I mentioned a long time ago that if IPIX couldn't hold $1.00 PS there was nothing to stop it going to the bottom. At that time they still had Aspire they could draw funds from, but those would only be sold into the float. With failure of 'P' and now 'B' and the PPS being below $0.10 cents they can't draw from Aspire by contract. So they are unloading Prefferds, which gets dumped into the float.
As unusal the 'Management believes' was wrong, and the Master Cylinder (Leo) miscalculated again. IPIX is in it's weakest position since inception, IMO. It's circuling the drain. What possible realistic good news could be 'Just around the corner' for this sled before it bleeds-out ?
In November, I questioned whether it would be worth the gamble to put some money on IPIX in the expectation that they would be able to get the sp above $0.10 to tap Aspire. At that time, the sp was $0.065/share. Is it a better gamble now that IPIX is sub $0.05/share?

Pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 25, 2022 which could make loanranger’s prediction that the current lease will expire before the case is resolved prescient.

Every single contract between sponsor and CRO i have seen over the years -and I have seen many - stipulates that the sponsor (in this case that would be IPIX) owns the data in its entirety (if you think about it, that's why they're called CONTRACT Research organizations).
In reality Leo knew the data on the secondary endpoints at almost the same time he knew the data on the primaries (that's how pre-programmed statistical analysis packages work).
That can mean only one thing - thre's not even a crumb of comfort in the post-hoc analysis of the brilacidin COVID 19 trial data.

I go back to 2012, sold a house and put all the cash in Ct/ipix. When it went to epic levels, and who's to blame for that occurring, I could of sold, like 95% of those on this board did, but I didn't, I drove the Sled, hahaha, and who's fault is that,, Leo's, Hell No, it's mine.

I just picked up north of 60k share in the .37-.40 cent range. Hoping for good news at some point. Lots of risk at this stage. The balance sheet is a real concern but the science is still as strong as ever. Hoping to average down given my current holding but it will take a lot of volume to get me close to the current strike price but I'm doing my part bit by bit.
