Lets not revise history here.

Dent did not need the R/S to gain control.

He already had a controling interest (52%.

But that was not a big enough percent for him.

He sold 95%+ to himself and friends for Certificates

of Monkey Rock which were worth what - nothing - even

worse they represented the accumulated debt of Monkey

Rock. The Cam Com shareholders 48 % ownership was

arbitrallily reduced to less than 2%.

He could have built a great company and owned over half

of it. Now he has a piece of garbage and a lot of

disgrunteled former stockholders who would delight in

seeing his venture fail even if they are shooting

themselves in the foot. Just having the power to do

something does not make it the right thing to do.

Elephants and p. o. stockholders do not forget.

They had similar ticker symbols and Pink Sheets continues to post

news about South.. on the Searchpath ticker data.

Not too swift.

The 8K is an exhausting read; but very interesting.

Just skimming it gives enough facts to allow us to

begin making an informed judgement.

A/S 480 mil O/S about 400 mil

2010 Sales 59 mil Income 9 mil

Shaoping Lu 20% (81.3 mil sh)

Hulian Song (his wife) 16.7% (68 mil sh)

Cheung Chu Shing 61% (249 mil sh) major shareholder

former DYER shareholders collectively about 2%

We do not have much, but we have a tiger by the tail.

We should see the 2011 first quarter results in about

six weeks. They will give us a better feel for the

rate of progress. I think we have a winner.

The figure you quoted is of course only the current

share price times the O/S.

I agree we should be valued much higher than we are

but we will not know the real value until we see a 10-Q

that reflects the actual business operations of Hu-Tech.

AT LEAST TRADING ACTIOVITY EXISTS
...ONLY sort of.
today buy orders were placed with brokers at bids ranging from
66 cents to 3.00 and these orders were totally ignored.
They did not appear anywhere as orders to buy and they expired at 4:00pm. There must be moats with raised drawbridges surrounding our MM's. Hope to someday see a free market.

I definitely agree with you.

Every possible legal recourse should be made to

rectify this abuse.

Certainly the officers and the BOD did not act

in the interests of the stockholders (except for 0ne).

But like you I have seen this sorry type of action

more often than I care to remember.

I hope we can make them see the error of their ways.
