cheap shares. Me? I think this is toast. Too bad. Had possibilities for a while.
The Report will be Late
Big shock...
Notification That Quarterly Report Will Be Submitted Late (nt 10-q)
Well, at least they are consistent at doing something, like late filing.
Go NPHC
Someone just tripled their money.
Pretty close anyway. It's back at .15 at 2.00 Eastern time. Luck? Doubtful. Games? Could be. Payoff? Probably. Something stinks in NPHC land.
Well, It's August.
The stock has been sub-penny since April and no sign of change. All the contracts that are coming in seem very small in dollar value compared to earlier orders. We still get zero or very low volume days, manipulation of the stock along with the occasional pump and dump. I mean, who buys 100 shares of a sub-penny stock? Even the pump and dump sites are pretty much done with this stock. It's hard to remain positive when there is so little result. Ah well, I will hang in here, for no other reason than the stock price is so low, there's not much left to lose.
Go OPXS
Been a long time.
If memory serves, a zero volume day is a very rare occurrence with this stock. I have no ideas and I share in the frustrations of the constant press releases that really state nothing. So many plans, so little action. Or maybe it is better stated as: So many attempts, so many failures. I do recall a couple years ago when Cobroxn was on all the pharmacy shelves. It was pretty cool to walk in to a Walgreen's or a Duane Read and see a product we owned stock in. Well, no more. The MLM and other schemes to make a select few rich are ruining what could have been a good thing.
Sorry about the rant. I will hang in here because, well, frankly the stock value is so low now, it really doesn't pay to sell.
Go NPHC
Are you talking share value?
I'm not quite sure what you mean by this:
First time for everything.
First time I ever saw this stock under $2.00 and I don't like it. The market has been rather brutal these past few days but still it seems to have effected Unilife a bit harder than most. Hopefully the recovery will be swift.

For me, the most interesting part was the 3 links to their product lines located at the end of the press release.
