They had to get that 10-Q out before the news of 'B' failure notification to try to lesson the blow.
We can 'assume' IPIX knew of B failure prior to release of the 10-Q.

Interesting to watch the death rattle, wiggling and squirming, with the usual manipulative spin and deflection we have come to know so well demonstrated over the years with this bunch. Should be no surprise to any veteran here who did their DD.

However, the CSP on the date of the filing (made on 11/9 at 1:44PM) was $.37, so it would have been a reasonable statement at the time it was made....ASSUMING that there was no awareness on the part of management of the trial failure that was to be announced some 20 hours later.***
