I just sold half of my 500000 shares that brought at 0.16 to let it ride for free!!!!!!!..

what is going on., I just saw in my etrade account it has traded 900% up all of a sudden

Very weird,. I was testing water try to throw out 20k shares that I brought yesterday at 0.175, no bids....

then I lower it to the 0.165 bid price... . BUM, sold it right away,.... BUT ... shortly after I sold it... a very small transaction of 100unit went through and bring the price back up to 0.175 again... why is that?

Why isn't that 100 units being traded at 0.175 while I had it put on sale the whole morning.

I rally hope this isn't over,. but well we have to face the truth, we are here all betting that the sale of the wells will worth something that make the value of the units back to somewhere around 0.30 or so

I picked up 20,000 yesterday for 0.15

hopefully I can average down, and hope that the sale goes well

I just found out I was the one who snapped 10k share at 0.27 ... I placed this order 10 days ago with one of my account with 60 days GTC., and I got close to 200k share these few 10 days.,....and not until now I login try to check my balance found out I got filled......

I got 10k too many shares., hahaha... holding close to half a mil shares ... any body want to snap it up., I am gonna let go for real cheap., + small profit...

I wonder if they are to found guilty on the trial,. will there be any special circumstances the judge will impose an extra heavy damage as a reminder for them not to repeat the same excise again in the future.

I would expect it trade near our 52week high this week, somewhere close to around 50 cents sound reasonable

That is very true, energy is something every one will need no matter what the economic environment is. However, it is very hard to tell when will these stocks going up or oil going back up to the 100+ level

Even if we lose in the trial, it dosen't mean the end of the world. But I really hope the will settle and I can get my $$$$ early and snap up some more C, ETFC and AAPL while they are SUPERRRRR CHEAP... so I can retire before age 30

really hope they will settle instead of going to trial., because if they loss in trial, there is a very big chance they will object the decision or the amount and we will be go on to another appeal court all over again.

Yes., look at those big ones that we've been saying the government will not allow it to die is now DEAD. We have to assume that JPMorgan Chase, PXD etc etc will be the next one that the government will allow it to die. We better hope they stay alive and healthy before they pay us any damages we deserve.

In a MBA point of view., you do not want any of these guys shrink any more than this. If they keep on shrinking, we may end up having no defendant to sue next spring
