pennymonster Putting all sarcasm aside I want to ask you something.

Re: Charles Hill vs SEC 1:15-cv-01801 I scanned a 45 page brief
and found no mention of Ironridge nor Velatel.

Re: Gray Financial Group Inc vs SEC Admittedly I did not look further into it.

Are you saying that the outcome of these two cases will directly affect Ironridge as they relate to Velatel? If so, I can see and understand that.

However, I have been following three Ironridge Global vs SEC cases now in Appellate Court.
Ironridge Global vs SEC 10 cae-15-9586 filed 12/22/2015
Ironridge Global vs SEC 11 cae-16-10205 filed 01/19/2016
Ironridge Global vs SEC dccae 15- 1416 filed 11/13/2015
Again, admittedly, I have not read the 1000's of pages in these cases but it does appear that Ironridge is losing.
