Everyone should read carefully and understand Page F2 of the Form 10-K which was submitted on Friday. Page F2 is a couple of pages past Page 31 and titled Balance Sheet December 31, 2009 & 2010. You must always read the whole document in full and do not read the Total Liabilities in isolation.
