Tax Liens: HTI $191,972.81 02/12/2014 Coats $92,702.66 09/15/2015
Plus smaller State of Arkansas liens.
The plumbing business must have been good.
Train Wreck
As I posted Coats is burning bridges to stay one step ahead of the IRS, State of Arkansas, his x-wife, and other creditors.
Don't forget that VELA has a STOP symbol. OTC Pink no information.
"This company may not be making material information available."
It is safe to say that they are not.
1. Probably not as VELA is not a direct litigant.
2. Who says that they are "earning millions per month"? There is no evidence of that.
3. Safe to say no. It was reported here that George said that he stopped filing because they couldn't afford to. That was two years ago.
Seems to me that Coats was burning bridges upon his retreat and I don't see HTI coming back to life.
All the King's horses and all the King's men couldn't put HTI together again. jmo

Case # 1:15-cv-02512 Ironridge Global IV vs SEC
4 page document 26 Filed 12/07/2015 told me what I needed to know,
confirmed the link between Ironridge, Gray and Hill cases for a cost of .10 x 4. GL
Agreed base on past experience with JUNP.
JUNP is worth watching imo as it just may be brought back to life.
K_Dog You are correct. The Gray, Hill and Ironridge cases are connected in the appeal because of "constitutional claims very similar".
Futhermore:
"the parties agree that a stay of district court proceedings is appropriate at least until issuance of an opinion in Gray or Hill"
So - you are right - the disposition of the Gray/Hill appeals will affect the Ironridge case 15-CV-2512-LMM
Ok _ have not got that far in reading the case history.
Where or what is the link between real estate developer Charles Hill and Velatel? Is he building a house for George? Colin?
Where or what is the link between Gray Financial and Velatel?
As clearly stated in SEC Filings there is a direct link between
Ironridge and Global.
The outcome of the Appellate Court cases involving Ironridge MAY effect Velatel - or maybe not - depending what happens next.
As of the latest filings available on PACER it is not looking good for Ironridge. JMO
There exists a direct link from Ironridge to Velatel. What is the link to Hill & Gray aside from the nature of the cases? tia
pennymonster Putting all sarcasm aside I want to ask you something.
Re: Charles Hill vs SEC 1:15-cv-01801 I scanned a 45 page brief
and found no mention of Ironridge nor Velatel.
Re: Gray Financial Group Inc vs SEC Admittedly I did not look further into it.
Are you saying that the outcome of these two cases will directly affect Ironridge as they relate to Velatel? If so, I can see and understand that.
However, I have been following three Ironridge Global vs SEC cases now in Appellate Court.
Ironridge Global vs SEC 10 cae-15-9586 filed 12/22/2015
Ironridge Global vs SEC 11 cae-16-10205 filed 01/19/2016
Ironridge Global vs SEC dccae 15- 1416 filed 11/13/2015
Again, admittedly, I have not read the 1000's of pages in these cases but it does appear that Ironridge is losing.
You are aware that Ironridge itself is appealing SEC decisions?
Ironridge was/is directly involved with Velatel.

Meantime - my OPINION is that we are seeing dilution. If not, that is easy for Velatel to disprove. Simply say who the transfer agent is and/or allow the current OS to be known. Simple.
Yea - in appeals - just like I said. So why is that a bad thing if the courts have been ruling in favor of the SEC? Do some research.
Agreed - and look what became of that.
There are now two companies possibly connected to JUNP.
Eastower Communications Inc and Eastower Group Inc
Same address in Boca Raton Florida.

All OPINIONS are welcome subject to the IH TOS (Terms of Service)
of course.
You state that my analysis is wrong but do not offer as to the how or why it's wrong? So - your ball - what exactly is wrong? Furthermore, posts do not get deleted just because there is a disagreement. This is a message board and ALL opinions are welcome.
So - again - your opinion? tia
Liens and judgments currently in place against HLNT and Mr Coats
total $500,000 give or take. HLNT is not going anywhere.

Actually K_DOG it has the potential to be good news for VELA because Ironridge is appealing the decisions of the SEC. There have been challenges to the constitutionality of the SEC's authority.
To date - to the best of my knowledge - the Supreme Court has upheld the SEC authority.
I say "potential" because it is not known publicly what effect Ironridge still has on VELA stock.
OK but what does that have to do with Velatel?
I suggest that anyone new to IH read all of the information available at the bottom of the page. Thank you.
I don't think that Mr Vlado started Eastower for the heck of it.
I believe that he has something in mind.
Here's another theory. A few years ago Vlado was on the edge of the cliff with legal problems both from former business associates and the SEC. So he folded but now may be ready to play again? We'll see.
If I get up to North Boca anytime soon I'll check that Eastower office address again.
As for your question I don't know except to say that there are many like it. A few that I follow.
Sometime back I posted that I consider VELA a BUY @ .0001 .0002 or maybe even .0003 purely for a speculative play - aka LOTTO as it is called but nothing more unless George decides to put Velatel back in business even if it is monkey business. Better than no business. All JMO.
Run the OS up to max AS (10 billion I think), RS, and then start over using the new company Eastower as the driving force.
Possible? Why not? JMO
pennymonster1 Yes - CCM is an associate member of GSMA and the GSMA states that the information in their website comes from the member's website. But that doesn't make it true or fact as anyone knows who has read a lot of PRs.
What would make it factual - imo - is a SEC Filing from VELA.
CyberSux - always will. They missed the boat a few years back imo.
There is no confirmation that CMMobile has 500,000 subscribers.
Aside from that, not a bad question.
dbleagle1 Yes - but you should know that. In fact your previous post pretty much said that. I suggest that you read all of VELA's
last 10K filing from May 2014 - particularly the section that refers to CMMobile.
Having said that and put it to rest I hope, as far as I can see the only enterprise that Velatel has going for it right now and possibly a source of revenue is CMMobile HK & USA.
VELA's silence hasn't been good for anyone.
K_Dog I suggest that you read Pages 2 & 3 of the last 10K filed by VELA in 2014 for period ending Dec 31 2013. tia
DISPOSED [caps mine] of Investments/Projects:
*Peru Network, through Velatel Peru
Velatel DISPOSED of their operation in Peru.
In fact, according to the same 10K filing, the ONLY active operation remaining was the MVNO in China.
Once again, the last reported OS common was 3,073,285,607.
Valid point imo. Where is the connection to Velatel Global Communications which trades as VELA?
I think it not unfair nor out of line to ask what - if anything Velatel has going on at the present time that may or may not be generating income. Not unfair at all along with wanting to know what the current OS is.
IMO - 3 to 3.5 Billion is bad - 5 Billion worse - 7 to 8 Billion
terrible with the only way to recover would be an RS. Of course, to do that they would have to show some sign of life.
Read the TOS. Keep posts ON TOPIC which is VELA and NOT on what others are posting which is a TOS violation. Thank you.
On second thought, the OS is probably "up". Have not succeeded in obtaining that critical bit of information.
As I posted yesterday, there is nothing about Velatel that is "up" right now despite what some may think or want to think.
No news in over two years. FACT Cannot simply blame that on some ongoing litigation or Ironridge.
Nothing about VELA is "up" and therein lies the problem. Velatel is fading away and George is getting his last pennies? Maybe.
Does George Alvarez's wife's name begin with an N? Just wondering.
Isaac Short answer is I don't think so! lol
What I see using PACER is that all cases involving Ironridge are closed. However, they have two cases open in Appellate Court so I THINK that they are appealing the SEC decisions.
ScripsAmerica Inc took on Ironridge but lost and then dropped their appeal March 11 - case closed.
As I posted - I THINK - so open to correction or clarification if anyone knows more or reads it differently.
