the shares are only doomed when they tell us they have been cancelled... which PWC has had the power to do since September!
PWC does not have, nor did they ever have, the power/authority to cancel shares. ONLY FINRA can do that. Now that PWC has advised FINRA that the equity shareholders are unlikely to recover anything, it is up to FINRA as to whether they will cancel the shares now or wait. That there are unfounded rumours re a "side deal" to sell the company which PWC has denied, the cancellation of the shares may be expedited to prevent newbies from believing the hype on this board of a side deal.
excellente...no one cares...and buh bye
WOW...ton of false ASSumptions, innuendos & conclusions not to mention poor investment advice. Hope PWC & FINRA see that & goes after whoever composed that crock.

You need to read the 13G. Those are not shares owned. They are shares that would have been owned had the warrants been exercised. To save you the effort, below is what it says in the filing:
Item 4. Ownership.
(a) and (b):
As of close of business on December 31, 2018, each of the Reporting Persons may have been deemed to have beneficial ownership of 11,223,344 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of a warrant held by Intracoastal (“ Intracoastal Warrant 1 ”) , and all such shares of Common Stock represented beneficial ownership of approximately 8.0% of the Common Stock, based on (1) 129,450,655 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of March 27, 2018, as reported to the Reporting Persons by the Issuer, plus (2) 11,223,344 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of Intracoastal Warrant 1. The foregoing excludes (I) 725,774 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of second warrant held by Intracoastal (“ Intracoastal Warrant 2 ”) because Intracoastal Warrant 2 contains a blocker provision under which the holder thereof does not have the right to exercise Intracoastal Warrant 2 to the extent that such exercise would result in beneficial ownership by the holder thereof, together with the holder’s affiliates, and any other persons acting as a group together with the holder or any of the holder’s affiliates , of more than 4.99% of the Common Stock, and (III) 74,695 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of a third warrant held by Intracoastal (“ Intracoastal Warrant 3 ”) because Intracoastal Warrant 3 contains a blocker provision under which the holder thereof does not have the right to exercise Intracoastal Warrant 3 to the extent that such exercise would result in beneficial ownership by the holder thereof, together with the holder’s affiliates, and any other persons acting as a group together with the holder or any of the holder’s affiliates , of more than 4.99% of the Common Stock. Without such blocker provisions, each of the Reporting Persons may have been deemed to have beneficial ownership of 12,023,813 shares of Common Stock.

There is no French Sale Order.
IMHO, they advised FINRA cause of all the BS posted here surrounding mergers, share buyouts, side deals and transactions other than what is stated in the Monitor's Reports indicating no recovery for equity holders.
PWC has no authority to cancel shares; that is FINRA's purview. It would not surprise me to see a suspension for 10 days and then to the greys until cancellation whenever that may be.
If they notified FINRA that shares are being cancelled
PWC has no authority to cancel shares. What they do have is authority to inform FINRA of the situation. It is up to FINRA to cancel the shares.
no they do not own any shares; they own warrants that if executed give them shares...read the small print at the bottom of the filing:

exactly...deceptive practices including there is a "side deal" for the purchase of the company shares or a fantasy merger/buyout. Kudos to PWC for addressing the false rumors of any outcome other than the cancellation of the shares and preventing others from getting sucked into buying shares of this worthless, insolvent debt ridden shell. Now it's up to FINRA.
Whaaaaaat? see below:
1. Stock closed @ 12.00 pre split on 02.06.19
2. It started trading ex-dividend 02.07.19
3. Stock split was 12.35 new shares for every share held 02.06.19
4. So price gets reset at closing price 02.06.19/split ratio
5. $12.00/12.35
6. Opening price should have been .97
7. Stock price was 1.99 so it doubled post split
The weight of a volume of water can be found given the density, which is the mass compared to the volume. The density of water is 1 kilogram per liter (kg/L) at 39.2°.
This means that 1 liter (L) of water weighs 1 kilogram (kg) and 1 milliliter (mL) of water weighs 1 gram (g).
In common US measures, one gallon of water weighs 8.345 pounds.
bottle of water with a chart indicating that 1 ml of water weighs 1 g
The density of water varies slightly at different temperatures which will impact the weight of for the same volume.
How to Calculate the Weight of Water
To find the weight of water, start by finding the density(1 kg/L at 39.2°) and the volume of water. Convert the volume of water to liters and then multiply by the density to find the weight. Use our fluid volume conversion calculators to convert different volumes to liters.
Example: For 10mL of water at a density of 1 kg/L
volume = 10mL
volume = 10mL ÷ 1000 = .01L
density = 1 kg/L
weight = .01kg
weight = .01kg × 1000 = 10g
1 gram is equal to 0.035274 ounces so to get a result in ounces simply multiply the grams by 0.035274. You can also use our weight conversion calculators to convert from grams and kilograms to pounds and ounces.
