I have called the company and left voice mail messages. Has anyone been successful at reaching anyone at the company?
How long has the Caveat Emptor warning been on Pink Sheets? I don't remember that being there, or am I remembering wrong?

I have been following BCND for a while and have accumulated quite a few shares over the years.
It is meant to help. I especially like his comment about this being the only penny stock he owns.
Here is a new Your Tube video:
I am definitely using it as a buying opportunity! A million shares here....a million shares there. Pretty soon you are talking real money!
Love the optimism! I hope you are right!
That makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.
The point I wanted to make is that some companies use its stock like currency. That also explains the additional shares issued.
I have other sources, this one said that it was possible it could take up to 90 days. I will set her straight as well.
I have been thinking a lot about the stock price and some of the reasons why it might be suffering. One thought I had is that the Company has expenses like fuel, power, insurance, payroll, repairs and the list goes on. How is it paying for these costs?
Thanks for setting me straight.
Copper King is shipping concentrates but has it been paid for them? I have heard that there is a delay of up to 90 days before the Company actually receives payment for the shipped concentrates.
Interesting thought. :)
Whenever we talk with anyone we are not only talking to that individual, but to everyone he or she knows as well. I agree that the word is spreading. Anything more any of us can do will be beneficial. How can we let the world of mining investors know?
That is an excellent point. Those of us who live in Utah are more easily able to visit than those who do not. I have not yet visited the mine. I have heard that it is substantial and impressive.
It seems to me that we need new shareholders. I think we are doing a good job of promoting the company to each other. I have started going out to other boards and making others aware to see if I can do this as well as putting information on my Facebook page and I know there are others who have done so as well. What other things can we all do?
I agree. We all need to be doing our own due diligence. That is one of the reasons this forum is so valuable. The bottom line question with any business is whether it is likely to stay in business. With a strong demand and the proper distribution to the product there is a greater likelihood that it will. In Copper King's case, the company is very pivotal in the development and survival of Millford.
John O' Hurley, the actor just appeared on Bloomberg TV and was very bullish on copper and China's need for it in its infrastructure. He is the spokesperson for Copper King Mining (cprk)
More copper facts:
In a research note released in October of 2009, RBS predicted copper prices of $9,000.00 by 2013 fueled by increases in demand exceeding production increases resulting in an underlying market deficit by 2011.
Copper King has its own Facebook presence:

Here is some more press on John O' Hurley and Copper King:

Let's spread the word!
There is a sane and rational response to the company. I just heard that the Company is now processing 2,000 tons of ore per day.
YouTube views of the Fox Biz program are up to 191. They were only at 105 yesterday. Keep spreading the word!
Here is another copper quote:
Chile and the United States, the two largest copper producers in the world have experienced production declines of 3.6% & 5.4% respectively. Declining production could fuel higher metal prices in the event of an economic recovery.
I have been doing some research in to copper prices.
In April of 2009, The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has increased the projected price of copper for 2009 and 2010 to $4,200 and $5,500 per ton respectively. This exceeds prior forecasts of $3,525 and $4,500 per ton.
Clearly O' Hurley is high on copper and the value to the infrastructure of China's economy.
If it is true, what would the value of the company be? Would it not make more valuable than Kennecott?
I had lunch with a major shareholder this afternoon. He told me he anticipates Copper King's mineral reserves could be in the $50-100 Billion range. Does anyone have any way of verifying this?
Maybe Bloomberg censored him? We all know the value of Copper King. Even if O' Hurley did not mention it today, we know he is a Copper King fan.
I am watching the Bloomberg News piece. John O' Hurley is a great supporter of the copper industry! Now mention Copper King Mining (cprk)!
Thanks for the support Gmoneyr1! Let's get the snowball rolling. Hopefully with the multiple O'Hurley pieces the stock will get more attention in the marketplace.
Thank you so much for this!

What can we do as faithful shareholders and followers of this stock? Many of us have a vested interest in seeing the company succeed. It seems to me that we need new blood in this and all of us to step up our buying activities. We seem to be preaching to the choir with a lot of the discussion. In order to truly have our investments pay off there must be more buying than selling. It is the supply and demand law from Business 101. How can we get the word out to the masses about this great company?
I agree. Copper King management would have to spend an enormous amount of money to be able to buy back the shares. Money I do not believe it has.
I agree. The more eyes on the stock the better chance we will get new investors. That is what we need, new people buying with a long term perspective.
Yes, thank you for the chart. Does it look to you like the candles are showing that it is ripe for a run up? (looking at the hammer on the 9th) My recollection is that this is a bullish symbol. Please correct me if I am wrong.
