not sure.Just though here at at $16.80 or so that NTRI migh be finally chaep enough, thoug, one never knows.
Reestablished fifth serving of AAPL here at $124.17, a solid pentabucker plus discount
Not the best of recent plays. Just took off BOLT for just a bucker at $20.40.
Welcome. Just took off both the fifth and sixth AAPL here at $129.60. Gain of $5.70 and a loss of $1.70 for a net of $4. Still have four positions from higher prices but the $66 plus cushion of prior trades is helpful.
Still in with a bunch of HAUP, also just doubled up on DAKT here at $16.95, I hope I want it...
It may help if you post to me rather than "none", as for TLM, not followed it for few years now. Also took a decabucker plus from the second RIMM serving here at $94.50.
Took a position in DAKT here or earlier at $19.55. I have a good position in BOLT which is the same field, in essence as FTK, if it gets much lower it may become appetizing. Added seconds RIMM here at $84.20 and an additional AAPL position here at $123.90.
Just took CELG off the table here at $58.60. A nice little octabucker plus.
Indeed, but when it was not too dangerous, they impeded the Nazis' effort to eradicate all of France Jewry.
Koog, I believe I have made a full analysis (on SI) as to why phase change memory cannot compete with Si based flash both in speed and size. Too exhausted to search for this post however.
Nice entry, though, I am trying under $16.
Both were "automatic", not at my desk when these happened. Trying second serving of SOLF well under $16, talking about an OB.
Sold it (ULBI) yesterday for just a $1.20 gain and thought I left a lot on the table, I see they gave me earlier $17.50 again, of course now you can get it for $.30 cheaper... also sold the second serving of URZ earlier at $3.25. On the other hand, SOLF is killing me.
Wrongly directed, but I am sure there are veterans on this thread who really deserve these thanks.
I see...
Actually, by the time we were liberated, our group grew to about 16 Jewish kids hiding in an isolated Vila (British owned and of course vacant at the time, and partially bearing "wounds of war") and in contact (till July 44 or so) through my own Mother to the underground. My Mother (known as Red Riding hood, due to her "flaming red chevelure" led a group of people that hid Jewish kids (thousands of them) in Christian homes in southern Belgium and Vishy France). Unfortunately, neither my Mother nor Father survived. My Father was caught after blowing up a printing house (where the Germans were printing ration booklet, a necessary "commodity" to support all the kids in hiding) and perished in Aushwitz.
I am not sure about "fighting", I was a little kid trying (with the great help of two older brothers, as well as some very good Christian souls, which by the way, were later on named as "Tsadik") to outsmart the reaper.
looks like a breakout above $18 (SOLF), particularly on a day like today.
Three events during WWII, when I escaped from the reaper in the "nick of time" (many more, "less hairy" situations), the last one then in Dec 44, after being liberated by the Screaming Eagles (the 101st airborne division), being retaken by a column of German tanks. When finally reliberated, had to have an emergency double hernia operation, which left me struggling with the reaper (with a nasty case of peritonitis) for almost ten years... and yes, there is a book in it, but I am not ready to cry "poor me" at this time. I would rather win the current fight.
Got out of CROX last week for almost a decabucker. Right now, both of my streamers are down, so apart of few OB's and OA, not doing anything.
Hazak ve Ematz? You a "shmutznik" like I? Kibbutz Maabarot.
Thanks, Bernie.
Newly, thanks. By the way, it is the fifth time in my long life that I am looking the grim reaper eye to eye, in the first four events, the reaper blinked and went away, may this time he decided not to fight... PS added some BOLT here a tad above $19.
Could be but FRPT is moving nicely and my OA at $5.25 was just reached here. Out for $.75, a very nice 15% plus, though I have been in it not sine the middle of December....
Thanks Jim and thanks the tens of posters that have responded with well wishing.
Was looking to unload some AAPL a tad under $140, I don't think it got that high, however, CROX reached my target at $37 where I unloaded it for a nice $9.5 gain.
We may have a little more. Not too sure.
And now, let me first thank mall of readers of this thread and many others that have prayed for my healing. The last staging, or CT-scan show appreciable improvement from the November scans, so much so that my oncologist and us (Wife and I) have decided to take me off Chemo for at least three months. We are continuing with Zometa, since it is continuing to heal the bones where previously there were metastases of the lung cancer (all bones are clear, but where there were lesion the rebuilding of the bones continues).
I thought I should let the thread on the good news, and one more thanks to all of you for the support and prayers.
They just completed my ULBI order here at $17.51.
I come back to my desk to see that PMTI hit my sell price at $15.74, but they did not take my shares... maybe later. Noted that my KNOT shares went earlier for twe bucker at $14.
The buy on DVN was posted on 1/23 at $75 (search in my profile for DVN).
Win some, lose some, just took $8.5 from DVN selling here at $83.50.
And I got out too early, apparently, something is pushing it, now challenging $5.40
Earlier, took a double bucker loss on CWTR at $5.25, not a very good trade that one.
I doubt we get to 1900 in a month. The move in gold is quite secular, I can see it getting to around $1450/ounce in a year or two.
Did you get my PM (re Optalgin)? By the way, the day before the biopsy last March, I quit, after at least twenty prior failing attempts. Somehow this time I kept off (under threats of bodily damage from my better half...)
Thanks for the support. One of my big problems will be in early March, when a bottle of Lafite 1998 will need to be consumed, but some of the "pills" I take counter indicate alcohol. I'll have to stop these for few days.
My current view is a bottom in the May/June time horizon.
Not sure about it, first we may have had a volume price reversal on Wednesday, second, next week is fed week and I doubt to much shorting will happen going into FOMC.
One additional comment, the ECB's inaction on rate may sabotage the US fed's effort to reliquify. Few years back, I suggested that having the monetary policy of Europe in one universal body but the fiscal policy still distributed between nations with , sometimes, conflicting interests is not sustainable. We may be entering a period of economic tensions where that axiom will be tested. That could cause this bear market to go on for longer than necessary (thus my medium term bearishness f0orced me to lower my beaq market lows to possibly 1900 earlier in the week).
Luck does help, my exit was not too shabby either, not even a quarter from the day's high.
If it get there, yes, I have a outrageous bid a little under $18. FTK.
