Yet - he still has friends aiding and abetting his schemes. Go figure.
Get comfortable Teddy - could be a long wait - or not? We'll see.
You are correct so I will not/can not question the technicality of what you are saying but I do have thoughts as to the practicality and application of same. I think, given it's history and the people behind it,
SIML is a prime example yet it "keeps on truckin", apparently with some degree of impunity.
I would like to discuss this further and will send a PM when possible.
I do not disagree with you. Referring once again to Murray G., released in 2003, his spouse took over. WTF?
As I recall Sand was busted in a FBI sting operation. There is one other perpetrator that I am personally aware of that was also caught in a sting
and served actual prison time [Murray Goldenberg]. Murray continued on after his release in the same manner as Sand, using his wife as proxy.
I am not aware of anyone getting busted for lying in a PR whereby statements are covered by safe harbor. Now there is also Twitter and Facebook in which there is zero accountability.
Personally, I have a big problem with those who support these scams in their posts, knowingly or not no matter.
However, I will say that in support of IH, there is at least some modicum of control of what is posted vs other stock message boards where there is none. (Yahoo to name one)
Federal Inmate Locator:
SCOTT SAND Reg Number 95745-004 Released 02/24/2012
MURRAY GOLDENBERG Reg Number 14383-112 Released 05/06/2003
One really has to "go some" to get convicted and actually serve prison time for various securities violations. Most are just fined in plea bargains or agree to "cease and desist" whatever they were doing.
jamesspsc Cyberlux patents are very old, they do not have military contracts. The fact that they do not answer the phone should tell you that they are not an active, viable company. IMO - Cyberlux missed the boat with LED lighting. Dead company - dead stock.
A few here go way back with the Simlatus & Ingen crew and know their modus operandi very well as it hasn't changed nor will it change. If it takes sarcasm to get the point across so be it.
Fizzle, fizzle - poof! Whatever it was that someone was trying to do FAILED. jmo
Smart money got in and got out. The long time holders took advantage of the situation and if not, they should have. jmo
Probably not. Unless my math is way off, $700 worth of SIML will be worth
.47 (47 cents) post split.
Well said Nistel.....!
That is a lot of Dineros but apparently Simlatus has it. LMAO
Breaking news. I have it from a credible source that 8000 cases of heretofore missing Ingen Nasal Cannulas have been located in a garage somewhere in California and will hit the market "soon". I was also told by the same credible source that the problem occurred because the boxes were mismarked Nasal Canoodles.
This post contains information and certain words that are clearly covered under the provisions of Safe Harbor. Invest accordingly, and hope that the
Cannulas are actually that and not Noodles intended for some Chinese Restaurant in San Francisco in which case they are not worth much because they are quite old and stale from being stored in that garage for many years. !!!!!!!
I have seen the light! I now agree with Mike, Robert, Gary and Mr & Mrs Sand that the massive 1 for 1500 reverse split is in the "best interest"
of SIML shareholders as clearly stated in the 14c filing. Therefore, I will be loading up, come hell or high water, damn the torpedos, full speed ahead, etc, etc. !!!!!!!!!
Well.....since I am not getting the support that I expected from some here,
I will just have to go it alone and start buying up all of the SIML that I can get my hands on prior to the impending REVERSE SPLIT!
Voila! There you go Mr Dinero - load up. Now I get it.
The definitive 14c states - and I quote - the 1-1500 reverse split is in
"best interest of the Corporation, as well as in the best interest of the shareholders....". Knowing that, I do not understand why folks are not
loading up SIML at the current bargain price!
A good trading strategy is to buy before the 1 for 1500 reverse split.
Then each share will be worth more and the OS will be lower!
LMAO
An SEC Filing is NOT considered to be speculation.
How can the RS that YOU claimed has not been approved get cancelled?
You cannot possibly be saying that SIML is currently a buy? Total disregard for the FACT that a massive RS is pending? There are no other FACTS.
Correct me if wrong. One share of .0001 SIML split by 1500 - as will happen soon - will be worth 6.66666667 e-8. It takes a scientific calculator to figure that out as the number is astronomically low!
There MAY BE an opportunity for a very quick in and out play AFTER the RS but to buy prior to the RS is not very smart - to say the least.
Sand and Tilden strike again.
Yes it does. Page 8. Grid Petroleum/Simlatus
Cannot agree with that. Without the Miller thing ECMH is back to nothing.
Personally, I will be back in @ .0002. Why? What the hell, been following since 2003 so may as well stay on come what may - or not. glta
I think that Tilden and Sand are looking for a new gig. This one ran it's course.
Back when I actively followed this company I recall that there were 8000 boxes (maybe 80K I forget) of Ingen Oxyview Nasal Cannulas stashed away in someone's garage somewhere in California. Now, just think of what might happen if Sand & Tilden locate them and sell them? Wow! IGNT
So.......anyone thinking of buying SIML should buy now before the split and be locked in at .0001 rather than the astronomically low post RS pps.
Oh - never mind - it doesn't work like that!
After the impending RS occurs, one share of .0001 SIML stock will be worth so little that it takes a form of advanced mathematics to figure it out!
What was "cooking" was a 14c as predicted. LMAO
Huh? Come back to what? ECMH is not much more than a shell as they have no business. Mark Miller's little scheme, now apparently over, caused the excitement. There is nothing more at the present time.
Read the filings and watch for the 14c that is coming. 1 for 1500 RS.
The last one was June 2016, 1 for 1000.
A def14C should be coming along soon. Last one was the 1 for 1000 RS filed June 20 2016.
Who do you think needs to approve the RS that they filed? SEC? LMAO
I am done with this. Let me know when the snit hits the fan along with your "investment" in this POS.
Oh well - wait til it gets back to 1 or 2, buy some and watch it for another ten years! And - yes - I am still hoping for a rotary engine powered surfboard that is EPA approved! GLTA
Link to what? Learn how to find and read SEC Filings, then go to page 13.
Also find the Nevada SOS Business website.
The SIML RS is a done deal. Stop trying to put lipstick on a pig.
As I have been saying, there is near zero credibility for anything posted on Twitter or Facebook - especially with regard to stocks. Yet, it has become the new norm and many fall for it.
Yes but some are saying that Webber never resigned and never appointed Miller as anything. If true, serious case of FRAUD that goes beyond anything that I know of.
And - as long as I am on the soapbox - there is near zero accountability for anything posted on Facebook and Twitter but it has somehow become a part of the Pump & Dump schemes. Duh!
You would think so. According to the 8K filed Oct 20, J. Scott Webber
resigned and Mark Miller took over. I find it difficult to believe that anyone would commit fraud of this magnitude but I suppose it possible.
I think that one thing is certain, not the usual Pump & Dump.
aidytrader Do some simple DD. Page 13 of their latest 10Q and a filing with the Nevada SOS. What more approval do you need?
