Just something I found on the internet I liked.
I do not like AUTO on the ASK.
I am not buying any more till I see better things. I shifted my money away from ETNL to a new investment.
If they increase the A/S than it is goodby from me, and I will dump my shares at market just get rid of them.
Good Luck
This NO NEWS deal sucks.
next week I will be in the caribbean on my cruise not thinking about anything but WARM weather and did MIKE finally release a PR.

PSNH Petition for Approval of Power Purchase Agreement with
Laidlaw Berlin BioPower, LLC
Office of the Consumer Advocate Responses to
PSNH’s Data Requests – Set 1
Date Received: December 26, 2010 Date of Response: January 6, 2011
Request No.: PSNH to OCA 1-15 Witness: Kenneth E. Traum
REQUEST: Ref. pg. 14, lines 9 – 14. Is it OCA’s position that PSNH should only consider offers for the purchase of energy and RECs if the terms of those offers do not extend beyond 2025?
RESPONSE: Not necessarily. One approach would be a PPA that sets the prices of RECs at a percentage of market price, so that if the market price went to zero then the price under the PPA for RECs would also go to zero. This type of approach would ensure that utility ratepayers do not pay for a product that they are not required to purchase.

Office of the Consumer Advocate Responses to
PSNH’s Data Requests – Set 1
Date Received: December 26, 2010 Date of Response: January 6, 2011
Request No.: PSNH to OCA 1-16 Witness: Kenneth E. Traum
REQUEST: Does OCA have any future forecast of the prices of energy, capacity, or RECs other than those provided by PSNH? If so, which of those forecasts does OCA feel is the most accurate, and why. Please provide copies of all such forecasts.
RESPONSE: Attachment KET-10 is a forecast of Henry Hub spot prices through 2035 from Report #:DOE/EIA-0383(2010) released on May 11, 2010, which is available at www.eia.doe.gov/oiaf/aeo/pdf/0383(2010).pdf. As stated on page 8, line 23 of my testimony, this forecast was utilized to confirm results of my analysis that was based on PSNH’s forecasts. I do not have a position on what is the “most accurate” forecast.
RAN OUT OF POSTS FOR THE DAY....

Basser1 - can you answer my question that no one seems to be answering?
Why do a R/S when if the company needs capital they should just perform a secondary?
The only 3 reasons I see for doing a reverse split are as follows.
1) Reduce the O/S to increase the PPS so a company can get more exposure to mutual fund managers that can only invest in companies with a low PPS. (No Capital appreciation there, the company makes no money to pay bills)
2) A trick to show an increase in earnings. If a company earns .012 per share it is reported as .01. The 2 is dropped off, but by doing a 1-10 (example only) R/S the earnings now become .12 an increase of 20%.
3) A Market Mover like NITE instructing them that a R/S is the thing to do. Than SHORTING the stock as they take their money to the bank.
4) ?
Do not forget, the Titanic was a great ship but with an incompetent captain she will sink. If the captain just took his time that ship would still be around today. ETNL Captain is trying to rush things and not thinking about what he is doing.
I think they are listening to Market Makers (MM) who will SHORT the crap out of this stock and make a lot of money. Than BUY it back when we hit .0005 after the R/S.
Can anyone answer my question how is the company making money on this R/S?
If you claim they will sell to investors than what are they selling? If they have 20 shares in the bank at .0005 = 1cent and after a 1-20 R/S they now they have 1 share at 1cent. Where is the logic?
I am hoping to add another one that makes a R/S soon. Just not ETNL
to survive a R/S you need to have steady revenues and be positive on the balance sheet.
I agree this R/S was not planned out very well and could backfire on the shareholders.
I will be waiting to pick up the pieces
Sorry i can not PM,
But what shares?
How does a R/S add shares that the company can issue?
In my other stock i want them to do a R/S and reduce the 3billion shares a/s down to something better. BUT that is a stock on the way up not down.
I am still scratching my head
Why do a R/S? I would increase the A/S and get some cash to pay off debt?
750,000,000 A/S --to-- 1billion A/S. OK it will hurt the stock price. But it seems management needs to restructure its expenses.
Didnt they say there was an investor willing to put up $1million for their loan. Issue more shares and issue them to that investor who has the faith in ETNL.
All a R/S does is reduce the A/S and increase the PPS accordingly. I guess you would want a higher PPS to draw more attention to yourself and hope a Mutual Fund would buy.
I think the management at ETNL have no wall street knowledge and are listening to IDIOTS who claim they know about the market. R/S is only good for up and rising companies NOT down and falling companies..... Just does not make sense ! ! !
How does the company make EXTRA money from this R/S?

MIKE . . Biomass Down Under
Although slow to develop, Australia’s biomass industry has potential.
By Anna Austin | January 04, 2011
OUTBACK OBSTACLES: Low electricity prices, water availability and the lack of any biomass-specific government incentives are some of the issues holding back biomass power development in Australia.
Source: CEC bioenergy roadmap 2008...Slightly larger than the continental U.S. with a drastically smaller population, Australia seems to offer great potential in the growth of biomass crops. At the same time, the biomass resources the country already possesses are vastly underutilized.
According to the Australian Clean Energy Council, in 2008, biomass and biogas accounted for less than 1 percent of electricity generation in Australia. The small fraction of biomass energy produced is mainly derived from bagasse, wood and wood waste at about 50 facilities nationwide, and nearly all of those plants are sugar production plants in Queensland. Notably, only about 50 percent of the cane biomass available for use is collected.
Aside from bagasse, Bioenergy Australia Manager Steve Schuck says wood waste is one of the most underutilized resources in the country. Bioenergy Australia is a government-industry forum, formed in 1997 to foster and facilitate the development of biomass for energy, liquid fuels and other value-added biobased products.
Interest and activity in growing new biomass crops for energy generation is coming around, Schuck says. He points out, in particular, that Delta Electricity, one of Australia’s largest utilities, is embarking on an AUD $200 million project to grow oil mallee eucalypts as an energy crop in central New South Wales. “They wish to produce energy pellets from coppiced mallee, and then cofire at 20 percent rates at Wallerawang Power Station initially,” he says. “So far they have engaged 10 farmers, and also conducted a trial burn at this level. The units are 500 megawatts (MW), so this equates to 100 MW of biomass per unit.”
Regarding suitable, available land for growing energy crops, approximately 70 percent of Australia is desert/semi-arid land, but Schuck believes there is sufficient land, pointing out that mallees are adapted to grow in arid conditions.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any biomass-specific government incentives in the country, as they generally target renewable energy, Schuck points out. “Our main driver is the Renewable Energy Target, which supports the target of 20 percent renewable energy—essentially electricity—by 2020. This requires 41,000 gigawatt hours of new renewable electricity by that year.”
Besides that market mechanism, there are few specific incentives for bioenergy. “At a state level in New South Wales, there is an incentive for diverting wastes from landfills, where the material would be converted to methane,” Schuck says. “One plant, a 3-MWe digester in Sydney, takes advantage of this incentive under the New South Wales Greenhouse Gas Abatement Scheme.”
So what are some current hurdles that need to be overcome, and how does Australia compare to the U.S.? “The wholesale price of electricity has fallen by a third over the past 18 months, mainly due to a drought breaking in Queensland, freeing up cooling water for large, efficient coal-fired power,” Schuck says. “Also, the REC (renewable energy credit) price is volatile and depressed, due to unintended consequences of a PV (photovoltaic) and solar hot water stimulus measure.”
The [Australian biomass] industry is probably behind the U.S., he adds, but the hurdles aren’t all that unique in comparison. “Many [hurdles] are economic and social,” Schuck says. “Issues such as food verses fuel, land use competition, and water resources will remain issues, even though I believe there is enough land for both food and fuel.”

Hope Mike goes on a field trip down under.... Laidlaw Australia LLC?
I am going on a business trip to Troy MI in Feb 2011. Mapquest says its is about a 30min drive. I want to see their office and maybe meet some people there. By then my other investment should have paid off and if I like what I see maybe I will buy into ETNL just like I bought into LLEG when it was floating at .0006.
I like ETNLs concept and I think we will recover from this recession and things might look better in a few years.
Notice NITE on the ASK at .0073 - I think we are about to RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN ! ! !
good job
What are you allotting?....lol
I do not know, but by the 26th we will have most of our answers.
