e-or I have been invested in and following AMAF from last year - if they have sold millions in contracts as stated then I would hope they would want to release financials to attract investors. My problem with most non reporting pinks is they can make all kind of business statements and there is absolutely no way of confirming them. The pinksheet market has been savaged with companies doing exactly that and screwing the investors by dumping shares to the open market.
I hope they produce financials to back-up any financial claims they make.
G
e-ore if there is a sudden spike in volume and it is due to the company becoming visible to the investment community then we should see an uptrend in price.I will be looking for any amendments.
cheers G
Hope they don't use pink status to increase the o/s significantly. I have many bad experiences with pinksheets in the past, half the time you don't know what the o/s until you see daily trading volumes going through the roof and the price crashing.
Keep fingers crossed.
Glen
Where did those 500k come from ?
hxi I have been trading pinks for 5 years and this happens all the time and nothing happens to the directors of the companies. The bottom line the SEC don't give a shit when it comes to pinks. These guys lie all the time in PRs, phone calls, e-mails to shareholders and so on. They are allowed to abuse whatever rules/regs are in place and walk away and then on to their next con - about 95%+ of all pinks are cons.
GM
More to the point has the CEO done a runner . It seems to me that the objective of last years PRs was a last ditched effort to dump shares on unsuspecting shareholders and piss off with the proceeds. If anyone has information to the contrary please step up.
GM
ITRM might be worth a look at again.
About 2 years back the guys on the ITRM board thought that Kip Eardly(CEO)might be ready to merge with a suitable candidate (based on e-mail responses with Kip - he was looking for companies with rev between $10m - $30m) then nothing happened. The price ran to .11 based on the speculation and then back down to its current levels where it trades today (.008).
For about 18 months no one has been able to get in touch with Kip (e-mail or by phone) until a couple of weeks back where a board member managed to get him on the phone and had an encouraging conversation with him (still talkig about a merger with a $20m candidate) also in the last 2 months the Company has 1. filed an annual report (Angela Ross added to the officers list - paralegal who works on mergers) 2. had financials audited for the first time (covering the last 2 years) 3. A ITRM web-site seems to be getting worked on.
If you go to the ITRM board and start reading from 6631 you will find what has been happening recently.
A/S is 50m , current O/S 27m (I believe the float is circa 5-6m - kip owns the rest).
Not saying a merger is going to take place next week but positive moves are starting to take place.
GM
Agree, something is in the mix.
I would prefer a merger with a $20m rev candidate - you don't see many of them merging into a pinksheet shells.
You would hope that a company with 20m in rev would actually be turning profits - if that were the case then your looking at positive market ratios to determin PPs / MC.
Also we are talking about trading on higher exchanges with that level of revenue.
GM
got a funny feeling this has been there since 2007 - just looking at the copy right date at the bottom of the page.
GM
lefty if the site is being developed for our company and it is a recent development then that would fall in line with your original view that Kip was looking to use Intermountain as his own company.
I would see no point of creating a web-site for intermountain if he was going to merge with another company as they would probably have their own website - company identity.
GM
Lefty when speaking with kip did you get the feeling that he has been working on a deal but keeping it shelved until the market is more positive ?
The market over the last year (post subprime implosion) has been negative to most stocks which has probably had an adverse effect on the R/M market i.e. investors are extremely cautious where they invest there money (less risky stocks).
It was his comment ''He said that he has been encouraged by seeing some good mergers taking place over the last month''.
You get the feeling through that statement that he and maybe the merger candidate are waiting for positive market conditions for R/Ms or he is encouraged because good companies are again looking at shells to go public.
Just a thught.
GM
Dallas you are right as well - just approaching it from a different perspective - if there is no money in it for them then they don't give a shit.
GM
Dallas what takes place in the stock market today has got nothing to do with acceptable risk that should be associated with any trading platform.
An investor should not be exposed to the level of fraud that is currently being committed in the pink and otc markets. If the SEC was doing their Job right about 90% of the companies currently trading in these markets should never have been allowed to go public in the first place.
It is quite easy to develop a framework of rules/regs, conditions and policing within the system to make sure that only companies with real business plans, products and services are allowed to trade in these markets but the SEC won't create that framework - at the end of the day it would make their job so much easier to police a more legitimate market than the current one but yet they do nothing
Ask your self this question - why is it so easy for the CEO or officer of a pinksheet company to dump millions/billions of illegal shares to the market using doggy lawyers letters, corrupt brokers and TAs ?
Why do alarm bells within the system not sound off when a company starts trading 10,s or even 100s of millions of shares more than they are suppose to have in their legitimate float?
Even pinksheet companies are only allowed to offer x amount of legitimate shares to the market to raise funds for their operations on an annual basis.
The abuse of this rule i.e dumping millions of illegal stock, lies at the core of why the SEC does nothing.
Why would an enforcement agency that has been set-up to regulate the markets sit back and watch this happening year in year out and do nothing to resolve the issue at the core?
The answer - fraud in the pinksheet markets is big business, not just the corrupt officers who front these companies but for all the entities that are involved in trading illegal shares in these corrupt entities i.e. MMs,brokers,DTCC,etc
They all take their cut from the transactions that occur when trading in illegal shares and not one of them is asked to give the money back if the SEC eventually exposes the company - which is a small % of the total corrupt entities out there.
The only people that loose are the retail investors - in many cases their total investment is wiped out or a large %.
Why should anyone benefit from trading in counterfeit or illegal goods including those that facilitated the sale to the retail market ?
GM
Well done lefty18 - you deserve a medal for getting a hold of him and getting some level of communication/update. The first in many months.
Lets hope this is a sign he is being more active in finding an appropriate merger candidate.
Cheers GM
Must be some sort of a record - taking a share price down from about $6 bucks after the r/s to .000x.
These people should be jailed for a long time but we know that won't happen. Fraud in pinkie land is an accepted practice by the SEC - they do not give a shit about the 10s of thousands of investors that have been duped out of their money over the years.
You ever wonder why the SEC does nothing to make it more difficult for these fraudsters to commit the fraud in the first place ? the same frauds are committed over and over again on the pinksheets , year in year out, sometimes by the same people with different companies and yet they do nothing with in the system or regulations to protect the investor?
When you realise the entities it benefits then you will realise why they do nothing.
GM
Does anyone know if the company actually exists anymore ? i.e. if the CEO still operates out of an office, responds to e-mails and is still trying to devlop a real business.
Just wondering - seems to have faded away to nothing with the only activity taking place over the last 8 months being the dumping of shares.
GM
Pavis has been a scam in the making for years - from the JPHC days through to the current state of affairs.
It has always been about dumping shares to the public, just like 99% of all other pinks . Would be surprised if there is any business operating - So easy for con artests to set-up dummy or BS companies, go public on the pinks and dump $millions of shares to stuff into their own accounts then piss off knowing that there will be no accountability or examination to what actually took place i.e. the con
GM
Just listned to the pod cast.
Looks like he is having problems getting investors to buy into the mortgage aspect of the deal - I think we are we are in for the mediam/long term before we see real added value taking place in the company.
As long as they do not dilute the o/s and they pick a funding option that gives maximum return without major dilution then it looks like it will be a worth while hold.
GM
All PAVC and TCHH have done since announcing the so called merger is dump stock in their companies and increase the o/s.
This has been a scam from day 1 and we are now in the final throws of the death spiral.
There will be no buying of shares from the current shareholders for cash, infact I wont be surprised if we here soon that the merger has been shelved - like most crooked pinkie deals - and there will be one last ditch effort from the crooks to dump as much stock as they can to line their pockets.
gm
Thanks lefty - any changes in company circumstances is a positive as far as i'm concerned . Lets hope there is some follow through in the near future.
GM
Where are you getting that name from ?
GM
Poster yes I do have ans to your post 2470 - Who else got this message ?
I have asked my broker to investigate the matter and they have nothing and there are others on this board that have had the same response so maybe your broker got it wrong.
No one has been able to get a direct response from the company, not even an clue.
Until someone does or there is an official message to the AAPU shareholders it is just speculation and pretty far fetched at that.
GM
$brich$ he will not an idot if he does not have a viable busness to offer up. Most of the pinkie CEOs dump shares to line their own pockets when the business folds, they draw it out with a few hyped PRs to sucker in the last of the buyers and then its good bye Vienna.
He has still to prove he has something of substance in this company with verifiable contracts/revenue and a solid business plan going forward.
I won't hold my breath.
GM
$birch$ is there anything stoping him from opening up another redex for the next 12 months ?
From what I know you are allowed to raise $1m a year per redex, maybe have that wrong.
Must admit do not like the lack of communication from him to the shareholders and the dumping that has been going on - hope he has not done a runner or releases a pump PR to dump more shares.
GM
nop Frankie I was not talking to you .
GM
Poster where is your proof that we have been merged with ACY ?
A case could be made for just about every pinksheet scam that ever has traded over the years, that there was a genuine business and the shareholders were going to do well.
I could name many where the companies had real businesses and assets but they conned shareholders with lies in the PRs of how well the company was doing but the bottom line they only went public to dump shares to raise funds for their flagging business or line their own pockets before the company went into receivership.
There were many pumpers on the boards telling people how well the company was doing and that they had just spoken to the CEO or received a e-mail from the CEO telling them everything was fine and look at all the assets they had and they were going to be expanding and everyone should be buying shares at this price - it was all bullshit and lies and the companies ended up either suspended by the SEC and went to the grays or the directors pissed off and left the entity to some other con artist.
Unfortunately that is what about 95% of all stocks in pinkie land are set-up for . Of all the stocks I have traded over the last 5 years you will be lucky if you could fine 1-2 that are still trading and they have done God knows how many reverse splits that your initial investment would now be worthless.
So why is this different ? you can DD this to your blue in the face but if it is not followed up by real actions by the company then your so called DD is worthless. For Christ sakes you can't even get in touch with them anymore yet you want everyone to believe they have still AAPU shareholders best interests at heart.
Sorry but that dog don't hunt anymore.
GM
Its just so easy for guys like Susnar and Dwight to take over a public shell, dump 100s of millions of shares and then piss off with the proceeds without prosecution, its been going on for years in pinkie land and the SEC does nothing about it in most cases.
For christ sakes why is it not more difficult for these people to dump shares in the first place and lie about it to their shareholders ? The SEC knows exactly how these crooks operate in pinkie land - they have enough experience prosecuting some of them over the years- yet to save themselves future hassle they do not evoke greater controls on pinkies trading - ever wonder why ? could it be the whole system i.e. Brokers , MMs , DTCC and other institutions are making a fortune dealing shares in these type of companies i.e selling to the retail market i.e. us.
GM
$brich$ don't think so, 23m traded today and a move of .0002, we were sitting at this level a few days ago and have traded a significant amount of shares without any increase. Looks like the MMs manipulating the price to get people to buy in so they can dump more of the company shares into the market.
Would not touch this until the CEO PRs something of value and confirms he is not going to keep on dumping and raising the A/S and O/S.
Has anyone got a fix on what the A/S is currently ?
GM
Looks like more dumping from the company over the last few days.
GM
The amount of dilution that has taken place in both companies since this whole merger crap has been announced is pathetic.
This should be made illegal - these bastards should not be able to give themselves large volumes of shares without having actually achieved anything apart from killing the PPs and lying in PRs.
Toatal rip off.
GM
Thanks Starnes.
GM
Has anyone in the last year tried to get in touch with kip - either by e-mail or phone ?
Or has he closed down all communications ?
If anyone has his e-mail address please post and I will give it a go.
GM
Just received notification from my broker in the UK that the dtcc has notified them that ZIPL is no longer transferable, as the transfer agency services for such securities will no longer be provided.
The up-shot is they are going to remove the holding from the DTCC and my broker is going to remove them from my account. If I want to keep them in my account I have to pay a $5 per month charge passed on by the DTCC and also will incur quarterly safe custody charges.
''The DTCC has advised they will maintain accurate records for all such positions and in the unlikely event that any such securities become tansferable in the future, DTC will use its best efforts to restore the positions in your account''. Ye I believe them !!!!!!
Has anyone else received this notification and is there any chance of someone getting in touch with Henry M zachs 860-727-5702 to see if he is going to de-list the stock - seeing we do not have a transfer agent now.
GM
They should all be put away for a long time but they will all probably go on to do the same to another company and sucker in more shareholders with their LIES.
GM
You have got to love this company - telling everyone things are going to be fine - shares are way under valued and dumping like crazy.
18 months ago we were above $1 and before that at $5 and now we will be lucky to keep our heads above .003. What a wonderful job they have done on reducing everyones expectations while telling us they are trying to do the best for the shareholders.
What a bunch of scum bags they are.
GM
Wouldn't be surprised if this was a con right from the kick off.
All the so called merger agreements put together to dump PAVC shares into the market.
Have you noticed there has been no PRs/statements about the state of affairs with PAVC operations and the supposed mergers with AAA and Detroit and we probably won't now that PAVC have moved to the PINKS - How convenient. Based on PRs released last year they were suppose to be growing the business big time with new contracts and more outlets but we hear nothing. Keep the shareholders distracted with new business and mergers so they will forget about the promises/statements in previous PRs. It's like the magician slight of hand.
Anyone any idea what the OS is on Pavis now ? - I'll put a bet on it is far greater than 100m
GM
m02 have no idea. I got the notification in the post from my broker here in the UK (Barclays), I think they use BOA for U.S. trades.
What this means to the shares and the entity that is supposed to control the shell/company now, well I guess we will have to wait and see.
One thing is for sure S&D and cohorts used the shell to dump 100s of millions of shares to line their own pockets.
The shell is so dirty now I would not go with in 100 miles of it.
Seen it before - they hand it down from one crook to another until the retail investors finally wake up to what’s going on and then ''see ye later suckers''.
I hope the SEC get off their arses and do something about what took place with S&D and shut the shell down. Believe me it is only going to be crooks that are interested in using this public vehicle from now on - it is so dirty.
GM
Just to let you guys know that the Loev law firm does not act as corporate coucel for AAPU anymore.
I received an E-MAIL back last week from David M Loev stating it has been some time since they were.
If you want to see the e-mail he sent I will post. He copied the e-mail address that he had for the company.
GM
Nocents the answers to those questions do not seem to be readily available by anyone from the company.
Like most pinks you live in hope and pray that the CEO is not trying to stiff the shareholders.
Good luck.
GM
Let me try and be more clear - for the merger to have taken place or is going to take place with ACY (or whatever the merged entity is)they would have to somehow take ownership of our shares - to do that they would have to have agreement from AAPU management and then the process of the merger could take place - Obviously that has not taken place yet or there would be official notification through required filings.
If you agree that this has not taken place officially then how are they going to do that in the future when the company has dissolved and in effect there is no official entity from AAPU that can sign-off to this agreement because it does not exist anymore.
I am just trying to think of this from what would have to take place from an official process point of view.
GM
